He helped us with a couple projects back to back to fix some issues that were stressful when it would rain including an issue with our front porch where the floor sloped toward the foundation and would pool water in the rain, and a leaky corner of our garage due a drainage issue that had been plaguing us for months (and had dry rot as a result). When something came up with one project that added to the scope and cost (as it happens sometimes), he was willing to find solutions that fit our budget so we could still complete both projects to satisfaction.
