Not my first time at Times Square Kitchen and won't be my last. We visited this time to build a salad and get a wrap. There are so many options to choose from for your salad--careful with how much you choose because it definitely adds up! I got the blackened chicken Caesar wrap--tasty, good portion. An exceptional white pizza. I have been here a few times now and it's very solid pizza. I think their white pizza probably beats most others in the area by a good bit. The service is friendly. So first and foremost forgive me for eating my food before snapping a pic . As a pizza lover, they had me at pizza by the slice. I hate that in most pizza joints you have to buy a whole pizza and therefore find someone to share with. I went with the classic pepperoni as that's a hard one to mess up. What I loved was how hot my fries and pizza were. The fries were ok taste wise but again extra points for fresh hot fries. I have been to New York and had pizza. This was not that, however I was not mad at the taste. The operation seems to be efficient. I would come back and try a cheesesteak another day. read more

If you are looking for a nice comfortable and chill spot to give you a feel for NY good, this is the place to go. They have a vast amount of menu items. Quick and friendly service done with a smile. I ordered a slice of pepperoni and sausage pizza. Definitely a NY sized slice. You can order a whole pizza as well. Pizza was full of cheese and toppings in every bite. Also ordered the shrimp BLT wrap. Not your average size wrap. With the slice of pizza, I was only able to eat one half of the wrap. But it was very tasty and lots of shrimp and bacon. read more

I love this place. I have been eating from this restaurant pre-pandemic and the quality service still remains. The pizza choices and flavor are great. I think they make THE BEST pizza rolls! I'm a lite eater but 3 pizza rolls with marinara sauce and small salad is such a great meal. I have witnessed some ppl have "underwhelming experiences" and the manager handles them well. He will offer to make the meal again or give you a refund. Bathrooms are usually clean and the restaurant is always presentable. The prices are reasonable and the portions are just right. My favorite part is the salad station. You can get a chopped salad like you are at a NY bodega with various ingredients. I keep it simple because your salad can be expensive if add more than 4 ingredients. They increased The prices recently but I still managed to get a proper meal under $7. Nothing but good things to say about this dope Italian pizza spot! I came here on a Friday evening before I went to the movies and got two slices of hot cheese pizza for $4 per slice. It was sooo good! Yje pizza is like New York style, so large and thin slices, which I really liked. The food came quickly and customer service was excellent. I spent around $18 total for two slices, a soda, a brownie and fries which lasted me two days. Very affordable! I like the layout of the space, with an upper level for seating and plenty of seats around the main floor. The decor is really cute, with a backsplash of the New York skyline. Check it out. Awesome food and atmosphere. I love this place. Parking is horrible depending on time of day. Back parking is extremely dark. Today I asked for a chicken cheesesteak with no tomatoes. I got home to multiple tomatoes as you can see. Lackadaisical service when ordering which has been normal over the years. The attitudes are crazy. The cashier was super nice though as usual. The salad (it's a Spinach Cobb Salad, but I don't remember what they call it) was mediocre. It came with a piece of garlic bread which was lifeless and the dressing was inedible. The vegetables had no character. I got the Philly Cheesesteak pizza and it was somehow even worse. The beef tasted like they did nothing but boil it, the tomato sauce is way too sour, and the cheese was not only the appropriate cheese for a philly cheesesteak, but it tasted cheap. It was accurate in that it had some peppers like on a real Philly, but they did not go well with the cheese or tomato sauce. Everything on the pie was discordant, which leads me to wonder if they even taste test their food. The crust was excellent, though, I'll give them that much, but they could use a more sensible and competent chef to put dishes together. I recognise the ambiance of the place is nice, but it's all about the food, isn't it? And I can easily say this is the worst pizza I've had in the greater Baltimore area. It wasn't cheap at all either. I do repeat that the crust is really excellent, but with the rest of the pizza being completely unappetizing, I would never eat here again. read more

I recently tried this place for the first time, and while the pizza smelled and looked amazing, my experience wasn't what I expected. I went in one night to order a pizza, placed my order, paid, and waited while they prepared it. I stepped away to use the restroom, and when I came back, I watched them make my food, only to notice something concerning. The person handling my pizza was prepping it with no gloves. I politely asked if he could put on gloves while making my food. Instead of simply accommodating my request, an older employee approached me and said, "He doesn't touch anything but pizza. He washed his hands, his hands are not dirty. All he touches is the pizza." I was disappointed for two reasons: 1. I've worked in the food industry for years with a Serv Safe certification in Food Handling Safety and if a customer ever asked me to wear gloves while preparing their food, I wouldn't hesitate. I'd do it without question. In fact, I never even had to be asked because I wore gloves by default. I always prepare food for others as if I were making it for myself. 2. Prepping food without gloves is unsanitary. I don't care if hands are washed or not...wearing gloves should be standard, especially when handling food directly. Not only is it more hygienic, but some customers (like myself) have OCD or are germ-conscious, and this is non-negotiable when it comes to food safety. Instead of arguing with a customer over a simple request, they should prioritize hygiene and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, I won't be returning unless they start using gloves while preparing food. read more

