I had to travel to Cleveland, Ohio from CT just for the revision surgery because every surgeon I saw in the tri-state area said the nose was beyond their repair and there is only one surgeon in the US who can reconstruct it. They allowed me to schedule the appointment even though I refuse to pay the fee, but didn't honor it on the day I was going in.
