I loved that this was a family business! I took my son's gold bracelet and my gold necklace to be fixed, the salesperson was very helpful and nice. They promised it would be done in a week and they were! They were Very reasonably priced(which I was happy about)and I will definitely be going here again! They have been in the area for over 21 years, do a good job and have a excellent reputation in the community. Over the years I have had a couple of necklaces repaired and a ring resized. I have always been pleased with their work and never felt that I was being overcharged. Most recently I broke a bracelet and stopped in for a repair. I needed him to replace and solder a missing gold link to the existing clasp. It took under a week and looked great when I picked it up. read more

A week ago I stopped in to have my wedding ring and engagement ring resized. The owner was quick, professional, and immediately let me know it would take about a week and how much it would be. Fast forward one week later, and I stopped in to pick up my rings. They were clean, sparkling, and FIT! Seriously, I haven't been able to wear the wedding band in over 1 1/2 years, and the engagement ring for at least 3 years. I was so excited! Tracy was fantastic. Not too many jewellers wanted to service my watch, but Tracy, who was the first to reply, did it for 30$. The very first estimate from a jeweller I went to here in my area wanted 450$ to rework the watch. I didn't need a rework. I needed a repair. Tracy did it and fast. Made the trip all the way from Downtown Orlando to get some batterries changed on a few watches. I believe the gentleman who helped me was Tracy and he was kind enough to honor the estimate of some higher quality watches like burberry and movado without knowing from the beginning of me getting an estimate. I needed some links removed from my Movado. It was done fast and efficiently. I actually will be returning with my Bulova and Invincta to have the same process done. My parents swear by this place, and I can see why. The pricing is more than fair. You don't have to wait in long lines, and you feel confident that your expensive watches are being dealt with carefully. I had a previous experience with another store removing links and they ended up scratching my watch. I won't go anywhere else! read more

Our son bought a watch with his own hard earned money. The band was too big and he tried to shorten the band himself. In the process he made it impossible to fix. We called Tracey and he said come in he would take a look at it . Everyone else wanted to send it away to be looked at. Tracy was great. Found a work around to the problem. My mother and myself have been coming to this jeweler for years. He is so professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I no longer live near this location but refuse to go anywhere else. I have been to many jewelry's through out my life. Never have a I been to a shop that treats me like family. I literally got pushed to the front of the line with my jewelry repairs. I've been a customer of this business for approximately four years. I originally purchased a chain…read morehere and have returned periodically for cleanings and polishing. Over the past year, however, getting service has become increasingly difficult. I was only able to have the chain cleaned about twice and fully polished twice, despite multiple attempts, because I was consistently told there were no available time slots and that the wait was around two weeks. On or around December 9, I stopped in again to ask about having the chain cleaned. I was told once more that the wait would be two weeks. I then asked whether there was an option to pay extra for faster service, as many businesses offer express or priority options. This was simply an attempt to find a solution after repeated delays. The response I received felt dismissive, and I was told that faster service would require stopping work for other customers. I left without issue and was not refused service at that time. Based on that ongoing experience, I posted my initial review. On Friday, December 13, I returned to the store hoping to address the situation professionally and see if my concerns could be resolved in person. When I entered, the front desk employee immediately identified me as the person who had left the negative review. There was no attempt to discuss my concerns or work toward a resolution. The interaction escalated quickly. My review was referenced aloud, voices were raised, and I was repeatedly told to leave the store using profanity. One of the men behind the counter stood up and shouted at me while directing me to leave. Although there was no physical contact, the behavior felt intimidating and unprofessional. At no point did I raise my voice, use profanity, or threaten anyone. I chose to leave to avoid further escalation. For clarity, I was not refused service prior to leaving a review. I had been a paying customer for years. The refusal of service and hostile interaction occurred only after my review was identified. This update reflects my firsthand experience as a long-term customer and is shared for transparency so others can understand how feedback was handled in my case. Additional context to my previous update: When I returned to the store, both the front desk employee and a jewelry staff member immediately identified me as the person who had left a Google review. That recognition happened as soon as I entered, before I had said anything. Instead of attempting to address my concerns or resolve the situation professionally, the interaction escalated. Voices were raised, profanity was used, and I was told to "get the f*** out." One of the jewelry staff members stood up and shouted at me while directing me to leave. The front desk employee also participated in the confrontation. Although no physical contact occurred, the behavior from both individuals made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I remained calm, did not raise my voice, and chose to leave to avoid further escalation. This update is shared only to accurately document how feedback was handled in person.
