We just had our wedding two weeks ago, and we are still in the clouds! There aren't enough words to describe how much we love and appreciate Eunice for helping my husband and me plan our wedding. We started our planning process early - more than a year out from our wedding date. From day one, Eunice provided invaluable guidance - from planning our budget, recommending vendors, sharing common (and uncommon) things that she's seen - there was no question that was too dumb or small to ask. Eunice is so knowledgeable and has the necessary experience that helped guide us to the direction we ultimately wanted to take. In addition to formal check-in meetings, Eunice was also very available and prompt by text, phone and email. In fact, towards the final weeks of the wedding, we were exchanging texts and ideas every day. The level of communication was such that we always felt like we were on track and making progress. Eunice is detail-oriented and she is not afraid to tell you her honest opinion on whether something is a bad idea, and if she does, she will give helpful and creative alternatives. For example, we had initially floated the idea of having flowers at the end of each aisle because we've seen them in other weddings. Eunice immediately flagged the issue that the aisle flowers would impede me during the processional based on the size of my dress and the layout of the venue; and instead of dismissing the additional flowers outright, she suggested that we have flowers behind the last row of each side of the seats, which were then repurposed later for the sweetheart table. This is just one of countless examples where her attention to detail saved us from a potentially awkward situation and we instead pivoted to an alternative solution that ended up being beautiful. Eunice also gets to know you as a couple and makes suggestions on things that we didn't think of but ultimately were grateful that we had. When we told Eunice that our dog had recently passed away, she, as fellow dog lover herself, suggested that we honor him at the wedding. This hadn't occurred to us and so we decided to name a drink after him and etch his face on our drink stirrers, and we were so happy that we did. (She got to know us so well that she correctly predicted who would be the one to cry first!) Every vendor that we worked with had nothing but good things to say about Eunice and said they loved working with her. It was very apparent that her reputation preceded her, and during our final coordination meeting with the venue, it was almost as if Eunice was an extension of the venue's staff. This truly gave us the comfort of knowing that we were in good hands. During the wedding, Eunice pretty much coordinated a masterpiece and made everything that we envisioned come to life. Eunice even made some executive decisions when surprises occurred. For example, when we pleasantly learned our photobooth was upgraded, she chose an appropriate engagement photo to display - we didn't have to worry about the decision; she made one for us and it was perfect. She made sure that we stuck to our schedule, which we appreciated because we truly lost sense of time. But even when there was a schedule, she was flexible enough to allow for some last minute choices, like when we decided to do a Labubu toss at the last second. Eunice even took care of us by saving us some hors d'oeuvres and desserts, when she knew we would not have an opportunity to get them ourselves, so we could enjoy our own food. I even remember the fact that, after I have a speech about my sister, she saw that we didn't have glasses of wine to toast so she ran over from the bar to get us wine glasses just in time to give the toast. It's these little things that we truly appreciate about her. One last thing - we truly felt that we were Eunice's only client. Only after our wedding was over and we were exchanging our goodbyes at the end of the night, we learned that, earlier that morning, she had a rehearsal for another wedding nearby. But we had no idea and Eunice still gave our wedding her full and undivided attention, even though it must have been a long day for her. This only confirmed what we already knew about her - she is a consummate professional. But more than that, you can tell that she is passionate about weddings. My husband and I just had our wedding celebration and Eunice exceeded all of our expectations. From our first interaction with her, we hit it off quickly and I knew she was the fairy godmother we wanted to be part of our special day. If you are looking for someone who is all eyes and ears but provides full transparency, it's Eunice. We trusted her 110% and it was an epic night to remember, we still can't get over how amayzing it was and how much our guests loved our wedding. We hired her as our Day of Coordinator over a year ago and she was just a text away whenever we needed her or had a random question or thought. One thing I will say is to just trust her and speak whatever is on your mind because Eunice is there for you! I texted her all month before my wedding about everything and anything I was working on or thinking about, such as menus, bar signs, seating chart, you name it, Eunice was our biggest cheerleader throughout all our planning process and we were super grateful for it. She is honest with what the best timeline is but also values your input and if you are unsure of when each vendor should show up throughout the night to keep the party going, Eunice will advise you and I recommend following it because our guests were all going along with all the festivities that we had and it was delicious! They all kept saying the wedding flew by! The even better thing is that you are