It's been six months post surgery and I haven't had one sinus infection ( pre-surgery and I can smell food and taste wine again. I would have close to 5 major sinus infections a year for the past 15 yrs). I can breath, I can blow my nose and actually clear my sinuses. What really sold it for me; when I was waiting to have the procedure done, another medical practitioner from outside of the office stated that if he had to have polyps removed and balloon sinuplasty done, Dr. Young H. An is the one he would choose. This individual worked with all of the ENT specialists in the region.

I thought it was ear wax, but she told me differently. She prescribed Amoxicillin and Neomycin and the 7 days I took it I felt so ill. My body wasn't taking the antibiotics well. Fast forward to this week, I wanted a professional evaluation and went to go see Dr.Kim. The office staff were very welcoming and kind. Dr.Kim and the other nurses listened to my words. When Dr.Kim looked into my ear she said there was fluid and wax in there. She suctioned my ear up and a few minutes later I am HEARING AGAIN out of my left ear!!!! I was so happy with joy I thought I was going to cry. Almost. Dr.Kim is awesome and so very kind. I am so happy right now that she fixed my problem. As for the pills, I was taking them for no reason thanks to the other doctor at Piedmont Urgent Care. I am happy right now so I don't even care about it anymore. I am well again thanks to Dr.Kim and the staff at ENT of Georgia. Thank you so very much!

She is absolutely kind, knowledgable, caring, helpful, and does a very excellent job of treating all of her patients. I came to her with severe nasal congestion and nasal drainage. She examined the inside of my nose on my very visitation with her as well as ask me if I had any sinus pressure, ear pain, or headaches. I told her that I did not, and she explained to me that I did have a sinus infection on my first visit. So, she prescribed me a strong antibiotic and a nasal spray. I have taken all of the antibiotic that she has prescribed me as well as used the nasal spray and it helped a whole lot. I started to have relief just after two days. When I went back to her for a follow up visit, she inserted her nasal light up inside of my nose and then irrigated (suctioned) each one of my own sinus cavities. She also sprayed the inside of my nose and then to a sample culture for testing. She called me back Friday afternoon with the results and told me exactly what kind of bacterial sinus infection that I had and to inform me to take the remaining antibiotics. I have done just that. When she suctioned and irrigated both of my nasal cavities, I had a lot more immediate relief. I have also continued to take nasal spray afterwards as she advised and recommended. It has been close to a whole week and today I am 100% better and free from my own sinus infection and it is all because of Dr. Jenny Kim. She has sped up and shortened the duration my suffering. Dr. Kim has never rushed through any of my own appointments and visits with her at all. She has always taken plenty of time with treating and not rushing at all. Dr. Kim truly is an excellent, knowledgable, and wonderful Otolaryngologist with a true passion and a true love for the kind of medicine that she practices. She also treats all of her patients extremely well and with lots of care. I absolutely do highly recommend her. She is simply the best!

My daughter required surgery and from scheduling it to it taking place, it was seamless. Just that something is blocking his little voice box creating a wheezing sound. When trying to find parking - do not be alarmed ! You can park in the CHOA parking deck. It's the first building you walk up to directly across the street from the hospital and I might add very convenient location! When inside- it can be very confusing. There are like 2/3 lobbies. They have you come back then go back to one of the lobbies. The doctor was very nice however she didn't introduce herself, in fact I wasn't even sure if she was a doctor or PA. She just asked why we were there. She did explain what strider was, explain what they were looking and hoping to see, and then next steps. They stuck a camera down my 7 month olds nose. It was less than 30 seconds but understand that I as an adult wouldn't want a camera down my nose ! Oh gosh. It was a lot because it looked huge. The treatment plan was great. His was a mild case and would clear up as he grew older. We were able to move on with our lives and call it a day. It felt like an overpacked clinic for people with state insurance. But I was treated fairly so I will leave it at that. Due to location and service received - I would most likely go again if needed but know that I will be looking around with my judgemental eyes

Having a good connection with your Physical is a plus. I take that perspective a bit further in acknowledging the patient care team who ultimately makes the Physical & the practice successful. Eyana (Business Manager), Brianna (RN) & Latisha (Front Desk) really worked well together ensuring the patients were cared for & in a timely manner. There's another location in Sandy Springs where they offer the same scope of services - care plans for nasal congestion, breathing issues, facial pain, sleep apnea & administers allergy/flu shots. Aside from the nonsurgical treatments the practice also performs minimally invasive surgeries for in-office for patient convenience. I took an updated allergy test & got some really good insight from Dr. McKean who interacts more conversational as opposed to medical textbook Q&A. My son has Graves Disease & I passed along Dr. McKean's information as I was well impressed with my care & treatment options.

You can't call from 12-1 because they are closed and no one is left to answer the phone so good luck finding it for a 1pm appointment. I alerted them to this being wrong and they said they know...maybe out that in your message then since people can't reach you for a full hour to ask questions? Staff is very rude so far and I haven't even had my appointment. Won't be returning after this initial appointment based on this alone unless the doctor is somehow a miracle worker or just truly wonderful. I always arrive to a new doctor 30 min to an hour early just in case something goes wrong and glad I did. But I did have to sit for a while as no one was there. When someone did come in at 12:40 went to knock on the door to use the bathroom and she wouldn't let me in and was VERY rude about it. Customer service matters even at a doctors office, I would argue moral at a doctors office as people may be nervous or anxious. Staff matters too as patients deal with a doctor's staff more than the doctor themselves nowadays. Note: Upon leaving I did try to let her know how the issue can be resolved (as I have had to deal with this in my own work) and she was uninterested. More rudeness towards me. So this issue is likely not going to be fixed. When I did get in the door (exactly at 1) they're computer system wasn't working so my 1pm appointment became a 1:30 appointment. Backend (PA/Nurse) staff was fine. And the doctor was good. A little fry and he seemed young so maybe the dryness was just his brand of professionalism. He did seem to agree with me that what I'm experiencing was Lilly not an allergy. Which is exciting (meaning probably no follow ups here) as I was anxious going in. I typically like to have female only doctors after a bad patient experience in the past. Hoping the diagnosis was correct and I don't have to return. If I had to rate the doctor himself I would do a 4 star. But again as patients we deal with staff far more regularly than our actual doctors so having good staff is really important and frankly the staff wasn't good (1 star m) Averaged out for me to be a 2 star experience all considered. If it does turn out that I need to have an additional appointment I'll be going elsewhere. As an update a few hours after my visit and review, I went to pick up my prescription and they sent it to the wrong pharmacy. Awesome.

They never returned my calls, and now actively sick and needing a specialist the front desk secretary and the nurse I spoke with were incredibly rude and dismissive, did not listen to what I was saying and would not see me because I was actively sick; which is what a doctor, an immunologist even more so, is for.
