We had a vision for our wedding, and wanted something we felt would be meaningful and represent us and our lives, but also were on a very tight budget. With our venues in mind (our local public park for the ceremony, a patio at our HOA's community center for the reception, and an after party at our home) and only 6 months until our selected wedding date, we went to Leilani Social to ask if they could help us make it happen. Kim was assigned as our coordinator, and took the challenge in stride. Another team member worked with us and Kim as a designer, and soon they helped us develop a cohesive vision and start thinking about the logistics, securing vendors, and making the many dozens of small but critical decisions to make our wedding day feel like us. Kim met with us many times leading up to the wedding date, coordinated all of the vendor communications by email, and always made time to address our questions and concerns--no detail was too small. She helped coach us through selecting rentals and the minute-by-minute plan for the day, and when we needed to pivot last minute to doing DIY flowers to save money, she supported us through that, too! This review would end up the length of a novel if I tried to cover everything, but just to give a couple examples: Kim helped us design custom drink menus for our reception, found alternatives for glassware and decor when we found out we couldn't have glass or open flame at our venue, and made sure we got a refund from our rental company for the few small items that were missing (which we of course, never even knew about because the Leilani Squad just handled it!). The day before the wedding, Kim met with us and our bridal party to run an efficient and helpful rehearsal, exuding competence and kindness while making sure everyone was ready for the next day. On the wedding day, four amazing Leilani Social team members were present to make it all happen. My day as bride started with a sound bath hosted by one of Leilani's wellness vendors (the wonderful Stephanie with Soul Sounds Alchemy) for myself and my bridesmaids. To be completely honest, I was a bit skeptical at first (especially since it meant we'd have to start our day earlier) but it ended up being so lovely and grounding (thank you, Danielle and Stephanie!). My "lady-in-waiting," Lulu, was amazing, and she spent the whole morning with us, keeping us on track time-wise and helping with all of the little things that came up, like steaming the skirt of my dress. Kim worked tirelessly to transform our blank canvas venues into the magical settings we had envisioned together for ceremony and reception. Arriving at the spaces and seeing our vision realized was an amazing experience. But as bride and groom, our hope was to truly be in the moment and enjoy the day, and Kim, Danielle, and the rest of the Leilani Squad made that possible. They took care of everything, arranging our many DIY elements, receiving each of our many vendors, making sure our guests got from one place to another, and responding to the inevitable hiccups so that the two of us could just enjoy each other, our guests, and our beautiful celebration. As a note, Kim was the last to leave the reception site hours after we did, making sure everything was in top shape and transporting extra drinks and supplies to our nearby home for the after party. She was a champion, and went above and beyond for us. It was truly the best day of our lives, and truly wouldn't have been possible without Kim and the Leilani Squad. We booked their Wedding Management package and Rachel Gaugler led the team and our decor looked so much more beautiful and refined than I ever could have imagined (and this was primarily decor we provided that their team had to setup, and they brought it all together in a way that exceeded our expectations!) and everything was so smooth for us as the customer. I can't even begin to describe this experience with Leilani and her team. First, I have to mention that Taylor at Leilani Weddings was our planner. She was literally a God send. My fiancé (now husband) and I have had a rough go. He is Australian and I'm American. I live in omaha Nebraska currently, and during the duration of our planning, he was in Australia. Everything was planned virtually. Taylor was there every step of the way. She was empathetic, understanding, and had the creativity that I was hoping to convey. She knew exactly what we needed. If we didn't have her, I don't think we would have the perfect wedding we had. It was stunning, the colors, the accents, the little touches we asked for...everything felt personalized. And even when vendors didn't come through, she followed up with them and helped get a refund or some sort of follow up (although that was barely needed because we had the best vendors!!). I will literally consider Taylor a part of something special for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend Leilani. Danielle is fantastic too, but Taylor feels like family now. The worst, most unprofessional wedding coordinators. Do NOT use Danielle Leilani if you want your wedding day to run smoothly. We hired them for our wedding last month and our wedding was a logistical nightmare. 