As an update from below, the owner came back the same day I called and fixed the door. My husband said he would not hesitate to hire/recommend this company. It was not acceptable of the way he treated me, but at the end, he did make it right. The owner came back and installed the trim after my husband insisted that something be done (he changed his tone of not being able to originally fix it when I asked). It lools nice, but now the door hits the fixed glass and water leaks all over the floor when in use. read more

Did two doors for me. Both leak and look sloppy. What a waste of money. Should have gone to Henderson Glass. Cheaper and more professional. May at the office was responsive and helpful. Tim does not seem to like his work, does a sloppy job and has poor interpersonal skills. He came to fix his poor installation and wanted to charge me for a service call. That upset me a lot and I don't get upset easy. read more

We had a shower door installed about a month ago and I am very happy with Tim's Glass. I visited the showroom a couple times prior to purchase and each time the employees were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Tim came out to measure and everything went smoothly. The estimated price was in line with our research so we placed our order. The door was ready for installation sooner than expected. Two young gentleman installed the door in approximately 45 minutes and it looked beautiful and fit perfectly. There was no sign they had been there other than the door being in place. Unfortunately, the door slipped out of alignment on the second use of the shower. I called Tim's Glass and a gentleman came the same day to fix the problem. Two days later it slipped again and within an hour, two gentleman arrived to adjust the door again. I do not know what the problem was, but I felt as if the person answering the phone at the office and the gentlemen who came to the house cared as much as I did. We have not had any problems since. The door lines up perfectly and looks beautiful. I am amazed how the glass dries clear. I especially love the printed instructions, cleaning puff and cloth Tim's Glass gave me at installation. The instructions leave no doubt about how to maintain the beautiful door and glass wall. I pinned the instructions to a bulletin board for reference since a loving family member had ruined an old set of glass doors many years ago by using an inappropriate cleaner. I will recommend Tim's Glass to my friends and will not hestitate to use this company again in the future if needed. read more

Must be a great business when you can ignore potential clients without even a courtesy call. We remodeled our bathroom and called Tim's Glass to discuss cutting down the existing mirror. I talked to Mary who went above and beyond answering my questions. After explaining what I intended to do (cut the mirror and rest it on vanity) she put Tim on the phone. I appreciate his no nonsense, get down to business approach. He explained why my idea was possible, but not advisable. He suggested their floating mirror. I stopped in to the showroom and so glad I did. Floating mirrors are beautiful and a lot less $$ than I expected. My new floating mirror was installed a week earlier than expected and is beautiful. 5 star service from start to finish. We went with Tim's Glass for our bathroom mirror based on price after comparison shopping against Henderson and others found on Yelp - Tim's price for a custom sized mirror with installation beat them all. Chris - the guy who came out to take the measurements was polite and professional. Mary - the office administrator - was so incredibly sweet and helpful each and every time we spoke. The coordination of the installation could have been a little better - delays because of weather, defective product from their supplies and what appeared to be simply poor communication. End of the day, the installed mirror looks good. Will consider Tim's for other mirror installations in the future. read more
