Came in sparaticly because I had 3 watches that needed batteries, towards the right side of the store they have a pandora section and surprisingly my husband wanted to buy me a bracelet so ofcourse I would never decline. The employee was very helpful and pleasant, (forgot his name) but his nails were longer and better than mine. Lol! He helped size my bracelets which I ended up getting two, and they weren't cheap. Which I thought they would come at a bargain price being that in time they tarnish. I'm not a fan of the charm bracelet but I actually found two I liked (not the charm bracelet tho) (see picture). I also got my ring polished. Moving along my first two watches got done in minutes, but my Ebel (my most expensive watch) had to be sent out! I'm very over protective about my watches, so I prayed it came back safe. This was on the 25th of may 2weeks later it was finally ready to be picked up. Worse customer service ever. I have a very expensive watch that needed a battery. I went in and asked could it be replaced and she look at it and said maybe, I would need to leave it for about a half hour. I asked why would I need to leave it for a half hour when it takes 5 minutes to change a battery. I can't believe what she said next. "Because if a customer comes in we have to go and service the customer. That our POLICY" HELLO, THERE WERE 3 sales associates and NO CUSTOMERS. I walked around the mall passed by that store 2 more times and not one customer was there. Hmmmmm I wonder why. It must be that great customer service they give. Stopped in this weekend to pick up a set of cuff links as a gift. It seemed nobody had darn cuff links but they had a decent selection of quality cuff links (more than any other place we checked). The place is a bit pricey but they have a nice selection of the items they do have. Customer service was really good as the lady that assisted us was patient as we decided. read more

Terrible customer service. I called this morning to ask if they had a bracelet in stock. The woman was not overly friendly but said she would look. When she returned she said they didn't have it. I then asked if they had a different one in stock. The woman then huffed and said "really? you couldn't tell me this before. The case is on the other side of the store. What else do you want?" I replied nothing. Another woman came back on the phone and said they didn't have that one in stock either. There was no offer to order it or anything. Terrible. read more

i purchased a citizen watch for $175.00 and found it on line for $35.00 less, i called Hannoush and talked to the owner and asked him if he would price match, he said only if it was against known dealers ,,, during the call he said that i could return it and then said for $35.00 savings maybe i shouldn't have bought it.... i went to the store on 7/12/2017 and he asked me what did i want to do ....i told him either price match or return, he said he would do a return, i had some small talks with him and to my surprise he told me don"t come back, i told him he was something else and he asked why ,,, i told him that i have spent a lot of money over the years and just because i wanted to return something that i can get for less you talk to me like that .... he didn"t care, passed the return over to a sales lady and walked away.,,, needless to say i won't shop there again and advise all of how this guy runs his business,,, shop on line ,,, much better prices ps BUYER BEWARE pray to god that if you have a return that you don't get asked not to come back or on second thought that might be a good thing ,,there are better stores out there with better prices and better customer service THERE IS ONLY THE NEWBURGH STORE THE STORE IN WAPPENGER MANAGER ISN;t like this read more