6 days before the event, we were told there was a schedule change and the coordinator we had been working with for months would no longer be at our wedding. Instead, Danielle Leilani would be taking over (without any prior knowledge of our plans for the day). The minute Danielle got involved, chaos ensued. First she tried going behind our backs to change contracts with our vendors. She screamed at multiple vendors, demanding things that were outside of their scope. We were horrified to hear this, especially since we had such good relationships with each of the vendors we had selected for our big day. Danielle and her team also managed to mess up even the simplest tasks like placing the table numbers on the correct tables that were all listed on a diagram. None of the table numbers lined up with the name cards at the seats, and my husband and I had to walk around and redirect all 90 of our guests to where they should be sitting. During the reception, my husband and I got pulled off the dance floor by vendors on FOUR different occasions for guidance on things like where to set up and what needs to be done. The job of the day of coordinator is to quite literally coordinate these things on the wedding day so the bride and groom can enjoy their day and not worry about logistics, but this was not the case because Danielle was no where to be found. When our cinnamon roll tower "cake" was put out for dessert, her one job was to put out the plates and utensils for serving. That didn't happen, so our guests were eating dessert with their hands and walking around with sticky fingers. Again, horrifying. As one last final slap in the face, Danielle and her team disregarded our entire post-wedding cleanup plan and left everything sitting outside overnight, with my wedding bouquet squished into the bottom of a cardboard box. I wasn't sure if I needed an organizer to help with throwing my 50th birthday party, but I'm so glad I took advantage of Leilani's services. From the first meeting, my planner, Alexis, took so many burdens off my hands. Her organizational skills let me focus on the parts of the celebration that interested me and outsource the parts that didn't. Alexis created a look book for the event, sourced vendors who were a good match for what I wanted, and handled all scheduling. I especially loved that she took on the duty of letting people know if they didn't get the job, saving me that awkward phone call. We recently used Danielle and her team for our wedding on 12/8 in Playa Del Carmen. We met with her in April to discuss logistics, and from that moment, we knew we were in great hands. She walked us through how everything would work with her and her team and what to expect and then gave us all the information we needed to fill out when we met again, six weeks out from the wedding. Her timeline was PERFECT. Everything was mapped out to the minute, and it was incredibly comforting to know that this was the timeline that Leilani and all the vendors would follow. She is very experienced, so we completely trusted her and did not regret it. We couldn't see the venue, vendor items, food, etc, in person before our wedding, but Leilani ensured it would go seamlessly regardless. She was available through text, email, phone, Zoom, etc, whenever we had any questions. She came to Mexico (for 24 hours!) to support us on our big day and efficiently handled each vendor. We never felt stressed or rushed because we knew Danielle had everything in order. She kept everyone aware of what was going on and what was happening next. It's been very hard to consolidate all the great things I want to say into this post but I'll try. We hired Leilani weddings because of all of the great reviews AND because we were trying to hire all black vendors for our wedding. We are so happy we went with Leilani and her team. To our little surprise, we actually ended pairing with Taylor as our lead planner. Taylor was and is absolutely amazing. I warned her from the beginning that I can have a bit of Type A personality tendencies to say the least. To add fuel to the fire, my husband and I are POLAR opposites and have very different tastes lol. So, it didn't make things much easier when he wanted to be just as involved with all the wedding planning and design. She didn't bat an eye, never made us feel like we were doing too much, and just always made sure we were happy with our choices. She has such great taste and even understood whatever crazy concept my husband was trying to put together for our wedding at any given moment lol. She somehow made both of our visions come together and look amazing. As usual, our wedding planning did not come without hiccups. Unfortunately, about 4 months before our wedding, we had to abruptly switch venues due to negligence from the venue owner. We had already sent out save the dates, hotel & accommodation info, and secured all the vendors. It could have easily been a nightmare but Taylor went straight to work and found us an even better venue that accommodated our guest count, all of our vendors, and the aesthetic we were hoping to keep. This was all done within about a WEEK of finding out we had to change venues. So again, I cannot rave enough about her. The day of our wedding really seemed easy. If there were any real issues, I had no idea. Even when I almost had a mini freak out regarding catering taking forever to feed the guest (I think I got hangry lol), she kept it calm and cool and assured me we had nothing to worry about. Seriously, Taylor is the absolute best. I cannot imagine our wedding and planning would have went as smooth as it did without her. We started working with Danielle in 2017, planning for a 2019 wedding. Through the wedding planning journey, our venue changed three times due to unforeseen circumstances; construction and wild fires. I'd also like to add that when we booked her our wedding was set at an all-inclusive venue and we ended up at a venue where we literally needed a vendor for EVERYTHING! Danielle handled each transition with so much poise and confidence. She was very resourceful and accommodating. I had the honor of working with Kevin and the Leilani team in October for a fabulous wedding. I