I figured that the off-putting "greeting" was probably due to a language barrier, but little did I know it would get much worse. So the pedicure itself was okay, my nails look alright, but it was very brief considering what it costed. The tech who did it seemed like she was racing to finish even though there was only one other customer there. She didn't even let my feet soak for more than a few minutes, didn't ask me what shape I wanted my nails in or if I wanted them cut, she barely filed them, it was a mad rush. They even rushed me to pick a color. It was so bizarre! The woman who was at the door was snippy, pushy and even tried to tell me what color to get-unbelievable! Terrible Presentation: When I walked to the back where the pedicure chairs are, I immediately saw junk on the floor, boxes-some opened, some unopened. And boy was I sorry when I had to use the bathroom which they also use as a storage closet-it had more dusty boxes, junk, vacuum cleaners, etc. I'm sorry that I spent any of what was supposed to be a relaxing afternoon in this place. This is the first time I've ever had to write such a negative review but they earned it!

When she was done, I handed her the cash for the pedicure plus a rather large tip. As I was leaving, the male manager chased after me, wanting to know where the money I owed him for my service. I told him I paid the woman, and he had the gall to ask bout the tip! She came running up to the front of the store, explaining that I had paid, and given her tip as well. By then, everyone in the salon was staring at me like I had stolen something. My guess is that the manager didn't want give her the whole tip, and wanted to keep some for himself! So, no, I will never go back there, as I think the manager is holding back the salon employees tips, and was totally rude to a PAYING CUSTOMER.

My normal spot is closed on Sundays ( I didn't know I usually go during the week). So I read some reviews and by the time I was on my 4th salon, I finally found one that was open. I called soon after they opened, told them I needed a mani, pedi- for my wedding. Told the guy working on my pedicure a few times it was for my wedding. Let's start with the good. They have TONS of colors. Although not all of the colors are sampled.. so you really have to go with the color on the bottle and hope that's the actual color you want. Also I was offered a drink (water, soda, or wine) I choose wine, which was a sweet white. Now for the bad. My appointment started about 15 mins late, slightly annoying but not that big of a deal. The water started an ok temperature but I was left sitting for so long it was cold by the time my pedicure got started. Then the guy literally scrubbed my skin right off.. on the side of my foot where I don't have ANYtype of callus (see picture) he also did that to the bottle of one of my toes. Then there is a toe that isn't glossy and looks faded. So we move up to get my nails done. I really wish I had a picture of what he originally did. I showed him a picture and said I wanted my nails to look exactly like the picture. Size, shape, color.. everything. So he starts to shape my nails.. now mind you I have very short natural nails.. and none are really the same length. So he's shaping them and I remind him that I want them to look just like the picture. The length too. Then he said "oh that needs tip" I said that's fine. Then he got up walked to another nail tech and then they both turn to me. The other ones waves me over.. so I get up and go to his station. I show him my picture and he says " oh I thought you wanted a manicure". I said I guess I didn't know what it was called but that I wanted my nails to look just like the picture. Then he did my nails in like 15 mins. The sloppiest I've ever gotten them done. They are a consistent shape, they are alllll too long and much longer then the image and not the same color I showed- these have like a hot pink hue I wanted like a baby blue (see image) At this point I had been at the nail salon for over 2 hours and really wasn't happy with any of the work. Then I found out that my total was $150. Never got a breakdown. Oh and did I mention they also made me bleed in 3 places of my cuticles. I can't believe these will be the nails I have for my wedding. I can only hope I save someone else from spending their money here.

Recently I went in to get my birthday nails done. Showed my reference photo as usual and no problem. The process started. He started painting my nails and it looked nothing like the photo. He tried again and I figured let me let him finish to see the final results before I judge them. He finished and again they look nothing like the photo. He then tells me well I can't make it look like that...ok well it would have been nice to know that before hand. At this point iv been there long enough I had to leave. I call the salon later that evening to express my displeasure and I left a message I wait around all day the following day and no call back. I call the next day and speak to another gentleman I tell him the whole story and he tells me to come back for a color change. Perfect I think. Wrong. I come in two days later as my work schedule allows and show the original reference photo and was told that wasn't something they could do. We decide to do something different. Once he takes everything off and before he starts the process again he tells me it will be an additional $70. I said I'm sorry I just paid $80 for a fill and color 4 days ago and was told Tuesday to just come in for a color change. He never said i had to pay since I did get what I asked for. I was told they have to charge for services rendered. Obviously I was very upset as I don't want to pay another $70 but now I have bare nails that he's left me with. They offered no compensation for then fact that they butchered my nails and charge me again to fix them. Even the new nail tech telling me they shouldn't have even tried it's not something they could do. So they admitted fault but I still had to pay for their mistake. It's ridiculous. I even left a review via their texting link and have not heard back. This is terrible costumer service and they are just money hungry. I will not be returning as they just wasted my hard earned money.
