When speaking with the two women at the desk they seemed very knowledgeable of the build of my necklace as well as other pieces. They were able to provide me a very fair price for the repair, and everything went very smoothly. They are very professional in that images are taken of all pieces brought in, all pieces are properly measured and included in a copy to your account which you have access to. I also asked about possibly repairing and altering a ring I had, changing the stone and a few other things. They were able to provide me a good quote and kept in contact while seeking new stones and pieces for their shop. All in all very happy with the service here. The location is small but very clean and nicely set up. I have already suggested this location to friends and family, all of which were very satisfied with the service and product. I waited about 6 months to post this review and the repair has stayed strong through all of it.

Still no contact at this point from anyone. I go in the store, they tell me its not ready to be picked up yet. They tell me they will call me when its ready, but never did. I had to call them the next day to verify it was actually ready this time. (Took over 10+ tries calling to get ahold of them this day.) Prior to this, after hearing nothing back at the 1 week mark, i tried calling 4 days at various times and never got an answer or call back. The entire time i was only trying to follow Belle's instructions but they made me feel like i was being a problem and inconvenience. They will be nice and courteous right until you give them your money. Then they treat you like garbage. Horrible people and location. Also side note, the assistant manager wasnt even planning on including any box for the ring until i had to ask for it. She was handing me the ring in a clear plastic bag until i asked if it came with a box. EDIT: Now they are calling me once I posted my review. Nice to know your phones are working now when you need to call me but not the other way around. Have corporate call me or leave me alone. You've lost my business permanently.

The need for birthday bling brought me in. Earlier the wife wooed over a dainty "dot n dash" necklace that unfortunately was made from sterling, not white AU. This store really went to bat for me while under a very tight (no stumbles) time frame. The dinner celebration was in four days! They ordered in the same size and style without a deposit in white gold, custom assembled the multi-strands with complimenting 14K couplers and lobster claw clasp. The piece turned out fantastic! I'm very pleased with their workmanship, customer service and willingness to meet a demand. We did it! She was all lit up when I presented their so nicely wrapped present ta boot. (see the picture!) I was able to cash in some old neglected gold pieces at what I believe is very fair rate too. Breaking down how the scrap price per gram was to be determined was explained throughly. I was offered one rate for store purchases and another lesser rate for cash out. Now how fair is that?? Damn fair I thought, since profit is the game to pay the rent, and yet, they allowed for a store purchase which already has mark up built in. They earn TRUST on that policy alone. We arrived just before closing, but Stacey & her family graciously stayed open late to show us around. I have never seen SO many unique pieces of jewelry!
