I met Tim when I was in Highschool and so far he has tinted two cars of mine. The tiny is high quality kinda thick stuff I like it. He does an excellent job I wouldn't go to anyone else. Tim has tinted three of my cars one car has been fine for years and the newest car is a Mazda 3. Tim is very professional and his prices are great with a life time warranty. Also I liked how you can go as dark as you want and he will tell you what's the legal limit. He also has free WiFi so you can do your homework. My family and I will continue to bring our cars their. Just got my brand new 2019 veloster and needed my windows tinted. It was difficult searching for a good price for my car. I was recommended by a coworker to Tims! Got my windows tinted by Tim himself. Tim is super friendly and very talkative. I was satisfied with both the service and price! But not only did he follow through with the tint and appointment, but he followed up with checking in a week later! I came in the next week and Tim noticed tiny bubbles that didn't disappear due to bad weather so he quickly offered to remove it and redo it for free! Nice people but ultimately Tim didn't keep my appointment to have a rally stripe kit installed on my car. I had to come back 2 hours later and then wait another 2 hours while he finished other jobs because he apparently overbooked his morning. He then rushed through my work and ruined a $300 stripe kit in the process. He offered to re-install for free if I ordered a new kit or he'd refund half of what I paid him for installation: What??? When he finished I had to find a missing piece of pin striping on the floor of his shop (he didn't notice it was missing from the hood of the car) and what he did install was uneven, had creases and the material was bunched up in several places. Why should I have to spend another $300 to give him another chance at screwing up or get "half off" for the privilege of having him make a mistake and ruin the original kit. The whole thing was a waste of my time and he didn't stand behind his work. I assume he usually does good work and probably just had a bad day but the work he did for me was awful (I posted photos) and at the end of the day I'm out $400 and 5 hours of my time and felt completely disrespected. read more

Had a appointment on Monday to get my windows tinted and Tim never answered his phone or showed up for appointment he booked with me which I drove about 37 miles to get there.. Holy cow is the level of follow up service here terrible. When you pay top dollar for your tints you don't expect issues especially bubbling but let's say you do only weeks after initially putting them on you expect the shop to say come on back let's look at it let me make it right. Definitely not the case here. I referred a buddy with a Mercedes CLS 550 after the owner of this shop did a great job on My f150 I experienced zero issues with the tint but boy am I glad that I experienced zero issues because if I would have I know that the shop would not stand by their work, I was going to take my wife's Mercedes here next week but this place just lost my business. My buddy had the hardest time getting ahold of the shop and nothing, he tried calling the shop and nothing he emailed via Facebook and nothing, when he informed me of the issue I reached out to this business via Facebook and threatened to leave a bad review if this did not get resolved and the wife of the owner who manages the page answered. She was very apologetic even said that the shop will stand by their work that they will make it right. The owner of the CLS 550 went to the shop 4 different times during the times that the shop owner told him to come, waited once over 2 hours and no one showed up. Bottom line is the shop does and will not stand by their work. If the tint comes out great awesome if not you get screwed either way STAY AWAY if you don't like gambling with your money for the price that you pay for a tint job here might as well go somewhere where the work will be guaranteed. As a side note the owner will most likely be reporting the business to BBB and filing a claim in smalls claim court. All communication via shop have been recorded and saved. read more

We all know how hot Florida gets. And if you recently found yourself owning a new car with crystal clear windows and a black interior, than a window tint is a must. Having owned several vehicles before and each time having to tint each one of them, finding a reputable window tint shop can be a PITA. Not only for quality of the service, but time/location. Been the spontaneous person that I am and with an opening in my schedule, I decided to give this guys a call. Amazingly enough these guys were able to schedule me in the same day and within a couple of hours my car was done. My car now looks amazing and the quality of the tint was great!! The service was fast and the employees were very helpful. The owner even offered me to bring the car again after one week to make sure everything was ok and if something needed to be redone he would do it at no extra cost. This place has definitely the best customer service out of any other window tint shop in the area. I highly recommend them. read more

Had an appointment at 10am, arrived about 10 minutes early just to make sure I didn't get there late. The business hours on the door says 9am - 6pm but no one is there. I waited until 10:20, still no one at the shop. I called the number and no answer, just the machine. I called once again as I'm driving away and the guy finally answers and says he's almost there but someone should be at the shop right now. I drive back to the shop and sit there for another 20 minutes and still no show. What a terrible way to run a business!! I ended up taking my business to their competitor. I have another vehicle to get tint serviced and it will go to the competition. I wish I had reviewed Elias' assessment prior to using this vendor. I also drove 30+ miles and waited for almost an hour!!! I ended up going with a different vendor who was able to see me right away and did an awesome job even though I didn't have an appointment with him. He totally understood my plight and got me in so I didn't have to be in the area for too long!!! read more

I have used Tims tint for over 10 years. He has tinted all of my vehicles and my family vehicles. I still own my old 1993 Jeep that he tinted 10 years ago. The tint has not faded or bubbled and is still is as good as the day it was installed. Tim is friendly and will treat you well. His prices are more than competative and he uses quality tint. read more
