Despite cooperating right away, the person who appeared to be the owner approached us in a very rude and unprofessional manner. We were told to leave the parking lot and were even threatened with being put on a tow list, which felt completely unnecessary given that we complied immediately. The situation escalated way beyond what was reasonable, and the interaction left us feeling unwelcome and disrespected. Based on this experience, we would not return.
