One day later, I was assessed a penalty of $100 and all the fees that was originally agreed was nullified. I reached out multiple times by e-mail, phone and text to try to settle my balance in a timely manner but did not get a response. Later, I received an invoice indicating that my account will be sent to collections, and I ultimately had to pay significantly more than the amount I originally had agreed upon. This experience was very stressful, and it cost me much more than any other business quoted me and would have ultimately charged me.
