I have been to this OMEGA store several times, and every experience was a pleasant one. I was always treated with respect and kindness with every visit, regardless of whether I was dressed like a professional businessman or dressed like a peasant. Most of the time I would just stroll through the Westfield Topanga Mall, just enjoying the day, stopping in here to daydream about buying a new OMEGA timepiece. The staff here was always patient and attentive as they showed me all the latest models, even though I warned them in advance that I did not plan to make a purchase. They still devoted their time to me as a potential customer, and they were never pushy, rushed or overbearing. My favorite staff member here was Rohan, who was always a pleasure to interact with, both in person and on the phone. On two occasions, I did visit this location to have service completed on my old OMEGA, once to get a new leather strap and once because it mechanically stopped functioning. Both of those visits went flawlessly, and I was pleased with their customer service, friendliness and professionalism. When I had to have it mechanically serviced, they kept me well informed on the status of my timepiece until the service was completed and my timepiece was ready for pick up. Upon my arrival to pick it up, I was overjoyed to receive my OMEGA working perfectly again and shining just like it was new. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit to the Westfield Topanga Mall, I was really disappointed to discover that this OMEGA store was no longer in business at this location. This was a terrible decision by the staff at OMEGA Headquarters because I would imagine there are a lot of potential customers in the area interested in buying a new OMEGA. Every time I visited here, there were always other customers in the store, and most of the time there were several customers being assisted by the fine staff that worked here. I will miss getting to visit this OMEGA store. Hopefully the folks at Headquarters will reverse their decision, and reopen this store once again. read more

I was at the Beverly Center Omega boutique when I called Topanga on 04/16/2025. I explained how the sales associate Sterling at Beverly Center refused to size the bracelet on my new watch. I spoke with Gloria explaining my experience and at first she was confused as to why they wouldn't adjust my watch then she said she would be more than happy to help with sizing the bracelet on my watch. I had to drive another hour but was greeted by Brian. He apologized for the experience and offered to get my watch sized. A few minutes later he brought my watch out and it fit like a glove. I got a chance to meet Gloria as well and they were both amazing and empathetic. I was very happy meeting them both I even purchased a NATO strap for my watch. There's nowhere else you need to go. As a long time (40 year) Omega Seamaster owner having multiple service requirements completed over the years, to date the most positive experience has been from Rohan at the Topanga Canyon location. I had called Rohan, and after some phone tag we discussed the watch and my desired service items. I shipped the watch to Topanga without being asked for a credit card or other form of payment...a first. After completion of service; battery change, movement inspection and pressure check, the watch was shipped back via FedEx well protected and, a nice touch, an official Omega box. Rohan was nothing but the consummate professional. My watch was well cared for, serviced as promised, and delivered to me in a timely fashion with a bit of flair. My value for the dollar was impressive. read more

Horrible Costumer service. I purchase a bracelet online (price range of $500) in size Large, it wasn't fit, so I returned the item within a month and place an order for the right size (medium). Omega, refused to return my money with some bushtit excuses of the bracelet has been worn and scratched which are totally lie and unreal. I returned the bracelet in its original shape and condition and even with all tags and original boxes. Although I am an old Omega costumer and having bunch of their watches and bracelets, they are still denying to provide me a good and fair costumer service. Avoid this brand specially with online shopping. Sounds like they try to compensate their sales lost on costumers. Horrible experience to resolve the issue with their costumer representatives. Very rude and assertive. Avoid this brand from now on. read more

So disappointed. As an omega watch owner I was shocked to have had such a negative experience at this Omega. After checking the Omega website, it said this location closed at 7 PM. I showed up at the store around 6:10 PM. The doors were closed and three staff members were still inside the store so I tried to enter. One staff member turned to glare at me and made a hand gesture for me to shoo away. The next staff member looked at me and raised her hands like this ‍. I attempted to ask them what time they closed but was met with no response. The staff members looked at me and then turned their backs towards me. I have never felt more disrespected at a store in my life.. it made me feel like dirt. If the store really does close at 6 PM then the times on the website should have been updated to reflect that. I have attached the store hours posted on the website below. At the very least I should have been treated with respect. It was so belittling to have the employees turn their backs towards me. I have loved my Omega watch but this experience has definitely altered my opinion of Omega. I hope no one else has a similar experience. Good customer service should be expected for the price point of the product. read more

