We heard about this place from our acupuncture doctor. My husband and I have feet issues due to diabetes. We walk a lot at Disneyland, so we need a good pair of shoes that will give us the support and cushion for our feet. We drove up to get our feet evaluated on their machine at the store. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Finn helped us today and was amazing! He was so patient with us and is so knowledgeable. The evaluation for both our feet were shocking and interesting. They do email you the full report, so you can have it for your record. I love that they are not pushy or rushing you to make a decision. They also do price match if it's the same shoe. Unfortunately, they didn't have the shoe size and color on the shoes we wanted. But we did end up getting a pair of insoles that Finn told us about. Hopefully, this will give us more cushion and stability with the shoes we have now. We highly recommend going to this store and seeing Finn if you are needing to find a good pair of running or walking shoes. We will definitely be coming back here again. read more

I hadn't heard of this place before and it was recommended to me by my physical therapist. I stopped in today after a quick trip to Trader Joe's since it's just down the street. I stopped to see what kind of shoe insoles they had to offer since I am dealing with foot and back pain. I was instantly greeted by a young man named Finn. I received excellent customer service and I was really impressed with his product knowledge. I walked out with a pair of inserts for myself and picked up a pair for my husband. I will definitely be back to purchase more inserts if these work out for my everyday shoes and I will definitely look for Finn to help me out! Don't underestimate his youthfulness. I have been hesitant to stop here because of the negative reviews. I finally decided to go in and get my foot measured so I can purchase some new marathon shoes. I was immediately greeted by a representative. Who then instructed me to speak with Steve. My experience was nothing like the negative reviews. Steve was so educated and informed me on so many different aspects of my feet that I had no idea where even relevant. After he measured my foot, he brought out quite a few pairs of shoes for me to try on. I was blown away by the selection and it was such a great experience. I signed up for my first half marathon and have been training since December. I've been running in a pair of Hoka Clifton 8 I bought last year but I noticed it quickly started to decline since I started putting more miles on it and my knees started to hurt. I went to a local shoe store but the smallest size they have in stock is a 6 so I called Fleet Feet and they said the smallest they carry is a 5.5 (which I'm a 5 so it's perfect). I arrived and this location is on the smaller end but they still carried quite the selection. I was assigned someone to help me with the scan and provided some shoe recommendations. The gentleman assigned to me was on the younger and shy end but he was very friendly, passionate, and knew his stuff! Unfortunately, all of the shoes I wanted to try did not have my size in stock so I left empty-handed but I think the foot scan is so worth it! I had hoped to find a knowledgeable salesperson who would take the time to measure my feet, talk to me about my running goals, find a shoe that would alleviate some of the general toe pain I had been experiencing, and not make me feel rushed to make a purchase. I went on a Saturday afternoon when there was a bit of a wait to talk to a salesperson, but that was fine. I could see that all the sales associates were working carefully with clients and making sure that they were getting the right shoes. The person I talked to was Tim. Steve was a tremendous help when getting me and my friend into some new shoes! A friend and I stopped by to get scanned/fitted for some new shoes and we were helped by an older gentleman named Steve. He was quite nice, very knowledgeable and gave my friend some great recommendations on shoes that supported his back issues. The shop was laid out in two halves (men on the left, women on the right) and had a mountain of running shoes on sale in the front of the store. Steve let me know that the brand on sale had upgraded a certain model so all the shoes were marked down immediately. Before getting to the shoes in the back of the shops there are tons of rack of shirts, shorts, gloved, bottles and many more accessories for runners of all levels. It's good to see that this place survived the pandemic. Haven't been here in 6 or so years. But customer service is the same still. Top notch, excellent service where they take the time to really match you with the right pair of shoes. I've bought so many pairs of shoes on Amazon, just because of the convenience and selection they have online. But most of the time, they don't fit quite right or they are not as comfortable as I like it. Which leads to my feet hurting after several hours of wearing them. So after doing some research on the best nursing shoes. I decided to go with a pair of Hoka's. Unfortunately I needed them today, so it was nice to see that Fleet Feet carried a wide array of Hoka shoes. The customer representative was super nice. Spent some time re-measuring my feet. Going over the results of that. Listening to what I preferred. And brought out several choices for me to select from. Super nice guy. Decided to go with a pair of Hoka cliftons. And they even gave me a 10% discount for being a nurse!! Which was really nice of them. Training for my first marathon and knew I needed new shoes. I went in and was so pleasantly surprised with the service I received. I shared with the associate what I was looking for/ what I like now and he had me get on a walking pad, a pad I stood on and walk for him to watch me. After I got a full emailed description of my foot size, gait, width, arch, etc. based on the info, he pulled 3 shoes for me to try.