was the Photographer for the wedding and Kevin had my back through out the whole event! Usually, coordinators and planners aren't seen through out the day since they are performing a bunch of behind the scenes activities to make the wedding come to life. But not Kevin, and I appreciate him for that. The reason why I'm writing this review is to rave about Kevin and his team. He constantly checked in with me asking me how we (photo & video team) were doing. I love that he was always there if we had any questions about what was happening next and he always notified us with what we were going to cover next. As a wedding day goes, events can run late and Kevin was able to squeeze in extra time for family and bridal party photos. He knew how to make the vendors and of course, the bride and groom pleased. Danielle and Leilani Weddings couldn't have been better for our wedding and rehearsal dinner. And we're super picky ;) We chose a tricky venue and had big dreams, and Danielle made every effort possible (and then some) to make it happen perfectly. The best part was the trust we had with her. I just wish I should have listened to her more! One thing I have to add is if Danielle push you to get something, you get it because it will turn out amazing. This was the worst experience of my life and the worst decision I have ever made. Danielle in particular pushes you to book with her. Literally she pushes you for an offer and makes it clear it's only offered for a week. Then she asks for a huge deposit based of off all these amenities that I am still not sure are. Although she has no time for you and belittles you as if your are a "donation" or charity case. She still pushes you for more money saying how she's a "small business owner" and contacts you via text pushing you for more money. When she has no time for you and has not worked on any details with you. She has a contract that she states is binding, however it's not. I got nothing for the 4000 she swindled out of me besides being belittled and degraded. I would think twice before you schedule to work with her ever. Oh, she also would never understand the concept I was trying to go for and when I suggested a vision board she said she would make it and never showed me anything. 6 months of nothing for 4000 was the biggest lost emotionally and financially. Her contracts says she gets to keep ONLY the retainer amount if canceled properly pertaining to the contract. Which is also a lie. She gives nothing back and just wastes your time. So unprofessional and a swindle. Think twice. I would give he no starts. read more

We booked Leilani Weddings almost a year in advance for our wedding on Sept 2 2022. Danielle worked with us in the beginning to find a planning/coordination package that worked for our budget. We had access to their portal which had a bunch of great tips/resources, and my husband got a discount on his suit through their partnership with FriarTux! We filled out a very detailed and extensive Google sheet which was a bit time consuming but it's how they have all the information we need them to have so I'm glad we did a three month package so I could work on it over time. Although Danielle herself wasn't there on wedding day, she was on all of our calls and their head of operations, Crystal checked in with us weekly in the month leading up to the big day. Our day-of coordinators kept us on track with timeline and did so much set up for us. The day went smoothly and I wish I could live that day over and over! BEST TEAM FOR THE BEST DAY EVER! I hired Leilani Weddings for my month of coordination. From the first phone call with Danielle, I knew right off the bat that Danielle knows her stuff and that I needed her on my team. I was a little nervous about my budget, since I didn't want to actually hire a wedding planner for the month of/day of. Especially, if I was already going to be planning most of the décor myself. My now husband ;) listened in on my first call with Danielle and was just as impressed as I was. He convinced me that it would be worth it to spend a little extra on our wedding planner to ensure we don't experience any stress on our big day and so that things could run as seamless as possible. BOY WAS HE RIGHT! After my initial call, I didn't hear from Danielle or her team until the month of the wedding. Which was expected. (I did reach out once or twice prior with questions and did receive a prompt responses.) We had a conference call the first day of my month of planning, they provide an excel google doc that is very detailed and includes information such as, vendors, bridal party, family, most importantly the day-of-timeline. I made an error when filling out the google doc and saved it to my desktop rather than saving on the google doc. Danielle and her team took care of correcting my mistake and re-entered all of the information for me, they ensured the google doc was up to date at all times, and they updated the day of timeline as necessary. After this call, I already knew I made the right choice. There was a change, in my leading wedding coordinator, and I was a little worried at first. However, it ended up being a BIG blessing. Taylor Oyebadejo was assigned to be my leading coordinator, and she was so professional, very SWEET, easy to work with, and would recommend her to EVERY couple! Leading up to the big day, Taylor & her team did help with making suggestions on additional décor items and helped with the purchase/rental of items that were still needed. She constantly checked in on me during the month of my wedding, she made sure I wasn't worried about anything. On the big day, Taylor & her team were there on time, they set up ALL of my personal