I was looking to go someplace local, not a chain retailer in hopes of getting a fair price for the work I needed. I reached out to Ron at Singh's Jewelry and he was happy to work with me and hear what I wanted to do. In just a few minutes of working with Ron he helped me understand that rather than upgrade the old ring's diamond, I could have a new ring for less than I was going to pay for the upgrade. The price we worked out was exceptional, I don't think I would've gotten a better deal anywhere else. He worked with me throughout the process, and I received the ring just a few days after my deposit. It was awesome experience all around that will definitely go back for any and all jewelry needs in the future. I can't recommend them enough! When speaking with the two women at the desk they seemed very knowledgeable of the build of my necklace as well as other pieces. They were able to provide me a very fair price for the repair, and everything went very smoothly. They are very professional in that images are taken of all pieces brought in, all pieces are properly measured and included in a copy to your account which you have access to. I also asked about possibly repairing and altering a ring I had, changing the stone and a few other things. They were able to provide me a good quote and kept in contact while seeking new stones and pieces for their shop. All in all very happy with the service here. The location is small but very clean and nicely set up. I have already suggested this location to friends and family, all of which were very satisfied with the service and product. I waited about 6 months to post this review and the repair has stayed strong through all of it.
