No hassle, no upselling--just great service at very reasonable prices. While we were there, we also purchased a beautiful gold bracelet for our newborn niece. When we later brought it back to be engraved, Rich did it free of charge, which was such a thoughtful and generous touch. It's a small store, but the service and care you get here are huge. I stopped by with a used watch I purchased from a street vendor to see if we could jump start it. He spent a decent amount of time cleaning the watch, inspecting components and determined we couldn't repair it without insurance a new movement. That would be too costly for a used watch, but I really appreciated his efforts. No charge for evaluating the watch. He has a great display of unique mini clocks here and affordably priced as they are beautiful! I recommend this business for sure.

Both watches were repaired for fair prices and expertly. Previous estimates quoted total overhaul and replacement of parts. In fact both watches were no more than six months old. The second watch I waited three weeks for an inflated estimate. Franklin Clock shop and Mahmoud repaired the watch in one day!!
