I'm half Asian and I have to be EXTREMELY cautious when using products and lasers on my skin that could cause me to hyper pigment. My concerns have always been my acne scaring, uneven skin tone, enlarged pores and fine lines. After discussing my options of a path to achieve the goal that I wanted, I opted for Halo. After my treatment, I had mends on my face for a few days that fell off. And then after a week the texture of my skin felt significantly different. Was taken almost 10 minutes late for my appointment. Then the person who worked on me took another 5 minutes or so to give overview of treatment as well as get my reasons for being there. The 'light touch' couldn't have been more literal. And it was more of an 'energy' Session in my opinion. And to top it off, she finished early. Major disappointment, Waste of money and time. While that was just one experience and treatment, I do remain skeptic. There is a new location in New Canaan. I'm likely to go there instead and perhaps I'll have better service.
