I really have to acknowledge Faith , the young lady who greeted me as I walk in the door . A few time later she approached my daughter and myself while we were browsing their shoe aisles. She informed us of the sales that's going on in the store. We didn't see a shoe my daughter wanted in the store. Faith helped us to place the order online on her iPad after she rung us up for our instore purchase. Online orders can be shipped to my house or picked up at the store . Very negative experience at this location. The employees working the register are rude and didn't provide good customer service. They just talk amongst each other. In addition, they didn't allow me to return unopened socks because it's a "hygiene issue". When I purchased them I was not told socks were final sale. Apparently they put a blue stamp on the receipt and that indicates no return. They are all aware of their policy but they don't VERBALLY say anything. Ridiculous! I am now stuck with the wrong size and they are unopened/brand new. Tried speaking to a manager and it was pointless. One thing about the Citadel outlets is they're going to have some unprofessional employees working at their stores. I came to this store and couldn't find it because it's not even where it says it's supposed to be. Took me to Starbucks and was way on the other end in the middle of the outlets. I called the store to figure out what stores they're actually near and no answer, the robot literally hung up on me. I get to the store and an employee was already locking up, I told her they aren't closed yet and she tries to close the door on me, mind you there are still customers shopping. I get in there and walk and ask another employee about a specific shoe and he says all they have for that shoe is what's displayed, which isn't what was looking for. I leave, that's it. It took me 10 minutes to get to the store and only a minute to find out they didn't have what I needed which could've been avoided had they answered or had the lady not been in a rush to not let me in. I drove hours to buy a Mexico jersey from the Adidas outlet store in Ontario. On their racks they only had size small on their clothing racks but their mannequin had the size I needed. I asked several employees if I could purchase the mannequins jersey. Apparently it's a "hazard" to remove clothes from a mannequin. RIDICULOUS! They lost a customer! read more

Came to the outlet with a friend who was looking for some items. I don't normally shop at Adidas, but decided to look for some shorts since they were having a 40% off sale. I found a pair of shorts that I liked and noticed their sticker price was $40. As I searched for another pair, it didn't have the sticker and the original price said $30. I mentioned it to the lady ringing me up, but she still charged me $40. I got home and ripped off their price sticker and underneath was the original $30 price tag. Analyze the line items for which you are being charged before paying for your purchase. I should've been charged for 2 backpacks, 1 lunch bag and 1 pack of socks; instead, I was charged for 1 backpack, 1 pair of shoes, 1 lunch bag and 1 pack of socks. How on earth did the checker mysteriously charge me for a pair of shoes? The checker placed my receipt in the bag, and I neglected to analyze the line items before returning home. Now I have to inconvenience myself and drive back to the store, as their policy requires that I must be present in order to receive credit. I will definitely address this matter with the store manager tomorrow. I expect camera footage obtained at the check stand will be available to validate the dynamic that occurred. I'm very impressed with this Adidas Outlet store! When first entering, it has such a great vibe! All the employees are so friendly! Everyone is happy... way cool for a shoe store! They were constantly checking on my husband and me to make sure we were not overlooked. I love it! Tim, a manager, helped us giving us such excellent customer service. He introduced us to the Ultraboost, the most comfortable running shoe ever! We fell in love with them! He made sure we were satisfied with our selections, as I chose a second pair myself, ... we left with 3 pairs and extremely happy! This store is literally always a hot mess. No matter where you walk there are people everywhere. This is due to amazing sale prices (always an addition 40% off outlet prices). Employees are friendly but busy as they have a bunch of people to attend to. Checkout lines can get long but move pretty fast. They should probably do a better crowd control though because it is so difficult to shop with a bunch of people in the store. They have a decent size shoe selection at decent prices too. You may get lucky and may even find cool ultra boosts for a steal of a price. Unfortunately it is just difficult to shop with so many people in the store. With so many people = mess. This store does try to stay clean though even though there is so much foot traffic. read more

I made a large purchase and wasn't given credit on my Adidas account because the employee didn't know how to "do it." When I got home, there was an item in my bag that I did not purchase (it was not on my receipt, and it wasn't my size). That was three weeks ago, and I've been calling the store at all different hours and NO ONE WILL ANSWER the phone! I also washed one of the shirts I did purchase (according to the washing instructions) and it shrunk to a small child's size. It was literally too small for my 12 year daughter! Now because they refuse to answer the phone, I will have to drive 40 minutes to Ontario Mills. I had visited this store on a number of occasions in the past and I walked out without making a purchase because when I was looking for a specific item, the answer had ALWAYS been ...we don't have it. This happened again when I asked an employee to help me locate the items that I was in search of during my last shopping experience. Despite being told that the item I was looking for wasn't available, I browsed the store and found a similar item. Reggie noticed that the item was stored on an upper rack and without being summoned, he came over to assist me with sizing. He appropriately addressed my questions and ultimately located the EXACT item that I was initially looking for. Had an amazing experience today while shopping. It was an extremely busy day for the store. We took advantage of the 50% off entire store and bought some items. After being in line for a very long while my son lost his patience and started acting up. I decided to build up the courage and ask the manager to consider our situation because my son couldn't stand being in the line any longer. Like a dummy I didn't take my sons stroller which made the situation worse for us. The manager was a young guy and he didn't hesitate and told us yes! Usually when my husband and I come here, we get good customer service, but came here the other day (Thursday evening) and got terrible service. Husband needed help with a sandal size and the girl seemed like she did want to help at all. She scanned the sandal to check for the size we wanted and said there was one but never went forward with looking for it or grabbing it for us. She was probably working the back zone doing fitting rooms and stuff, and was "helping" another customer, but really, both the other gentleman and my husband didn't get any service. Another girl who was probably zoning the front came to the back and attempted to help her coworker, but she really just brushed off us both. I went to purchase some shoes at Adidas that were on the clearance rack marked 40% off and when I went to the register they would not honor it. Instead the person that was helping me told me that the shoes were regular price and she went and removes the label on the rack that said 40% off. All the other shoes on the rack are 40% off except for the 6 pairs of all stars. It would not honor it and it was their mistake for putting shoes or they don't belong their excuse was we don't have Room on the rack for the original price. If I could give this place zero stars I would. This place SCAMMED my mother. My mother went to return some items she had purchased a few days earlier, but unfortunately could not find the receipt. All items had their original tags. The items were purchased on her CC and she explained this to the cashier. The cashier told my mother that they had no way of knowing what the original price of the item was because it could have theoretically been purchased on sale. Because of this she would need to pay the difference of it's full price. They estimated that it could have been bought at 50%. So they took the item from my mother and told her if she wanted it back she had to pay the "difference" of the item. My mother wanted to take the item back so she could go home to find the receipt. They would not let her take it back because they said it was their property. Which made no sense because they were already HERS that she purchased from a previous day. She presented the CC that she bought it with but they told her their answer and policy was firm. The cashier called the rude manager and she told her that it was now "their property" and she would have to pay AGAIN if she wanted the item back. Mind you nothing was scanned again, they just snatched the jacket back. My mother paid AGAIN, for them to give her back her jacket. I've never heard of anything like this in my life, they are real life SCAMMERS. I will be contacting corporate. DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE******* read more