décor items, (which included hanging up a neon sign, putting together the party favors, and much more) organized the wedding party, and worked effectively with all of the vendors. They too had nothing but good things to say about Taylor & her team. There were also little things that Taylor & her team did throughout the day that meant so much to us, like: 1. Making sure I had a drink & appetizer right after we said I do! (Very Important LOL) 2. Grabbing our coats when we were cold. 3. Holding my lipgloss & purse, also helping me touch up during pictures 4. Checking in on us to ensure we were ok! 5. Bustling my dress. They made me feel so reassured and confident that they would take care of everything. I literally handed everything over to them after our first month of call and trusted that they would take care of everything. And they DID, seamlessly and exceeding all expectations. I cannot thank them enough for being there on my big day. I was actually emotional the days following my wedding, I felt like Taylor and her Team were my very SUPPORTIVE friends LOL. Danielle and her team were amazing from start to finish of our entire wedding planning process. I knew early on that I wouldn't be able to do it by myself. I knew for my sanity hiring a wedding planner/coordinator would definitely ease my mind. We had booked our wedding venue early on in the process and one of their recommendations was Leilani Weddings. After speaking to her I could tell she was genuine and earnest she was on trying to make our ideal wedding a reality without breaking the bank. We had to deal with a lot of barriers from our families of breaking the traditional venue, the liquor situation, our ever changing guest count, the locale, etc but she was able to accommodate those concerns and offer viable solutions. She kept us organized, on task, coordinated with our vendors and payments. We also had a specific vision in mind for decor. We wanted bohemian-modern theme, which can be an oxymoron, but she is able to meld those worlds together to make our venue look beautiful and chic as well. All of our family and friends commented the whole night about how the details were so thoughtful, how enjoyable our wedding was and how efficient, respectful Danielle and her team were. Shout out to the assistants Jessica and Katie, they were a dream to work with and so personable and helpful. It was like having fun with old friends! Also, Danielle was so zen as well the day of. I'm an Indian bride and a very busy resident physician, so naturally I needed a wedding planner. I wanted an "out of the box" Indian wedding that really represented me and my husband. Our very first consultation meeting was fabulous, I spoke with Danielle and we got along right away and I knew this was the direction we had to go -- my husband and I even met her in person, just to be sure and we were impressed. Afterwards we made it official, we had some challenges in timely responses. Then the pandemic hit and everything was turned upside down. And one of the best things to come out of the pandemic was our actual wedding planner, Taylor O! There were shifts happening in LW and Danielle could not longer plan/design our wedding, which we understood. When we requested it, she refunded our extra charge for having her as a planner, which we thoroughly appreciated. THANKFULLY we got to have Taylor O and it was one of the BEST parts of our wedding. She was attentive, kind, flexible, willing to go above and beyond -- all for what was a consistently changing landscape. First we were going to have 60 people, then 30, then 20, and we finally had 12 (given that my husband and I were physicians, we did not want to put anyone at risk). She helped us brainstorm a drive through celebration afterwards where we still got to see some of our friends and family in a safe way! I used Leilani Weddings to plan and coordinate my micro wedding. Even though the group was only 25 people total, I'm glad I didn't skip the planning and especially coordinating day of. That's a tip for brides planning an intimate wedding or event. When you book with LW, you have access to so many resources that help you from everything from bridal styling to finding vendors. What I was really impressed with was the spreadsheet that contained the specific timeline, contact info of all stakeholders, etc. It's a lot more thorough than I imagined and it was easy to update in Excel. I was super impressed by the ease and swiftness of the coordination day of. I didn't notice any major issues and the event flowed nicely with no awkward pauses. Danielle is really good at transitioning into and out of moments such as the start of dinner service, speeches, cake cutting, etc. I also enjoyed the intern and her service coordinating the event as well. Don't be fooled by the term "intern" either; all interns are vetted and go through a pretty rigorous training/mentorship. I didn't have to worry about a thing. All my belongings were taken care of and packed up in the car. read more

