I send my rent the 20th of the prior month that's how crappy my bank service is Lol - there are other benefits to staying there. We were able to move into the property a week later as the management knows what they are doing and are very efficient. We are beyond happy with our place, any repairs are an email away and always done very quickly. And annual inspections are easy. Rent is paid easily on a website without having to deal with mailing anything, set up direct pay and done. We have been here 2 years, plan on staying a few more, if we were to move we would move within network of the barrett group as they make things easy. Absolutely reccomend.

Two years ago, my husband started a job here in Sonoma County, and was sleeping on couches and in motels, desperately searching for something, while I was waiting back in L.A. with a toddler and a newborn. Jonathan Sr. showed him a place that would've been a bit too small, but let him know about another rental that would be available soon, and hadn't come on the market yet. It ended up being perfect for us, and living here has been wonderful, due in no small part to the wonderful care TASK has taken in attending to the little & big things that come up in a 75-year old home.
