Our waitress was either drunk or high. She took our beer orders and brought them right away. I had to ask 4 times for a menu and she kept apologizing about forgetting to bring it. She took our food order and then came back 20 minutes later and asked if we were ready to order. 20 minutes later she came back to double check to see what we wanted. About 10 minutes later she told us our food was the next one up. 45 minutes later our food came out. She told us she was going to buy our beers for us. I asked for the check after being there over 2 hours. She never brought it. There was another guy working and I asked him what was up. He said she was having a rough night. I told him what we had to eat and offered him $50. He took it and we ran out of the bar. She was waiting on one other large table with about 10 people. It was only the two tables she had to wait on. Went there to watch USA soccer , food was good, the bar tender came in at 7:50 took an attitude when I asked for the game to be turned on. 2 min into the game It was on .It took me till 38 min in the game to get my bill. A local sports bar in walking distance from our house. Time Out is where you can watch your favorite team and have a lot of fun. It is our favorite to watch the Steelers play in the middle room. There are usually 18-20 people in the Steeler area enjoying the food, drinks, ambiance, friendly staff and great service. During the game, there is a bucket of beer (limited choice) and wing special for just $25. Mixed drinks and draft beers are reasonably priced also. The wings are top rate. We like the hot and/or extra hot sauce and there is a choice of Bleu Cheese or Ranch for dipping. If you're an onion ring aficionado, Time Out is the place to go. They come with your choice of horseradish sauce or ranch - both are good. The menu is extensive with something for everyone. The nachos are loaded with chili, cheese, lettuce, tomato & jalapeños. There are tater tots, fries, loaded fries, fried pickles and buffalo chicken dip to name a few of the starters. Stopped by Timeout Sports Bar with some friends while visiting Florida since it was right around the corner from our Airbnb. From the road, it doesn't look like much, but once inside, we were surprised by how spacious it was. The bar has two separate bar areas, plenty of TVs for sports, darts, and pool tables, making it a great place to hang out. When we arrived, it wasn't overly packed, which was nice. We played pool for a couple of hours, had some drinks, and just relaxed. The atmosphere was solid--clean, comfortable, and without any rowdy or troublesome crowds. It was mostly a mix of older and younger locals just enjoying the place. Service was generally good, though there was one bartender (guy in a red hat) who seemed more interested in talking than actually getting drinks out quickly. This did effect by rating by reducing it by 1 star, it did really annoy me. Other than that, no complaints. One of the biggest surprises was the price--I had about six or seven pints of Yuengling, and my tab was only around $13. Not sure if it was happy hour or a mistake, but either way, I wasn't complaining! Overall, it was a good time. If you're in the area and looking for a laid-back sports bar with plenty of space, good prices, and a solid atmosphere, Timeout is worth checking out! read more

My husband and I came in to have drinks and food and Trisha was so busy on her phone and doing FaceTime that she had no time to wait on us. In fact when we asked for the bill, she gave it to us and then walked away, and we had a credit card sitting there for quite a bit of time. Her service is lacking and it was not that busy that she cannot focus on us and give us a little more time and act like she really cares to be there. Put the damn phone away. I have gotten so much supportive feedback back I have decided to post the entire story. Hi, my name is Barbara and if you were at Time Out Sports Bar in Seminole on Tuesday night, yes this is me. I was the one that had all the problems. I arrived at approximately 615 and met friends that had already been waiting quite a while. The first group of friends texted me and told me to go to the back bar because there was no room at the front. However, when I walked in, they were all sitting in the front, some in a booth and some at our normal table. Confused, I was told it "started emptying out so we moved back up front". I joined my friends sitting at one of the long tables in front of the dartboards looking forward to enjoying our normal Tuesday to eat, drink and play . I was told they had been sitting there for over 20 minutes and still couldn't get served. We all waited some more then I offered to go get our drinks at the bar. On the way up, the bar manager l met eyes and I said can we get some service over here. She told me someone would be right over. I think she was an annoyed but I ignored it and sat down again. It was busy, but not overly so. As my friends had already told me the place was emptying out. I have seen it much busier and we never had problems getting served at the tables by Sarah. OK, we are at the 35 minute mark and still no service. I proceeded to go to the far side of the bar, which was completely empty except for two people at the very end. I stood in the middle with several seats on either side of me empty and waited and waited and waited. The girl served everybody around me wiped counters down did everything but wait on me. Finally a nice looking young gentleman came up beside me. I did ask him if he could see me and he said yes and I said oh good cause I thought I might be invisible. OK, maybe a little bit of a SA, but certainly nothing illegal and quite justified. There was no cursing, and there was no yelling by me. I did do some talking like what the hell is going on, but that's it. It might've been funny if it wasn't so horrible real. Finally, this bartender/manager comes up to the guy standing right next to me and says what can I get you? First of all he should've said to her, but he didn't, She was next. What can I say manners today??? I did say wait a minute. I have been standing here quite a while and I was here first. She started yelling that I was disrespecting her that she was serving her bar and she didn't care who was first. Yes, I was now very angry. I don't remember it, but I was told I called her a bitch. I can't say yes or no to that but it is probable I really had reached my breaking poin. She told me to get out, started screaming it over and over again and to take my whole crew with me. I asked her to call the police which she did. The police did explain to me that since it's private property they can treat people however they want if they don't like your clothes, if they don't like your color, if they don't like your hairdo, they can ask you to leave and you have to! I did not know this rule, which is why I asked them to call the police and why I wanted to stay around to speak to the police. Believe me I had no intention staying. IN THIS DAY AND AGE I FIND THIS RIDICULOUS, BUT IT IS THE LAW. I don't personally agree with it, but that is the law. She asked two other people to leave simply because they were sitting with me. We were all totally sober because none of us ever got a drink which was now way over 45 minutes. I actually stood outside and talked with the three officers, especially the canine officer as my husband was also a canine officer with both Saint Petersburg and the Sheriff's Department. I am friends with many police officers from many departments both retired and currently still working. They explained that law again and there was nothing they could do about it. We ended up going to Gooses and had a wonderful time. We had good food played darts and it ended up being 13 or so people. What kind of server especially a manager, doesn't serve on a first come first serve basis? I can only surmise that a young tattooed female would prefer to serve a young good looking male vs a 71 year old woman but really? One of the comments I received of someone that was there, Patty, stated she would never sit at a table on a Tuesday night. Well if they're that busy on Tuesday night, why don't they hire enough people to take care of their customers? Also, as I stated, we always sit at those long tables in front of the dartboard because there's a big group of us that play darts eat, and drink. If they were not gonna serve the tables, why do they have the tables there? As ! stated earlier, we've been going there for weeks. Sarah is amazing. This place is huge. Plenty of bar space. Pool tables if you like. Food is bar food but everything I've had has been very good. Bartenders are excellent and service is fast. Strong drinks, friendly people. Later in the night it gets quite packed but if that's your thing then this is your place. read more

