We ended up finding our own before our policy ended. They did call months later with a terrible offer. This year Nationwide doubled its auto rates, and again they promised to find other coverage. Once again -crickets. We found our own. We contacted Dolling in four different emails/calls and signed the papers for them to cancel our Nationwide coverage over a month before it was due. Of course, they couldn't manage to do a simple thing like that and we got hit with a surprise $260 withdrawal. I feel sorry for anyone who has a claim. If they can't do a simple thing like canceling a policy in a month, you are going to be screwed when you really need them. In other words, you are better off on your own than wasting your time with that worthless business.
