I'm reading this timberland outlet 5 stars because of the service. Even though the employee was busy, he still assisted us and was able to squeeze Us in his schedule. Many boots caught my attention. Even boots with that had a heel On them i've never seen that before. There was hardly any wait time in the line and on top of it all around the time we went they had forty percent off.! read more

Iv'e got the Timbos on the toes and this is how it goes! When I think of Timberland two images come to mind: tan construction boot or dudes in 90's rap videos. I've been going to this mall since it opened and I've probably set foot in this store twice and both times I left with some cute boots. Timberland is worth taking a gander if your a lady of the night or a lady that works in the construction field (ho-kay)! A few years ago I got some wedge Timberland boots with the fur that didn't resemble a construction boot at all. Recently I walked in because it was across from Sephora and got a pair of the Tilston Combat Boots (their signature tan boot with a heel) on sale for $89.99. Can I walk in them? Barely. Do they make me look like I was in the Fifth Harmony video, Work? Yessir! Next time you're at the Mills, checkout Timberland. read more

To start off I'm a big fan of the pro series boots/work shoes and belts. There quality is second to none. And to be honest I beat the hell out of my work gear daily doing hvac. But back to the store. Went there to grab something for my lady and was really happy with the customer service I received. The man and woman working there were both very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. Timberland has to be the BEST boot company. I have a pair of 15+ year old boots that still feel comfortable. So this Black Friday I snag 2 pairs of Timberland sneakers for $120.. I just hope their sneaker line is as great as their boots read more

Was looking to purchase a specific boot from Timberland. Manager Anthony was not very attentive to customers and standing off to side not doing anything. He brought out the boot we asked for after getting his attention. Unfortunately, the boot had a discolored spot on the side and box was damaged partly torn. He brought out a second pair, which was even worse so decided to settle for the first pair. We also had a student discount for 10% off, which he refused to apply and was rude about it. Customer service skills were poor with MOD Anthony throughout the visit. Always inspect product thoroughly before buying as we found stains/dirt. read more

I have been purchasing Timberland for more than 30 years. I have the original tan shoes, black shoes, shirts, and one of their best products: The Black General Purpose Socks. I love their socks so much that I always have stock. I have over 20 pairs and have not purchased any in a while because they last so long and are so comfortable. But today, I stopped in to the sale to pick up 12 more pairs to replace 12 old ones that are on their last days. What bothered me was that in the past they manufactured their socks in the USA. USA know how to made socks in the Southeast and has great cotton. But now Timberland is making their socks in Taiwan and I do not like this. There is no reason to make socks in Taiwan when they can be made in South Carolina. So I will try out the Taiwanese socks and see if they are as good as the USA socks and if not, they are all going back to the store. If I did not need Timberland socks so badly right now--I may not have purchased them until they return production to the US. We will see.... This store in the covered outlet mall has not changed in years. Parking is free and easy in the uncovered parking lot. read more

Timberland Pro waterproof boots worst boots I have ever bought in my life. After about five months my feet were killing me I felt like a cripple. After six months I took him back to the place I bought him they told me there was nothing they could do for me and timberland cannot do anything for me. I quit wearing them put on an old set a Harley Davidson boots my feet feel great again it's too bad timberlands for the money you spend does not take care of their customers do not ever buy these boot. Update. Great Custer service. They finally reached out to me and took care of the problems. read more

Well I want to get some new boots and you're very helpful since I got actually when I tried them on there and tried like a 9 1/2 and they seem pretty because you know that they have steel toe so I didn't know if I did, the varies would still go but anyway they were half size smaller and I feel they feel good so I just took them in the fridge at work. I got all messed up and on my toe and I hurt my ankle and I took them back. I've done with the box and they were very helpful a switch, and by the way, you know no questions asked and if I won one day and I got different ones my right sizing, I was there at the very nice place to buy. read more

I've been buying and wearing Timberland for years! I'm very disappointed that I never receive my last order. Also very disappointed when I spoke to customer service I was told a manager would contact me within 24hrs. I asked for the manage/ superviso's name that would be contacting me. I was told "I'm not sure". I asked the person I was speaking to for her customer service ID or name so I had something to reference to. She said she doesn't have a identification number and could not give me her last name. No one has ever contacted me or followed up with me per my request. ive tried calling back and I get the same response. This is very frustrating. there are no other numbers to contact and the one is answering any of my questions or concern. This will definitely be my last reaching out to Timberland. I don't recommend ordering from this company to anyone! read more