First time there for a Rays Watch Party. I had the French dip - which came out with no "dip". The chef came out with steaming hot "dip" a few minutes later, she just made cuz they ran out. Ordered food for pick up on a busy Friday night around 7pm and it did not disappoint. The employee was very friendly on the phone and did not rush me off as most places tend to do when taking to go orders. We live in the neighborhood and like to order from here since it's always fresh, and made in a timely manner. The staff is always friendly when I come to pick up the food. As sports bars go not very good the food average but the wings are very good. The thing I have issues lack of staff in the day and busy times at night. You wait for a drink while bartenders talks to other patrons. Then lack of many sports packages a sports bar needs. Also the lack of training the staff has operating the TV to turn on games. Many times they get upset if you ask to put a game on. Bdubs and Gooses are better options if you want to watch sports. read more

Open late, this spot has creeped into my late night rotation due to the fact that the food they serve is a step above most bars in the area.Their steak subs and Cubans are excellent! What a pleasant surprise this place was to me. I needed a place to watch a particular basketball game so I called ahead and they confirmed they could get it. When I walked in, the game was up right behind the bar! A woman's NCAA game in the middle of the men's tournament. The barkeep was friendly, lots of choice for cold beer and a full bar and kitchen. I did not try the food, but it looked good. Here is the most amazing thing. The establishment is smoker friendly, BUT they brag on their "smoke eaters". Well...apparently those work really, really well. I dod not have anyone sitting right next to me at the bar, but people were smoking and I could not detect ANY smoke. I was amazed. Me: Patty Melt w/side -salad /Blu Cheese dressing. My Partner: BLT/Fries. The melt was perfect!! Rye bread grilled, DBL patties, grilled onions and cheese. I couldn't finish it, it was that large! $7.99. Salad you'd think with Pub Favourites wouldn't be much? NOT so here! Chilled with variety of toms, carrots, cheese etc. The *best* part? The blue cheese dressing! Chunky, chunky and chunky- Better than most high-end restaurants I've been to!! BLT HUGE!! He couldn't finish his LOL. Bacon cooked freat fresh toms/lettuce- Our bartender Adam couldn't of been more on the ball. He really does his job and works his bar efficient. Never waited for anything. This is a sports bar. One of several managers told us that they did not honor their advertised NFL Sunday wings and beer special printed on their printed Time Out menu. I asked if I could see a new, accurate menu. The manager grabbed a black permanent marker, crossed out the menu item, stating, "Here, it's accurate now!" Another manager tried to assuage us by regaling us with tales of family disarray and ownership disputes. Huh? Judging by the sloppy and boisterous crowd, It seemed as if it were yet another of those "drive-easy," dive bars; bars which profit from neighborhood alcoholics who choose to get hammered and pray they don't get a DUI (or worse) on their short drive home. We've been coming here for several years so expectations and standards are kept low. I ordered steak bites and grilled cheese to-go and after about 50 mins (and multiple attempts to get the attention of any of the three bartenders that ignored any attempt to politely gather their attention) a friend inquired about my order. This was met with a rude and hurried response that the kitchen "just got hit hard". Orders that were placed far after ours were finishing their meal and nothing was coming out of the kitchen. I watched two servers go in the kitchen and tend to my order then brought it out and tell me it just came out. Both items were barely warm; I'd have been okay if they had just acknowledged they forgot it but instead lied. When I pointed out that the food wasn't even hot, I was met with an unforgiving and rude "well I can take it off your bill but there's nothing else I can do".