----Must Read before booking---- Danielle and her team (outside of Taylor) are liars. They will look you in the eye say "ok thank you"... and then do whatever they want. My wife and I rent our marquee sign occasionally to friends and we're excited to be a part of a recent wedding located at Robert Paine Scripps Forum. I communicated with the coordinator well before hand and clearly stated what the sign needed in order to be properly displayed. It's 5 ft high and 16 ft wide without a support to hold it up so it needs a wall to lean against in order for it to be safe for guests and also avoid the risk of falling and breaking. I was assured this space existed and showed up at my time to drop off where I was greeted by Danielle (come to find out is the manager..wow) and another leilani employee. They quickly began trying to convince me the sign could stand on its own but I rebuffed their request by letting them know this discussion already took place with the lead coordinator and she assured me there was a space that met the needs I stated earlier. They then directed me to a new spot that clearly was going to work for me, but not look as good as it could because it was leaning against drapes. I gave them my honest opinion but they assured me they would position the drapes fashionably around the sign and all would be great. So I began setting up and once I was done I again asked if they were sure the sign was positioned to their liking. They confirmed it was and so I promptly finished set up and headed out ...only to forget my dollie. Sure enough I walked back in the room no less then 4 minutes later and caught dannielle and her partner moving the marquee out from the wall and standing totally unsafe on it own. I quietly waited right behind them and when they turned around they knew they were caught (you should of seen their faces) Only instead of admitting to their dishonesty and deceit they continued to try and tell me they were not doing exactly what my eyes caught them doing . I did some research and it turns out this company has a poor reputation amongst clients and especially other vendors. I talked to one other vendor that witnessed the event above and they stated they will never work with Leilani again. To often has Danielle been heard disparaging staff and vendors and seems to always blame others when asked to account for her mistakes. She even tried to call the bride on the her wedding day to resolve this particular issue...so unprofessional! If I was you I would look elsewhere before you trust this company to plan the biggest day of your lives. read more

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Danielle and her awesome team (Nikki, Valerie and Kevin) for not only our engagement party but also for our beautiful wedding. Anyone who has planned a wedding knows how stressful it can be and no matter how much research you do, how much help you have from family and friends, it never seems enough and there is so much to plan and get done! Well, that's when the Leilani Wedding team comes through and offers their expertise and makes the whole experience effortless! From our first meeting with Danielle, we felt an instant connection with her enthusiasm, vision, drive and PASSION!! She asked all the right questions from us and wanted to know what OUR vision was and what we wanted for our special day! Danielle was able to offer her advice, expertise, and her resources (and she has PLENTY) to make our wedding planning, a smooth and seamless process. Whether we wanted a gorgeous white dance floor, decoration suggestions, flowers or limo service, she was able to offer her advice and suggestions and to make us feel comfortable and enjoy this fun/crazy/stressful process! She was always a text or phone call away, if we ever needed anything and even when my wife and I got lazy with the planning, she was there to whip us into shape and make sure we were on schedule and on top of everything! Take this for an example: Wedding Day- I remember I had typed out my vows for our ceremony but I had forgotten to print them out on our wedding day. Now, we are 90 min away from the start of the ceremony and I began to panic. I was already a nervous wreck because of the big day, but Danielle was there to keep me calm and was right there by my side. I told her that I have my vows on my phone but I need to print them out on paper. Again, we are at our venue with no printer to be found and I started stressing big time! Being the assertive gal that she is, she grabbed my phone, emailed it to her phone and 10 min later she had my vows printed and delivered them to my dressing room! Seriously?? How awesome is that? The Leilani Wedding team are the most organized, tenacious, knowledgeable group of people and we are so blessed to have them be a part of this special occasion. Danielle, we can't thank you enough for everything that you've done for us and we truly appreciate all of your hard work and you being an absolute gem! Working with Danielle was everything I needed it to be, and then some. Danielle and her on-point team, not to mention the wide net of vendors that praise and support her, work incredibly hard to bring ideas to life and execute on them flawlessly. I worked with Danielle for 5 consecutive wedding events, for my Indian-Jewish wedding. To say my plans were ambitious was an understatement (seriously, we had a boho, tropical Indian Jewish fusion wedding) Danielle never made me feel that way. She handled every vendor I selected with grace and SPEED (she is VERY quick on communication) and found new ones for me that I truly trusted to bring our events to life. One of my venues was a volunteer based temple that my Dad built. She cut through Indian language and logistic barriers (we had the first outdoor wedding at the temple) by connecting with the vendors with grace and action based, proactivity. Danielle swiftly helped me move my budget around to 'make every dollar count' to create an awesome guest experience, because that was incredibly important for me. How she remains to be personable and a true BOSS lady, is still beyond me. She operates like a wedding industry veteran but you'll find her sewing up your skirt when it rips (and it did) and making sure you don't lift a finger during your big days. If you have someone on your side during wedding planning, as it's the most stressful time ever, well I'd choose