I attempted to explain, but told to stop talking, he didn't care to listen, kept saying he knew everything. Confused and mad I refused the fee. He begins to ramble on in an anger attack, about me talking and then, blames us. Yes, we are the real problem. We didn't buy some verticals from them and he is furious . Tony invented a great solution to our problem with a pair of custom adjustable inside shutters. He measured our window very carefully and placed the order with the factory. He warned us to expect 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. Exactly 7 weeks later, he brought a pair of shutters that were perfectly sized to our unusually-shaped window. You would not believe how exact the fit was. They look great and are match our door and window trim.