Made to order salad station is A+ for me. You basically pick your base and add whichever topping you like. It can get spelt as they charge for each topping. They chop it up in a big bowl in front of you. It's good. But it's not a cheap salad. The pizza is great. Had a slice twice and it was good both times. I'm mainly here for the salad. read more

Growing up in Baltimore and moving to the West Coast means I am sad about pizza a lot. Let's just say that West Coast Pizza, like West Coast bagels, leave a lot to be desired (unless you like your products fluffy and doughy). When I do get to come home I tend to gorge on "the good stuff". On my last, brief visit I didn't have time for my usual gluttony but, on our last night in town we had no plans an plenty of hunger. I don't usually do delivery but with no car I sought out a place close and well-rated. I feel lucky to have found Times Square Kitchen. We had no problem ordering online, even a half-n-half, the online tracker was handy, the pizza was delivered quickly by a nice young man, and it was HUGE! It was NYC sized with a perfect crust tha folded just right. All the meats on the "All Meat" side were delicious and just the right amount of greasy. The Sausage on the other side tasted homemade. There was plenty of cheese, too. If there was a weak point it was the lack of luster of the sauce. There wasn't a lot and it was sort of bland. Even that didn't take away from the general joy of the experience. It was, of course, too much for two people to finish, but we did our level best. Slices are huge! But I didn't think the sauce was too flavorful. The supreme slide was packed with veggies, but it was too much for the thinner crust which made for a pretty limp slice. Their fries were amazing, though. Favorite part on my meal. Boardwalk, handcut style Fries with actual fry seasoning on them, not just salt. This place is also massive! 2 stories and an outdoor porch. I got 2 slices, an order of fries, and a drink and it was about $16. Good deal based on the size of the slices. This place is the real deal. Their pizza is pretty good and lives up to the name. But, the cheese steak is the real...hero. Delicious, greasy, fried...cheesy...meaty goodness. They pack so much meat into a delicious roll. I also love their fries. And management and staff are wonderful here. The seating always has plenty of open spots when I end up here. I'm going to try to make my own salad next time...I've been intimidated by how many items they have up until now. read more

Stunned. This place is so goood. Just beat out MOD pizza in my book. Ordered curbside and was able to get the pizza home still piping hot and delicious. Every topping on the pizza was delicious and it was very cohesive if I can use that term. Everything blended together nicely didnt feel like I was eating each topping separately. Calling this shop Times Square Kitchen is perfect because it's an even better replica of the dollar pizza in NY. The pizza is cripsy yet chewy and even the crust is irresistible after eating the hugeee slices they make. The sauce is mildly sweet but doesn't overpower the pizza. It's the right amount of sauce to cheese to topping ratio. The italian sausage are really good and so authentic. I was very impressed with their pizza. My sister often buys the pizza by the slice and she said even though it's a little pricey per slice you get a HUGEE slice so it's worth it. The staff members are super friendly and always willing to help. My sister goes so much they know her order. I've also heard the salads were excellent! So on my next Togo meal I'll have to give it a try. This is a popular place. When I come on Friday nights, it is usually crowded. The food is great and the service is outstanding.

I've had a their pizza by the slice before, but this was the first time ordering a whole pizza. Not sure I'll go anywhere else in the area!! I'm a simplest when it comes to pizza (most of the time), so we went with plain cheese. It was plentiful (large), perfectly greasy, crisp but not overdone, the right amount of cheese, and just pizza done right. This was some goooood takeout pizza. I'm no NY style pizza expert but I THINK what they're dishing out proved to be a heck of a great rendition of what I believe the essence of the NY style must be. Our pizza had great quality cheese... a delicious balanced amount of sauce... perfectly textured warm delicious crust. This was some of the best takeout pizza we've had in a while and the buffalo & old bay wings also were great. Making an order was quick and seamless. I eat at Times Square Kitchen weekly...I've been going for a few years now to get my salad fix. For someone doesn't have the time to make salads at home, it's extremely convenient to come here. They offer two different size options for greens (small & large) and then you pay per additional topping added on. More often than not, I get the same variety of salad. On occasion, I may switch things up. All the ingredients are made fresh daily and in my opinion, the balsamic vinaigrette dressing is AMAZING! There are two different salads I've gotten recently pictured! Time Square Kitchen always delivers on quick, attentive, and accurate service. The staff is friendly and has been very well trained by management! I always recommend people to come try out a salad (the pizza is great as well)! Each salad comes chopped as well with the option of adding a piece of bread. There is a large menu with all the prices for vegetables, proteins, etc. right by the chopping area. The staff all wears masks for COVID-19 and silverware is available in plastic wrap. Tables are spaced out well for both inside and outside dining. There is an upstairs as well with seating. This is absolutely the best pizza in our community! We wanted to take lunch home after going to the Owings Mills Library. We both had the 2 slices and a drink as take out. I've been meaning to update my review for some time now as this is a solid pizza place with large specialty slices. I've never had pizza here that wasn't enjoyable. I like that during Covid you can sit outside and get a soft drink refill with a new cup to avoid cross contamination. I do miss the seasonings that used to sit beside the drink fountain to add a little spice and heat to lick up the slices a notch. I'm considering delivery to see if the pizza is just as good outside of the restaurant environment. read more