talking to her like she's one of your closest friends. We always have so much fun chatting with each other and talking about random stuff, especially our dogs who are basically puppy twins! Eunice also has a keen eye for detail so as long as you tell her where you want certain stuff, like guest table, bar, seating chart, etc. she will bring it to life and it will look better than you had envisioned. During our design session at our venue, we initially had 5 bud vases quoted with our florist, but we were doing family style so we needed to ensure we had enough space for the candles and bud vases. She recommended that we just do 3 bud vases because ours was larger and that was one of the best decisions ever, when we saw our reception area for the first time it blew our minds, it was beyond everything that my husband and I ever expected and we still can't stop talking about it. She will think of things you did not think of and advise you on that and I love that about her! I printed my menus for the design session with thin cardstock paper and she suggested to get thicker cardstock paper for menus and that was a game changer, it did not curl up and a lot of our guests took theirs home with them! Even our guest sign-in table was amazing, we just provided the items we wanted for the guest table and she laid them out! Our wedding day was everything we envisioned and more, it was chill, it was fun, it was delish, which is exactly our vibe! My husband and I weren't anxious at all when we set foot to the venue even though we were a bit late from our timeline but calm because Eunice was right by our side and always checking in on us and making sure we were good and had everything we needed! She made sure that the timeline revolved around us vs us having to hit it on the dot and that we were always comfortable and well fed. She even brought us mango gummies!! I honestly would replan a wedding over and over again just so that I could have Eunice run the show for us! One of my favorite parts about the wedding was just being able to hangout with her and chat with her as if she was one of our wedding guests! If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, I hope you will take a few minutes and read this review because hiring Eunice was the single best decision we made during our wedding journey. Eunice was recommended by two trusted family friends and they were totally spot on. Working with Eunice was truly a pleasure. There are so many stressful aspects of planning a wedding, but having Eunice made this as painless as possible. As a note, we purchased the full planning and day of coordination package with her, and planned the wedding in a city that neither my fiancee nor I lived in. On top of that, my fiancee and I were doing long distance, and so we wanted someone who was on top of it. From the outset, it was clear Eunice was different from other coordinators we had spoken to. She carefully listened to what our goals and vision for our wedding were, and from a more practical perspective, laid out a spreadsheet that fit our reality with comments on how we could maximize our budget. She provided items that we could rent for the day (such as frames, easels, table numbers, dessert stands, etc) that also helped to decrease the amount of extra stuff we had to purchase. When I told friends who had gotten recently married about this, their jealousy was palpable. Her experience in this industry was obvious - she had extensive notes on vendors and venues that simplified the process of choosing who to go with. She regularly checked in with us and provided a timeline of what action items needed to be done at various checkpoints. As a busy professional, this was a huge help to make sure that nothing fell through the cracks. She was a truly calming presence. In the months leading up to the wedding day, she actively made sure that our contracts were in order and helped coordinate meetings with vendors. One moment that stood out to us was when we couldn't make an in-person meeting with the venue to plan the layout, Eunice went in our stead. She went above and beyond my (high) expectations. When we had questions and reached out to her, she responded promptly and did not give unnecessary details. On the day of the ceremony, she showed up early to make sure everything was set up to perfection. She made sure that we took time to rest (she even built in time for us to take a little break before the ceremony started), eat (both before the ceremony and during the reception), and stay hydrated. Little details, such as putting photos into frames, making sure we had a designated person to handle gift envelopes, ensuring that the floor plan had ample, but not too much, dancing space (and asking the venue to make small adjustments), alphabetizing our place cards, placing wedding favors on the tables (slightly hidden like we had asked), and so much more were all handled by Eunice and her assistant. This allowed for us to enjoy the day as much as possible. What was most incredible to us and our our families was that the ceremony started EXACTLY on time. This was not "5 PM +/- 5 minutes", this was 5 PM on the dot. I was shocked at the level of precision Eunice operates with as this does not exist in my professional life. At the end of the evening, she made sure everything was wrapped up properly. I was genuinely sad that our time working with Eunice was over. I wish I could have a Eunice, with her incredible skillset and attention to detail, in my professional life as I can only imagine how much smoother everything would run. Eunice was my day of coordinator for my March 25, 2023, wedding in Orange County. When I say that I couldn't be happier with the help