Timberland Factory store has a great selection of sturdy shoes! We came here after being disappointed at REI... What luck - Timberland carried gortex mid hiking boots for women! Just what I needed. =) I tried on what seemed like ... 8 pairs of shoes to get the right fit and form. They were also priced at 50% off retail price - $70 vs. $140. =) The $70 is definitely much cheaper than what I would've paid at REI. Best of all... super awesome friendly service!!! =) Huge emphasis on the friendly / easy going part. =) ...There's no artificial rock to try your treads on like you can at REI...so I just stepped up and down on their seats to get a feel of how much space is necessary for the front of my feet (important cuz your feet will stub going downhill.. so it's better to buy a size larger so your feet aren't constantly hitting the front of your shoes). read more

Seriously, great service! This is the only Timberland Factory store around, so my friend dragged me here. Btw, this place has literally the lowest rates around (do not order online, in department stores, or third chain parties!). If they do not carry your size in the store, they will order it online for you from their out-of-state warehouse and mail it to your home (shipping costs apply)-- very efficient! read more

I was helped by Tiffany who I was told was a manager. She was the most disrespectful and rude employee I've ever come across in my life. She was blatantly rude, condescending, and somewhat prejudice toward not only myself but the woman in line in front of me. I will not be shopping there ever again. This isn't so much aimed at this store as it is the company itself. I've owned 3 pairs of Timberland Pro boots and the first 2 pairs were great, best boots I've ever worn and I'm very hard on them. The last pair I bought didn't even last a year before I started having problems with tearing and breaking laces. I was replacing laces within 2 weeks at a time. I tried different types brands to no avail. I reached out to customer service off of the Timberland website and their answer was to send me 3 pairs of laces and a $15 coupon off my next pair. These boots are over $200 a pair and that was their solution? The company won't stand behind their products but expect you to be loyal. Quality and customer service is lost. read more

I don't get it. 75% of the staff were rude. Only the cashiers were kind and tried to help us. The manager was even more rude. He glared at us when we were leaving. I get that the store was closing, but according to the other staff, there were two more minutes left, which we used to purchase the shoes at the cashier. read more

Nice jackets, head wear, rain coats, but footwear too soft for me. For rugged boots I wear tough stuff like Chippewa , or Georgia logger, that type. Those go for about $200-300 but they won't quit on you read more

Amazing experience!! I got the yellow boots I've been wanting for some time. Although the store was gonna close in less than 20 minutes, the employees let me try out the boots. Very nice employees :) My purchase went smoothly and the cashier lady was very nice and recommended supplies for boots. She also told me about their 20% discount which I got for my boot. I came into Timberland looking for a pair of pink boots for my daughter and immediately a girl with tattoos and glasses came to my assistance to help me find what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I found out that they didn't have the exact pair I wanted. Sheryl...sherry?... ended up finding me a pair of lavender boots instead. They were super cute and even better then the ones I wanted. She made my shopping experience at this store easy and very pleasant. Some of the t-shirts are goth like, or alternative. Spencer's has definitely changed over the years and it's as heavy metal/ full goth as it used to be. I still like it though. It's more anime and pop culture based. Half of the store is clothing and the other half is adult gag gifts and toys. Spencer's has always been that way. Prices are probably not the best. They do seem steep. Sometimes they have sales though and that makes it more worth it. I grabbed a fun looking date night game and some massage oil. Service was good- fast and friendly.

Went to this location for the first time yesterday and I was pretty happy with my purchase, I…read morewanted a big everyday bag that I could take to work and would fit my laptop in and I found the Hadley large shoulder bag with a matching wallet for just about $300. They have a wide selection for women at affordable prices. I was eyeing another Hadley convertible crossbody in their signature denim that I'll be getting next time. I will say that it's unfortunate that their CUSTOMER SERVICE is TERRIBLE. When I walked in there was three employees just standing there, nobody greeted us and nobody asked to help. I was searching for something on my own and when I narrowed it down to 2 bags that's when I was finally approached by a nice middle aged woman named Amy who grabbed the purse I wanted and found a matching wallet for me. Employees need to be trained to provide SOME sort of customer service--that's the entire job. Because of this I'd probably buy my next purse at another location. Shoutout to Amy for being the ONLY employee to acknowledge me.