Danielle time and time again. Even still, she still messages ME thanking me for allowing her to help plan MY wedding. After going through 1 planner early on in the process, I'm very grateful we found Danielle - the amazing listener, get-shit-done and execution master. In the beginning, I was a bit hesitant booking with Leilani Weddings because they were a new, year old business; however, I decided to try them out because Danielle left a memorable voicemail message that made me want to call her back. I heard the eagerness and determination in her voice and after meeting with her, found that she was very personable too. #girlboss Danielle was already booked for our day so I was a bit bummed after reading all the reviews about her, but she assured us Erin would be great as our month-of coordinator, and I couldn't have been more happy with this match. While being a few months pregnant, Erin was able to execute the hiccups of our day with professionalism and finesse. The calmness in her voice and demeanor was very assuring to me as a bride. It was easy to let my reins down and let her take charge because she was quick to respond, was very detailed, asked all the right questions, and was accommodating. I was a practical and simple bride that wanted things a certain way and Erin respected that while offering her professional input. She made my vision of the day come to fruition and didn't mind my requests of making minor traditional tweaks here and there. When shopping around for a coordinator, I was looking for someone that would work within our budget and though there were some individuals I considered, I ended up with Leilani Weddings because they work as a team as opposed to one coordinator working alone, and I loved that! (Plus, they also worked within my budget!) While Erin executed the overall run-through of the day, Annie was the go-to for styling and Holly helped them both. Having three coordinators the day-of was such a blessing because you knew that someone would be available to put out a fire, talk a vendor or make a drink run, if necessary. Danielle was extremely helpful in answering pre- coordinating questions and evaluating who would best suit us for our wedding, she assigned us with Taylor. :) Taylor was an absolutely wonderful person to work with, she's so sweet and truly goes above and beyond to make sure you, your future spouse and entire family are happy. There are so many things behind the scenes she takes care of, it's truly astounding how she gets it all done. But she does so with grace and a smile on her face. She made sure to keep us on track throughout the planning process, maintained communication and swiftly took care of any issues that came up. We had to change venues last minute due to the wildfires, the minute we weren't sure if we could still get married at our original venue, Taylor was figuring out another plan. Once it was confirmed (just a couple days before) that we would need to change venues, Taylor made sure to contact all vendors, and ensure our last minute venue change was as seamless as possible. My wife and I relied on these folks to deliver - and they did. Our lead was Kevin C. He was very detailed (e.g he created an excel spreadsheet of the wedding timeline, planning logistics and various vendors who needed to be coordinated with) He ensured all items were on track, coordinated directly with all vendors, reached out all parties to schedule check in meetings and track progress. He provided reasonable suggestions (e.g heat lamps when we learned it would get cold) that did not jump the spend way out of bounds - he worked with us to ensure we kept things in check. He was very responsive, easy to communicate with and of course, extremely well organized. He also helped out on the wedding day with a whole host of coordination items. I could not have asked for more on that day. Honestly. I think we had Kevin running around like a chicken without a head: but he maintained progress and got things done. The entire planning process went smoothly. I could always count on Annie to be there for me when I wanted to obsess (yay) or talk me off a ledge when I was stressed. She introduced me to vendors I never would have come across or considered on my own - and I had an AMAZING group of vendors (A++). Danielle made the wedding of my dreams come to a reality! She had great suggestions, great taste, was organized, was conscious of my budget, and helped with creatively figuring out ways to stay within budget! Danielle is very responsive to her emails and made the communication process very easy. I had a lot of questions and we emailed constantly throughout the planning process. I felt that no matter how silly or what time I emailed her (I work at night and sleep during the day), she prioritized my needs and made my schedule work around hers! I was very nervous about all the changes in my wedding and she was able to communicate with my vendors well! She also has great referrals and I used a few of her vendors which turned out to be the best choices I have ever made! I had a lot of personal items that I brought in the day of the wedding and she stayed organized throughout the whole process. We met many times throughout the year and she was very thorough throughout the planning. I had A LOT of ideas and Danielle was able to help me take my ideas and transform them into a reality. We hired Danielle and her team as a same day coordinator and I couldn't have been more happy and grateful for that decision! My family initially did not want to hire anyone and felt it was unnecessary. But one month before the event when we were in crunch time, my parents started seeing all the benefits having hired Leilani Weddings.
