The work itself looks great, and Rafael was the nicest guy. Very knowledgeable and has contacts for many other areas of car care (it's almost refreshing that they don't try to "do it all" like wraps; they specialize and do one thing well).

Rafael was very professional, friendly and explained everything to me: The options, the process and answered all my question. I told him I was apprehensive about getting tinted windows again because the place I used before damaged my car but he put me at ease. I'm happy to report Rafael did an amazing job, he took very good care of my car and my car looks fantastic! Thank you Rafael! After previously taking MY Baby Darling's KIA Sorento to have a dark tint sun strip applied to the…read moretop of her windscreen they did a phenomenal installation for her, cut edge to edge, without any bubbling, I decided I wanted to have the clear ceramic tint/windscreen protector applied to my own Dodge Charger windscreen, but with a switch to normal installations. Because I have a speed radar detector mount attached to the upper left of the windscreen, I need to have a section of the film cut away, so I can continue to apply the detector to the window, but without the weight of the detector pulling the ceramic film, and sun strip pulling it away from the windscreen. After explaining to Harry what I wanted from the installation, he knew exactly what it was I wanted, and he did a fantastic job too. Yes, if you look close enough for the cutout patch you will see it. But from afar, it looks like a complete, as-usual install you'd find on any car. I have to stay I was not expecting the complete install to look as good as it does. I understand you can only apply a mega 5 Stars to a written review to highly recommend a service you pay for the greatest results possible. I went to the Orlando location, was first in line…read more The whole car was done within 30 mins. 2 days later I noticed two windows with major bubbles, I called and was told I would have to come in again wait in line for who knows how long and can only come Monday thru Friday to fix the tint (if they deem it is under warranty) they rushed and did wrong. They rush the cars in and out to get as many done as possible, but the quality in their work isn't good. This is very inconvenient and frustrating.

The moment we contacted them to arrange drop off, to the amazing detail, to then putting the vehicle back on a truck to ship it home in Connecticut we were in great hands. They did such an amazing detail on this vehical. The car never looked better. Every inch of this vehical looked amazing. I am really picky when it comes to my old car! I am calling him and he is not answering. I got the rest of my tints done at a shop that I go all the time Ultimate Tints in Michigan they are the BEST, but they did not have time to do my front windshield so I try this guy since I seen a few 5 stars in which I believe they were done by him. This guys is a thief and a con artist for sure. If I can give him a 0 stars I would but the system is making me give him 1 at lease but he does not deserved not even one.