Makes sense that the reviews for this store at Topanga are all 5-stars.. and from over a year ago. Must've been a change in staff? Didn't even get to experience the store, because at around 6:15pm myself and my boyfriend came to get an Omega watch battery fixed. There were two women standing inside at the check-out counter actively ignoring us wondering if the store was still open since their Yelp page AND the Omega website say their store closing time is 7pm. We didn't even bother to try opening the door yet before a brunette lady made a shooing gesture at us. Instead of coming to the door to explain that they closed early, or that they closed because perhaps lack of business, both women proceeded to ignore us. When we did not leave and stood confused, one of the ladies shouted "WE CLOSE AT 6." through the locked glass door. A sign would be nice, or maybe an updated Yelp/Website page with correct hours. But I guess since business was lacking and they had nothing else better to do their moods were low. Totally would've been more understanding about a misunderstanding about closing time.. Too bad their ethics were lacking. Would definitely recommend coming out of pocket and visiting a watch repair kiosk in the mall then having to even interact with either of those two women who were working on Friday, April 2nd at whatever time to closing. read more

She sold me a green Seamaster Pro at Beverly Hills about a year ago and now she is managing the Woodland Hills store! I think they had a transition issue with the old store located on the 1st floor, Covid, and management of the new store which reflects the high-low reviews here, but now should be a smooth transition since Yanni and her team is there. Upon walking into this store, you're greeted with a warm welcome by the salespeople. Immediately you find yourself surrounded by the array of watches Omega has to offer. The salespeople are willing to show you any watch you want to see and will answer any question you have. They'll even go into great detail about the watch so that you're fully informed. Another level of service you don't get much of elsewhere nowadays is that they take the time to [try] to get to know you, to be personable, so that you feel more comfortable as you get closer to hearing about the price of the watch. I mean, that is, unless you haven't done your homework beforehand and can see this sales approach coming from a mile away. They even offer refreshments (water, espresso, champagne!) as you're trying on the different watches (you know, so you don't feel as bad when you drop upwards of $5000 on a watch). That being said, this boutique provides a high level of customer service and treats you with respect. Sure, you can get their watches at other authorized dealers...but, like buying a car, it's about the experience. I suppose, you could come in here to try on each piece and ask questions if you don't already know what you want, and then go to an AD to negotiate/bargain... Ironically, the boutique is located across from a luxury car dealer (inside a mall, wtf?) so that you can, after buying a new watch, head on over and pick up an exotic Italian sports car. read more

They then shortened the watchband for me. They asked if I would like water, had a chair where I could wait and then told me if I was not happy with how the band fit to please come back and they'd work on it again. I want to add onto my experience with this boutique as well as the Omega brand as a whole. First...in regards to the boutique. They work to maintain their relationship with the customer. Periodic emails informing you of different events (golf tournaments, special previews...etc). It's a very nice touch. Makes you feel they want to keep your business and not just win that one sale. Second, to the brand itself. The ethos of wanting to keep you around as a customer lived beyond the store itself. For shopping at the boutique, Omega HQ in New Jersey will send you an annual "thank you" gift that you pick up in the store. The first one I got was a nice little Dopp kit while the second gift was a nice little weekend bag. On the other hand, my buddy that got his watch at some random retailer ad saved $600 got none of that. Did I get $600 in extras? No...but as I stated before..,if you're parting ways with a few grand for a watch...you should get some good service to go along with it. read more

I am a huge Omega fan who recently broke a clasp attachment link on my Titanium America's Cup Seamaster. I tried to find a replacement part, which I found out was not available. I was extremely frustrated because the part that broke was clearly a poorly designed part, and to make matters worse, it is one of the only parts that a replacement is not available. I was told I'd need to buy a new clasp. I went ballistic and told them that I was never going to buy another Omega watch. ( I own 4 - all titanium) William Humphres, the on-site watchmaker, sensing my frustration, said, "let me try to get it replaced for you". I left the band, and 2 weeks later he called and asked me to come pick up my newly refurbished watch band. I am truly grateful that he was able to do the right thing.
