Josie and Erin were easy to work with, very responsive and lovely, and helpful with advice and answers when we needed it. They worked directly with both our venue (Sailing Camp) and caterer (Tea Lane) so that we didn't have to continually coordinate ourselves which was awesome, and were even very prompt to issue a refund on the end bill when our inventory was slightly adjusted (along with a nice Congrats card, very thoughtful). Both the planning and execution went off as smooth as can be, and we were pleased with both the service and result. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing rentals on island.

Randi recently did the photos for our wedding on the island, and it was a dream. We had a tight…read morebudget but knew we really wanted to splurge on the best photographer, and she was fantastic. Very laid back and confidence-inspiring. She helped us visualize our wedding in a different way that was even really helpful for planning, and she walked us through different options for when and how to take photos with guests (receiving line, candid, a private space, etc.) and the schedule of the day from a photographer's perspective. She asked for a list of all the people we wanted formal shots with in advance and had a grip on who was who, to make sure she got everyone. She was very communicative and even checked in the week of the wedding to make sure nothing had changed in the schedule or guest list and walk through the logistics one last time. It all made it very easy the day of, and you can tell in our photos! We got a sneak peek of 5 photos just a few days later and they are incredible. Couldn't have asked for better! Randi forgot to take photos of our family members, she was not detail oriented and was not professional. It took six months to get our Thank You Cards. The quality of these were poor and the cards had to be re-printed four times. Randi did not listen and did not pay attention to how we wanted things. In addition, the expensive ($1,500) Wedding Book that we ordered was a mess. Randi did not spend any time putting the book together but wanted us to do the work ourselves. Most of the pictures were "redish" in color and did not go well together. We would not recommend Randi Baird to anyone and are highly disappointed with her work and way to work. DO NOT BOTHER with this "photographer"!

I have informed the police department and will take all legal measures should she continue to threaten and harass me. Her number is listed to show you she is the evil person behind these texts. Being in the wedding industry myself, I am extremely picky about who to entrust on our big day. Having a wealth of contacts to plan our own wedding, we undoubtedly knew Veronica was THE ONE for us! From our first interview with her she was on point, meticulous and had a back up plan for our "back up plan". She listened to our needs and wedding vision, kept me motivated and on time with my checklists and truly "got it". From day one I conveyed to her that we were looking for a "bulldog" day of coordinator/Superwoman that could handle a large wedding party (11 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen), large family, out of towner guests and whatever drama might enfold. I wanted someone as detailed as I am, if not more but who truly cares and understands the entire process. We found all that in Veronica, and then some! Her attention to detail is above and beyond. She has her templates, checklists and timelines down to a science. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch (at least that I am aware of). That's what I call a GREAT day of coordinator. I was never concerned or bothered by things that came up because it was fixed before I even knew about it. She was there for us until the very end which was 1:00 AM and was so attentive and checked in on us often!! LOVE that! By the way, she's so much fun and had a blast singing/dancing along with her and our FAB DJ. Our family and friends fell in love with her as well, that I almost forgot she was my planner. :) In a good way that is. She was extremely professional but was so down to earth, she was like family. Without a Hitch made our wedding day such a beautiful success! Our wedding planning was plagued…read morewith constantly changing COVID regulations and I was full of anxiety about how our big day would go. Allison and Sarah could not have been more comforting and proactive. Over email, phone, and video call, they put my mind at ease and I felt so prepared the day of my wedding, no matter what restrictions were in place. Allison could not have done a better job the day of. She built a great rapport with my family, bridal party, and the venue's event manager to ensure the day ran smoothly. She knew the schedule and set up like the back of her hand. When the timing of certain day-of activities changed last minute, she made sure to let me know of the changes and the night went on without issue. If it were not for COVID and my anxieties around how it would affect our wedding I likely would not have looked for an outside coordinator- our venue did provide one that began to work closely with us (and Allison) in the month or so before the wedding and I truly believe she would have done a comparable job in the day-of execution. But it's the long term commitment to the planning process that makes Without a Hitch special. And while our venue did not host many weddings during COVID, Without a Hitch planned so many, and had the experience and suggestions that made the wedding feel as normal as it possibly could. For any of my friends planning weddings at a less conventional venue or just want more support, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Without a Hitch, and more specifically Allison!
