Texted several times, kept saying she will be with me in a few minutes and then later said she was in traffic in a uber. Did not see me until 45 mins later. Then tried to make another appointment, took 3 weeks to get one (as she either didn't respond or gave random dates/time and then would not follow up if that didn't work.) Finally had her confirm one and she canceled 5 mins before saying her nurse was sick (she has never used a nurse). Really tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but it really is just a scam. Really sad.

The process often feels more complicated than necessary, and I have frequently needed to spend additional time resolving discrepancies. Although the front office staff is courteous, these issues have persisted over multiple visits. At this point, I am unsure whether I will continue as a client, but I hope management will consider streamlining the billing process to improve the overall experience. It doesn't take much to retain a client, perhaps offer a credit.
