[[HIGHLIGHT]]A place in town that has lovely outdoor seating in a unique hidden beautiful spot in st pete and has a dog menu!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was so much fun going there and enjoying a nice lunch on a Saturday with our fur baby![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food was nice and the service was extremely quick and friendly. My favorite was the crab appetizer! The salad was good too and the Hawaiian pizza was a nice thin crust. I just wish it had a little bit more spice to it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's quite a bit of indoor outdoor seating as well as parking.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Also there's a phenomenal tour of India burial grounds right across but you have to book in advance. All in all wonderful experience!

Recently, we decided to go in to see Adrienne (bartender we've known for a long time) and to try a new place for us. It was a great decision. My guy was happy with the extensive selection of craft beers. I started with a margarita, which was delicious. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The bar area is comfortable with seating available at the bar or tables.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is also a very attractive outdoor dining area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The establishment has a neighborhood vibe. Everyone was friendly, and we soon felt like regulars. The menu has a wide selection of pizza, salads, soup, wings, burgers, cold & hot sub sandwiches, and Italian specialties. It was a hard decision. We decided to try a slice of the hand tossed New Jersey style pizza with pepperoni and sausage, which came out quickly. The pizza was absolutely 100% delicious (in addition to a plethora of toppings, there is a ricotta cheese blend that can be swapped for the red sauce) [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is a great history about this building. It was constructed during the Roaring 20s. The exterior architectural features are welcoming, and the interior has ornate columns, archways, and murals.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]There is a public pier nearby, and it juts out into Boca Ciega Bay. Beautiful to see. Parking is free.

I finally found it - I found the best pizza in Florida!! Being from the Northeast, we are spoiled with fantastic pizza and we haven't been able to find anything in Florida that compares, until now! My husband and I came here to grab a drink while on vacation. We had no intention of eating. The guy next to us got a pizza. We both commented on how good it looked and smelled. The guy told us the owner imports water from New York to make this pizza. We were instantly sold! We ordered a half cheese, half pepperoni pizza. The flavor and texture of the dough is definitely reminiscent of a northeast pizza! We ate the whole thing. My husband raved about it. Definitely check this place out if you're looking for an amazing pizza :)

Great food, ambience and great beer selection! We tried the Cuban sandwich, Stromboli, pizza and wings.

Love, love, love! A great place for us locals to get away from the beach for a relaxing meal in a historic tavern which will turn 100yrs old next year. There is outdoor and indoor seating, outside has a fountain and a view of stunning old live oak trees. Inside it is the perfect comfort I expect from a real tavern. They have board games, puzzles, and even a piano anyone can play. The food is perfect every visit. The pizza is phenomenal! They even have half a Cuban sliced into sticks for an appetizer; great idea! The drink selection is perfect with anything most would desire. Everyone who works here is super nice and even engages when we walk past each other. Will be back 100s of times over.

A slice with pineapple mushrooms and ham. I stopped here for a work related issue and was pleasantly surprised by the vibe, staff, drinks and food. I highly recommend you check it out!

A cool spot in an area that has few restaurant options close by. The menu has a wide variety of options from pizza to cheesesteaks to sandwiches, burgers, and salads. I made my own burger, adding a fried egg to it, and found it to be a solid choice. It was cooked as ordered, not spectacular but good. The fries, with a bit of curl, were the standouts of the meal, perfectly crunchy and well seasoned.

We arrived at 5:30 and it was packed, but a table opened for us within two minutes. The ambiance was awesome, with each table having its own miniTV! Guests didn't have to choose between watching Wimbledon or the World Cup (or anything else they chose). Such a clever idea and probably great for entertaining kids, too. The server was prompt and friendly, and we got our drinks and app ordered immediately. We split the corn dog as an appetizer (felt right for 4th of July), and my husband declared it was one of the best he ever had. A great ratio of the sweet fried dough and salty hot dog. Definitely a reasonable portion to split as an appetizer and still have room for an entree. We got the tomato and corn salad as a side, which was a nice palate cleanser. I got the bacon cheeseburger (sub a pretzel bun, which you can absolutely do) and my husband got the Van Helsing. Both were excellent. He got regular fries and I got sweet potato fries and a side salad, also fantastic. My meal was exactly what I wanted - a classically delicious cheeseburger (I removed the bacon and put it on my side salad, which I highly recommend). My husband's had perfectly cooked garlic cloves and a nice zest with the jalapeños. They also had a great tap list to go wash everything down! We left stuffed but not feeling like we were going to die. It was a wonderful experience for start to finish and we'll be back!

I got the crispy duck wings (and do not know why I didn't take a picture ) but they were very crispy and very good. They came with 2 sauces, which I did not try because they said they were a bit spicy and I don't like spicy, but they were plenty good on their own. I ordered the One Bad Pig with a side of sweet potato fries and of course had to get an extra side of tator tots because I love them. The burger was very good and juice, hard to eat because it's so big, but I managed to do it. The tots were crispy just like I like them and the fries were your typical sweet potato fries but very good. The service was attentive and good and it seemed to be a local crowd and was a nice vibe. It is off the beaten path so not too touristy but the locals know about it so it gets crowded. I highly recommend this place for a burger if you are wanting one!!

At the outset, the server spilled a container of salad dressing on one of our party. Ok. No problem. Accidents happen. I ordered broiled salmon. The server asked which side I wanted. I inquired as to the choices. She listed them (fries, slaw, salad, etc). I ordered a salad. I enjoyed my meal. (One member of our party also ordered the salmon. She said hers was very overcooked and dry). After we finished our entrees, the server asked if anyone wanted dessert. I ordered a apple crisp to go. After paying the bill, I looked at the itemized charges. I was not happy to see that I had been charged $3.00 for the "side" salad. When I asked the server about it, she said that the salad was a "premium" side--ergo, the $3.00). This should have been revealed to me prior to ordering it. By the way, the to-go apple crisp was a whopping $10.99!! I sure hope my husband likes it!!

Well-versed on the menu and a very pleasant lady. It's certainly not a fancy place and it looks like it's been around for a while, but it's the kind of place where you might like to hang out at the bar. Everyone there seems to be friendly and you get that comfortable feeling. We had a variety of food items, some better than others but nothing below average. Really good salads, as you can see by the pictures, a nice job on the chicken wings, a BLT that was pretty tasty; the butternut squash soup was OK, pretty thick and not hot at all. One was returned to the kitchen to be heated up. There was a chicken dip that really didn't hit the spot, and the tortilla chips that came with it seem to be past their prime. As for the fried mushrooms. I found them pretty much ordinary. A nice surprise were the brussels sprouts with balsamic and goat cheese. Really really good. Overall, I would give the food about a 3 1/2 stars at the service five stars so what averages out around four stars. Like I said it looks like a nice place to hang around and have a couple of beverages and a little something to eat.

Surprisingly mild on flavor despite the toppings, and it's a BIG boy... which I know some people love, but I tend to prefer a smash burger so I'll take partial responsibility for that note! The fries, however, were excellent... textured, crispy, exactly how fries should be. The real standout of the visit was the chilaquiles (the chef's brunch special). It ran a little dry, but the flavors more than made up for it. The combination of crunchy tortilla chips, smoky sauce, pickled onions, egg, avocado, and cilantro all together was just so good... my boyfriend was equally obsessed. Would absolutely order again.
