We had an absolute terrific time celebrating my husband's birthday with Time Mission! Thank you to Kate for helping explain everything to us. There are 25 rooms and are a perfect mixture of puzzle rooms and more physically active game rooms. We chose the 120 minute package which allowed us enough time to go through every single room at least once and some rooms multiple times. There are lockers once you get inside which are easy to use. Facility was a good temperature but I would recommend wearing lighter layers as the more active game rooms will get your temperature up and it's harder to cool off from them. The number two things that stands out about time mission is how clean the facility is and how courteous and helpful everyone is. All the employees were making sure that we were taken care of and were very helpful with ensuring we were having a good time and asked if we had any questions. We would 1000% come back again, that was so much fun. Only note though, be careful in the first room on your left. The room is timed like many other rooms but there is a wooden staircase/platform to stand on when dropping the ball into the obstacle course and to complete the course you do have to go up and down the wooden staircase a few times to try to complete the room. Unfortunately after trying to complete this room a few times, I walked backwards off one of the stairs and fell off the staircase onto the remainder of the wooden obstacle course, bruising my butt and back. Time Mission is a super fun place to go to with groups or as a couple! Imagine an escape room (but not one), but a ton of miniature ones, and you have 3 minutes per room. I went there on 1/17/26 and that was a Saturday night. I don't understand the one star reviews since I was also there on a really busy night. I saw someone give one star on Google because they booked 3 times but had a different number of people for each one. Right there is common sense, you should only book for just one time. The other reviews don't make much sense either. You have to book for a time that you want (1 time only unless you're going back for more in the same day). You choose between 60, 90, or 120 mins (prices are the same Sunday-Saturday). For 90 mins you'll be able to try most of the rooms (25) at least once. If you go on a Friday or Saturday night, it'll be harder to do so. Make sure you book for everyone in your group as one reservation (just have everyone Venmo that person that booked). You pay everything online. It's recommended to book your reservation online vs doing a walk in. When I went, they said they were not taking walk ins. After everyone in your reservation shows up, you just walk up to the counter to check in. They have at least 2-3 employees to check people in. If you have a group that is larger than 5, then they will split you into two groups. For most of the rooms, you only need 3-4 people to play. More than that will be too crowded. There are lockers to store your belongings after the video. If you have more than 3 people, it'll be harder to store your stuff unless you ask for another locker. This place is more like Cube Challenges in Schaumburg with multiple rooms with different themes. It's only similar to Activate when you have to scan each room with your wristband, other than that it's mostly different. In some rooms the instructions were not very clear on what you're supposed to do. I went on YouTube to watch this family do this in another location, but it gave me a better idea on how to do those rooms. I do wish they had better restrooms than a single person at a time. They need hand sanitizer stations throughout. For parking, you have to park by the Home Goods or AMC, it's very difficult by the Costco or in front of Time Mission. Hopefully, they'll open up another location with a better parking lot. I recommend not going on a Friday-Sunday. It'll be easier to go through all of the rooms on a week day especially if you want to go into rooms more than once. read more

Time mission was so much fun! I was not sure if my toddler would enjoy given that many of the games are puzzles, but he had so much fun! Each portal has instructions on how to play. There's also team members that can help explain the game. I really appreciate the countdown of how much time your group has left. They also have lockers to store your belongings. Overall Experience: We had a fun experience. Our group of seven (adults and children) visited on 1/19/2026 at 3:00 PM. Since school was closed, the venue was very busy. Cost: 7 people, $193 for 1 hour Check-In & Process: 1) Reserve online and complete waivers before arrival. All members of your group must be present to check in. Groups may be split into smaller teams of four or five, so decide in advance who will be grouped together. 2) Go to the register to check in. Your group will receive bracelets, which are required to enter the challenge rooms. 3) You will be taken to a room to watch a short instructional video. If the facility is loud, the audio may be difficult to hear. Room for improvement: add closed captioning. 4) After the video, you will exit the room and find lockers to store coats and personal items. Challenge Rooms: 1) Look at the light above each room door: Green light: room is available Red light: room is occupied Blue light: a bracelet has been scanned, and the challenge is in progress 2) Do not enter rooms with red or blue lights. Rooms with no light are not in service. 3) Before entering a room, read the instructions on the keypad near the door. Use the right arrow to continue reading. The screen will also list required skills (e.g., agility, math, strength). If you want to proceed, scan your bracelet and enter. 4) Have fun! Suggestions for Improvement for Management: 1) Post clear, written directions in multiple locations throughout the lobby. 2) Create separate lines at the register for check-in and payment. 3) Instruct groups to have only one representative at the register for payment. Call the full group forward only when bracelets are being distributed. 4) Add closed captioning to the instructional video. Visitor Etiquette: 1) Shower and wear deodorant, as the space can become warm and confined. Wear comfortable clothing. You will be moving a lot when completing challenges. Best to wear a t-shirt, sweatpants, and gym shoes. 2) If you are sick, please do not visit. This is a shared space with many high-touch surfaces. 3) Do not occupy challenge rooms longer than necessary. Exit promptly after completing a challenge so others may participate. 4) Be aware of your surroundings. Move aside for others, say "excuse me," and avoid blocking hallways. Final Thoughts: Overall, the experience was fun, and the staff and most guests were polite, even during a crowded time. A few visitors were unaware of their surroundings. When the facility is busy, treat it like an airport: be aware, efficient, and courteous so everything runs smoothly. And of course, have fun! read more

Our family of four (2 boys aged 11 & 8) went to the grand opening of Time Mission yesterday and had an amazing time! Each of the rooms are designed with care and have unique themes and tasks to complete (e.g., balance, memory, puzzles, etc.). A few of the tasks were more geared toward my older son, but the staff was really welcoming and helpful with tips so my younger son felt involved and excited. The kids were already discussing when to come back before our visit was even over. Overall, this is a perfect place to spend an hour or two with family and/or friends! read more

If you have kids that are 7 or older, or are just looking for a fun thing to do with a big group of people that like to have fun, this is an incredible place! Highly recommend. We went tonight with my two kids aged 9&12 and had a blast. Some physical games, some mental, some puzzles. So great! We could have stayed longer and we do 60 minutes. 90 is probably perfect so you can replay some of the games. read more

Took the kids here during spring break and had a great time. Courteous and friendly team from the moment we walked in and throughout the entire experience. Each of the challenges was fun and had the opportunity to repeat some of the rooms during our 90 minutes. We had a fantastic day at Time Mission. It's a fun, collaborative set of games ranging from logic and puzzle challenges to climbing and jumping activities. Fun place to spend an hour or longer. We booked for an hour and didn't even make it through all the rooms! I would def book for 90 min next time! Pay attention online we were a group of 5 and paid individual tickets instead of a "group"and it's $35 per person for 60 min but if you're a group of 4 or more you can get 90 min for $35 each. Wish that was automatically placed when booking for 4 or more :( would've loved the extra 30 min there! Didn't realize my husband didn't book the group ticket until after he paid. But again that should've been automatically applied at checkout. Also, each room holds groups of 5 max and you cant interchange people with you. We were two families booked separately online (7 of us) and when we got there they said we couldn't split our group and have to stick To how we booked which made no sense. The girls wanted to be together and the boys in their own team. After going back and forth they ended up letting us split that way otherwise it's best to book all in one booking then split there. However, you wouldn't know that booking online so it's kind of not fair to then get the attitude there for doing it that way....other than that it was fun. read more
