THEN they double charged my card while I was standing there, I heard the machine beep twice and they said not to worry I wasn't being charged twice. Turns out I was charged 150 EUR for a beer. I disputed the fraudulent charge with Navy Federal's dispute department who told me that there was absolutely nothing they could do. I would humbly recommend a financial institution that has your back in a bad situation instead of just washing their hands of you and your problems. I don't have much really and that was a lot of money for me to lose at once. We the people need to support businesses that support us, and also possibly bring back traveler's checks. Rob was able to offer the best deal and I felt so confident in him, that I switched lenders and was able to close our loan in time. Rob is kind, responsive, knowledgeable, and is able to deliver the best loan for your individual situation. Buying a home is stressful and having a good team is the key for success. We were told that our rate would be floated to hopefully get it down at least half a point however the loan officer did not keep communication with me through this process and the rate reduction did not happen as they said it would. In addition, our closing documents were not given to us until the day before the closing so we did not know how much we would be bringing to the table until the day prior. Unprofessional at best. We will be refinancing elsewhere as soon as we are able. This was a disappointing experience.

Florida Real Estate law is a little different from Georgia Real Estate law and the learning curve, on my part, made the processes a little longer than expected. The Loan Officer I worked with, Chelsey Jennings, was extremely professional and made herself available to answer my questions, day or night, 7 days a week. I was referred to this company by a realtor, and was told I would get the lowest price possible…read more Bottom line, they quoted me high rates that weren't even being offered by banks (banks were 2% less than what he was saying). He said it would be thousands of dollars more at closing if I wanted lower rates, and that he would take care of lender fees. I ended up calling 7 different banks and they said they have no clue where his quotes were from, and sent me the actual quotes for that time period (same day as his quotes/ within the same hour and all banks had roughly the same rates, but none were even close to being as high as his). I ended up closing at an extremely low rate, and paying very little at closing. Going with the bank, I saved 2%, $200 monthly payment, close to $10k at closing and $250k over the 30 years on interest. I'm not sure what motivated him to drive up my price, but I will NEVER recommend him to anyone. He acted like he was doing me a favor and helping me out, but after very little research, I see how these companies will attempt to scam people that aren't savvy with the house buying process.

NFCU credit card dispute would not remove this! Since my trailblazer was not fix…read moreby what Precision Auto Tune had done after they said they fixed all the issues. First of all either no tune up was done or they did not know what they were doing. Cylinder 6 coil was not working at all. Making only 5 cylinders running which should of stopped the tune up. You all replaced the coil only after the mechanic noticed the computer code after all the work was done that Cylinder 6 was not working. Then the very last thing Precision Auto Tune did was replace the Cylinder coil. So no tune up could of been done or was done after the coil was put in. I watched this with my own eyes. Also I should of been told from the start how much the oil pump replacement cost and work was. Then the sensor that I was told that needed replaced. It did not need replaced. So Precision Auto Tune replaced a part that did not need replacement. Precision Auto Tune told me it was then the oil pump that needed replaced for 2400 dollars. I had lost all trust in them. I talk with other mechanics around town and looked it up for myself. It is a known issue for Vortec engines. It is a problem with the Oil pickup tube getting air in it once the engine is hot. I got estimates for this which was all around 1,000 dollars. It is only 3 bolts to replace this and a 45 dollar part. So I will just do it myself. But as they could not do a Tune up on an engine only running on 5 out of 6 cylinders and the sensor they replaced was working properly that they replaced and they are suppose to be the experts at 200 an hour. I asked for my money back because they could not of done the Tune up and the sensor that they said fixed the truck did not fix the truck. Any court and mechanic hearing this will know I am right and asking for what is fair. This is a open and shut hands down case against Precision Auto Tune.
