I'm from out of town. A friend and I sat and told our order to the guy, more than 3 times. It was simple. One chicken sandwich, one fish sandwich, and French dip.. He wouldn't pay attention due to looking at his receipts and not listening, he sucks at customer service.. and then tried to blame us for the mix up.. No thanks, never again. So we were in the area and we all wanted pizza, so we asked one of our clients what was the best food in the area and all 3 of them right off the batt was like "Time Out" lol, they were all telling us about how good,and fresh the pizza and burgers were and how friendly everyone was, it was funny. So we all came here, and eveyone was nice and friendly, the lady taking our order was nice and funny and made sure our order was great and asked us how we was doing and everything. We got burgers and some fries and pizzas and we all loved everything. The drinks were good and she made sure we were all taken care of and happy. Thank you so much for the love and everything. Okay I have to give this place a five-star review because yesterday there was a mix-up in the order and Christina, the acting manager, totally professionally hand herself very well she immediately understood the situation and had them make another pizza for us that had no onions on it. We've been ordering pizzas there for years in fact my wife's father who was a farmer here in this town had boxes and boxes and boxes of pizza stacked in his room that's what he lived off of they make pizzas which are absolutely amazing and cannot be beat anywhere. I also just now noticed that they do burgers and fries and I'm a burger and fry guy so that's going to be my next thing I try if you guys want a great establishment that will make you guys feel very comfortable when eating and is enough to feed an entire army in those big giant works pizzas then this is your place. I'm 50 years old and I've never had a better place to eat at even though I always do delivery they dine in as well maybe sometime I'll sit there and dine in and eat with the misses. Though I haven't been here for eons, I came here tonight to pick up a pizza for my visiting son. They were on this so fast and I was out of there and throwing pizza on a plate for the boy. It's clear that they have not lowered their high standard for service. When I tasted the pizza it was pretty darn good! Lots of toppings with no skimp. One of the workers was finished with her shift and left. The Boss told her to be careful and he would watch until she was safely in her car. Awesome! What a fantastic find in the lovely town of Quincy! We had the cheese sticks and the meat lovers pizza and both were delicious. The crust on the pizza is not a crisp crust but it has a good mouth feel. The toppings were generous and it had a good all around flavor profile. While the pizza was good, the bread sticks alone were worth the visit to this hidden gem on the edge of the city. The proprietors were friendly and amenable and our visit was an overall pleasant experience. The ambiance is reminiscent of classic pizza shops from the 80's and 90's which is also an appropriate reflection of the cuisine. Local sports memorabilia lines the wall and a vintage arcade area is available to help keep guests entertained while waiting for their meal. Quincy's motto is "Opportunities Unlimited" and Time Out Pizza certainly lives up to those standards. read more

I ordered a Giant Luau pizza over the phone, lady said it'd be ready in 25-30 mins. I get there right at 30 and there's a party in front of me, I hang out for a bit to see what else is going on. Looked like there were a couple arcade machines in the back, but I wasn't all that interested at the time. Once I got my pizza, it was maybe a little burnt, but the flavors and quality of cheeses more than made up for it, though you want to be careful of the toppings sliding off when you take the first slice, but then again that's all pizzas just came out of the oven, right? I haven't tried anything else, but I'll definitely be back to sample their other fare. read more

If you ever ate at a Godfather's Pizza parlor before, I'm sure you'd enjoy Time Out Pizza in Quincy. Big comfortable booth seats, a salad bar, and an arcade. It's definitely got that sit-in feel to it. The pizza there is generally pretty greasy but nothin a couple napkins couldn't handle. I personally don't care whether I get greasy or nongreasy pizza. All pizza is beautiful. I'm givin these guys a 4 star, not a 5, for two reasons. They never have really cut their pizzas all the way through. You'll be stuck pullin on a slice and end up gettin more than that. The second reason is because they do not serve Coca Cola. Pizza's great, environment is great, staff is great. Will talk about two things... customer service/integrity, and quality. Lost my wallet in the parking lot with several hundred dollars in it... A customer turned it in and when I arrived, they had it, untouched. Love the integrity and customer service. For the pizza and wings, they changed owners about a year ago and the pizza and service has slowly caught on and recovered from what it was. They are still figuring out how to keep pizza in the window for their buffet customers and the salad bar stocked, but way better than it was 6 months ago and getting better all the time. Recommend you do what the previous owner did, and do more specialty pizzas on the buffet... good marketing for what you can do and great customer experience that way... take requests. The most consistent complaint in this small town full of construction workers and people working on data centers and buildings, is that they are constantly having to wait for the buffet to actually have pizza out, and one pizza won't cut it for 20 people. Get that figured out, the pizza is awesome and business will follow. read more

Where to start! Salad bar had rotten lettuce leaves in it, rotten broccoli florets, and sub par dressings and salads. We paid over $11 for "the lunch special" and there was no pizza to be seen. Went for lunch buffet yesterday. Got there a little before noon. Paid and got handed plates and bowls so made a salad. Sat down and wondered where the pizza was. At 12:15 they put one pizza out. I counted 16 people waiting. I got 1 slice. My co-worker didn't get any. At 12:25 i asked if they were going to put more pizza out and the girl said yes cheerfully but seemed oblivious to the fact that just about everyone in there was on a limited lunch break. Was looking for a place to stop for lunch on our way to the Gorge. Anyone familiar with the George/Quincy area knows there's not much in the way of a good sit-down restaurant. Saw the favorable reviews on Yelp and decided to check it out. We were a little nervous when we walked in - it was a little dark inside and not many people. However, staff was extremely polite and quick to take our orders. The menu has pretty much every kind of pizza you could possibly want. While we were ordering, there was a phone order for 20 pizzas destined for the Gorge. Kind of expected there would be a delay in getting our order. We were pleasantly surprised though when our 4 pizzas arrived at our table just minutes later. The pizzas were great, came to our tables very hot, and not overly greasy. One negative that kept me from rating 5 stars though. There's an odd smell coming from the HVAC. Need to have that checked out and remedied. I would still highly recommend this place and will return when we are in the area again! read more

The quality of food this place puts out is just amazing! It's ten times better than any food you will get from some franchise or chain. The toppings on the pizzas are very generous and you can tell they only use the freshest ingredients. I've had several items off the menu and have never been disappointed. I'm pretty picky about food and they are always happy to customize my order so I get it exactly as I want it. Almost every time I eat here the owner and his family are working the place. The service is fast and you can tell they really care about making the customers happy. In short, this place has the kind of food and service that you will never find at some franchise or chain pizza place. I know a lot of locals who refuse to go anywhere else for pizza. This place is the best! We have a condo in Crescent Bar where there is basically only one restaurant. We went into Quincy to get groceries and I stumbled on this little gem on Yelp. Sounded like a decent lunch option for our little family of four (two kids ages 8 and 12) but it was much better than decent! The food was yummy and filling, and the service was excellent! I'm always impressed with the pizza we get at Time Out. Ray has also done a marvelous job at training his staff to be driven for customer service. My family and I always enjoy coming to the establishment, especially with all the MMA memorabilia and that we can usually assume that UFC is playing on the big screen! read more
