Despite being off the main business road for Lakewood, I can see this being a popular spot due to its proximity to the new Chautauqua Harbor Hotel and Lucille Ball Park.

The only problem is some totally inconsiderate patrons who will pump their gas or diesel, then leave their vehicle sitting at the pump and go inside to shop or eat.
