*Scope: Install/labor on apprx 460sf of waterproof engineered hardwood flooring planks (liv rm,study,hall). *Bernardo was quick to respond to my quote request (from their website) and came out within 48hrs. *I let the flooring acclimate for 3weeks just to be safe. *The crew arrived early and within the first 3hrs they had removed the old carpet, poured the levelling compound & laid down the 6mil vapor barrier. Not happy with the install at all. Flooring was installed, but wouldn't adhere to the floor since it wasn't leveled properly.

I'm so glad we found Bernardo and his team at Kings Perez Flooring to work on our remodel! Our original contractor walked off the job and left our project unfinished. We needed to replace carpeting in three rooms with vinyl planking and one room and stairs with carpeting. Chose Mr. Perez from reviews and also he had a great reputation with the flooring folks at Lowe's. He came in with a big crew and spent the morning leveling out three floors while others worked on stairs and carpeting bedroom. They moved all the furniture (we boxed what we could) without damaging anything. The installation was complete by late afternoon and all trash picked up. Scheduled for the following day. He arrived early, and was ready not only with a quote, but also ready to do the work. He removed the damaged laminate, pulled back the carpet in adjoining rooms to make sure it was dried, replaced damaged laminate and re-stretched the carpet which looked perfect.