that I received from her, I truly mean it. I planned most of the wedding myself in the months leading up to the wedding (that is what you have to do when you get only a "day of" coordinator). Eunice would reach out routinely to make sure I was on track with booking everything. She was always a text or phone call away if I had any questions in the time period of about 6 months before the wedding. I chose and booked vendors myself (a lot of them from a really great list of vendors that Eunice had recommended). I planned the decor for my wedding and what stations that I had (donut table, ramen table, Photo Booth). I chose the colors of my wedding as well as the flowers. I searched for a day coordinator because my venue required it and I'm so glad they made me hire one because I would have been so lost without the extra help. I had analysis paralysis while researching planners and I am so happy we went with her. (2) Fantastic suggestions on vendors based on our budget and style notes. When we decided later on we wanted a videographer but on a budget, she found us the perfect person. When we couldn't find someone to deliver late night Korean fried chicken, Eunice called around for us until she found someone. (3) Other vendors, including our venue, rave about working with Eunice. It really helps when your vendors work as a team, and Eunice has so many positive relationships. (4) Her bilingual Korean/English skills were invaluable supporting members of our extended family and even opening up another world of potential vendors to work with. (5) Similarly, Eunice was such a great cultural resource when it came to planning for our paebaek (traditional Korean ceremony). (6) She had a library of items we could borrow and use for our wedding day, like table numbers, picture frames, cake stands, sign stand, etc. Super helpful when you don't want to deal with those last-minute costs that add up. (7) Eunice has so much experience. No matter what came up, she's seen it before and knows how to troubleshoot, problem-solve creatively, come up with an alternative, etc. (8) We had some non-traditional elements of our wedding: bright colors, no wedding party, a late night raffle, a huge spread of our favorite Korean snacks. We interviewed many planners before deciding to work with Eunice. From the moment we talked to her, we knew we wanted to work with her. She is very efficient and does not waste a second of your time. You describe what you want, and she knows exactly what you mean. They say wedding planning is a hassle and can make your life miserable. It can also affect your relationship with your fiancé. But, because we met Eunice, who took all the hassle away from us, we barely had any breaking points during the planning process. Eunice is an exceptional wedding planner and I have never seen anyone more proactive and provide us all the advice we need to make our wedding a dream. She is always giving her 200% and I do not know how she does it but she is the best, this is her element! She made my wife and I feel at ease on our wedding day and really supported us every step to our wedding day by guiding us with everything we needed, giving her honest feedback which we wholeheartedly appreciated. We hired her for day of coordination and we found her to be very professional, never complained, never was negative, always believed in our vision, gave us reassurance when Covid was at its peak, always spoke for us when we needed it, was there at every meeting, was flexible with any changes, and remembered the things we asked of her. As a man, and a frugal one, I did not believe in the whole "wedding coordinator" thing. I thought it would be easy if we planned ahead and did enough research to host a 150 person full DIY ceremony...‍ Men. If this is you, We are dumb, and do not listen to yourself. From the first meeting call with her, I could tell that Eunice has the most kind and calm personality! I'm very type A and a big planner already but also quite busy at work so it was so comforting to have Eunice as our full time planner to make sure we on track and nothing fell through the cracks. Eunice was always available to us during the planning process by text/call and so patient with our many questions over the 1+ years that it took to plan our wedding. During one of our vendor meetings, Eunice could tell that we were feeling a little overwhelmed/stressed. Immediately after the meeting, she called us to check in and helped make us feel better. She also let us borrow a bunch of items from her inventory for our wedding day - in comparison, other wedding planners that we had initially met with had only mentioned renting items from them for a fee. These small gestures from Eunice really highlight what a kind hearted person she really is. On the day of the wedding she did a beautiful job setting up our welcome table/decorations, oversaw all the vendors, kept us on time with the timeline, and even took a bunch of BTS video footage that she shared with us afterwards! Our wedding cake was supposed to be decorated with florals, but when they forgot them, Eunice quickly took some flowers and started placing them on the cake herself! My wedding was in July of last year. We had a smaller wedding due to covid. Eunice was great throughout the whole wedding planning process keeping in mind covid protocols. I didn't have to worry about anything the day of the wedding which was great. I'm usually a worry wort but she took care of everything. She was very accommodating and flexible. She even picked up our Krispy Kreme order for our guests when a family member couldn't do it last minute. Even after the wedding, she followed up with vendors on certain issues we had.
