The second time, I received the watch back with deep scratches on the underside corners (lugs) and a sharp point. I returned to speak to the individuals there (John and Sheila), and they denied causing the damage to the watch and tried to explain away the process, claiming they did not manipulate that area of the watch. John offered to polish the scratches, but since they are deep, they are still present on the watch. Being that the watch was new (kept in the box) and did not have these damages beforehand, I can only attribute these damages to their handling. I do not recommend bringing jewelry here for even minor repairs.

When speaking with the two women at the desk they seemed very knowledgeable of the build of my necklace as well as other pieces. They were able to provide me a very fair price for the repair, and everything went very smoothly. They are very professional in that images are taken of all pieces brought in, all pieces are properly measured and included in a copy to your account which you have access to. I also asked about possibly repairing and altering a ring I had, changing the stone and a few other things. They were able to provide me a good quote and kept in contact while seeking new stones and pieces for their shop. All in all very happy with the service here. The location is small but very clean and nicely set up. I have already suggested this location to friends and family, all of which were very satisfied with the service and product. I waited about 6 months to post this review and the repair has stayed strong through all of it.

We found one that was nice and similar. The cost was approximately $800. The receipt stated that it was a 14 karat gold and diamond ring. When I home I looked through a loop that I have and the ring was not stamped anywhere. I believe the law mandates all jewelry needs to be marked. I returned the ring to advise that I have no idea what Kt this ring is. The sales woman told me it's right on the receipt, it's 14kt. I stated it may be on the receipt but it's not in the ring. She took the ring to the office where the jeweler was and how ironic he said return the money even though the receipt states "no returns for money only store credit". Just advising, if you do business with this company, please check your product while you are there.
