I ordered Hunter Douglas luminette for my very large living room windows. from Timan & CO. After the installation we found out that the manufacturer had provided the wrong length, they were a couple of inches too short. Timan reordered and they the came with the correct length, however they were not hanging properly. Again this was Hunter Douglas's fault. My recent experience with the Timan professionals was incomparable. From store sales person to in-home design consultant to installer, all were helpful and attentive. Having a uniquely shaped window in a difficult to reach spot in the home, Rebecca offered multiple options; was informed of the advantages and disadvantages of each. A remote control option was suggested. Having decided on honeycomb blinds, the quality and ease of use with remote control and phone app is beyond my expectations. The installer, Gavin quite expertly installed and adjusted blinds, and made sure I understood the operation of said blinds prior to leaving. The end result is a beautifully covered window which allows me privacy when needed and maximizes light when not. I would give Timan more than 5 stars if I could. This was an investment in our home which I believe was worth the cost, as I am sure I shall enjoy the look of this room for many years. read more

These folks know their window treatments! The quality and installation is outstanding but, of course, it comes at a price. If want budget window treatments, go to Lowe's or Home Depot. Timan's silhouette blinds are incredible. Can't recommend them highly enough. They come to you or you can visit their showroom - both are good experiences. I was in the market for new HunterDouglas blinds for three windows. Currently I had one blind already installed under warranty with a bad motor. I asked Timans if they would send back the defective blind when they came out to measure for the new blinds. They categorically said they would not help me with the defective blind but would gladly sell me new ones. The absolute gall was unbelievable. They are willing to take my money but will not help out with correcting a previous problem. Stay away from them! read more

We have a very large double sliding door unit in our home (8 ft. X 12 ft) with an existing wood cornice. We got three estimates- Graber from Costco, Hunter Douglas from Timan and another online vendor. Decided to go with Hunter Douglas brand. Timan was far and away the more knowledgeable and professional way to go. First, they have an actual store so you can see the product. Second, their communication throughout was outstanding. Our salesperson was extremely knowledgeable (he was an installer prior to being a salesperson) and answered all our questions while he was in our home. Sample book was complete. Offered options. Installation was flawless and professional. One last thing: we got a lower price on the same product but wanted to do business with Timan for the reasons stated above. We told them this and they met the price and even went a little lower. For a big, complex purchase they are worth more, even though we didn't pay more. read more

After an issue I had with a blind repair I was contacted by a manager of the store and all issues were resolved. It's good to see a business that cares about their customers and works hard to get issues resolved appropriately! Timan Custom Window Treatments exceeded my expectations. This was my first time ordering window treatments and I was not looking forward to it. I did want to support a small business. I believe I found them searching hashtags on Instagram and then started looking at their reviews. I scheduled a consult with Rachelle and she was fabulous. She spent a few hours discussing different options and showing samples and was really able to nail down our vision. Before we knew it our treatments were available and Kevin came to install them.
