I told Lizette my problem areas and she began terrorizing me, I kept telling her what she was doing was way to hard, I kept jumping and complaining and she kept saying I had to take the "therapy" she was giving. After about five minutes I stated getting up and told her I was leaving. When she saw I was serious she said she would give me a different type of relaxing massage. It was the same movements she had tried before but somewhat tolerable. She was done in about 30 minutes and then covered me and told me to relax.

I did not receive any of those, so the service ended up being a regular massage with no added features. I think the therapist may be new and just wasn't aware of the specials. Overall, the massage itself was good, the staff was polite, and the spa is clean and professional.
