This is not a review on their work. They do have good reviews which is why I wanted to use them. It says they open at 8:30 I waited until 8:50 and no one showed up. Rating just based on the fact they were not open when it states they are and that I wasted some time and a drive. Great Service from these guys. I got a window re-tinted on my S550 that had a deep scratch on it from something hitting the window in the back seat. They were able to get the old tint off and the new one on in about 20 minutes while I waited. The tint matches exactly what all the other windows were and they did it for half of what I would have paid. I've had bad experiences in the past with unprofessional window-tinting establishments but OWTS was nothing but positive. Went to Orlando Window Tint Specialists flea market booth on Sunday. Two cars are there, almost done with one. Told half an hour, left keys, walked around for an hour and a half, come back with baby now screaming, she's had enough. Our vehicle was pulled in, there was now a 4th vehicle being stripped next to ours. Ours had not even been started, just moved. I call them on it, he tells me another 10 minutes, when he's just started stripping film on the other vehicle. When I called to make an appointment at the actual shop, figuring with the good reviews here that I must have hit an off day, they seem to be unapologetic, explain to me how tint works and how the installer was probably trying to get ahead of blah blah blah, do you really think I care? You are paid to provide quality service at a reasonable price. 30 min turning into 1hr 40min (maybe) is way too far off to be considered normal. You would think they would try to get us in sooner since I just explained all this to her. But no, end of the list, maybe Friday, or if I want to leave my car all day Saturday if not defiantly next week. The real sad part is everyone waiting there seemed to be getting tired of waiting also. That and while we were sitting and people came up to ask how long the wait is, he's still saying half an hour. Clearly, at the flea market anyway, they just want to get through as many cars as they can and will say whatever they need to your face to get you to sign up / wait. I don't care how good the tint would have been, a business that treats a customer like this, and is not willing to do anything to make it up does not get my business. Stick to more ethical ones to support with your money. Window tinting does take time, and sometimes there are delays, but intentionally misleading customers on wait times before you even start so that they don't go with 1 of about 10 other competitors in walking distance is just dirty. read more

A++ experience from start to finish! I received a gift certificate to have my Nissan Rogue windows tinted from my boyfriend (he had a good experience with them doing his car and home windows previously). I received the gift certificate via email and I just had to call the office to set up an apt.; receptionist was friendly and they were able to fit me in at 9 am the following day. When I arrived they have some quick forms to fill out and you choose the level of tinting you want and the receptionist was happy to answer all of my questions. They have a nice little waiting area with a couch, TV with hulu, coffee, water and free wifi- the essentials! Since I was the first car of the day I was in and out in less then an hour, it was awesome! They gave me a "care sheet" for my new tints and let you know not to roll your windows down for 3-5 days, especially if the weather is raining you need to wait the full 5 days so it can cure. They also covered my power window buttons with bright green stickers that remind you not to open them which was super helpful. I waited 7 days just because I'm OCD and they are perfect. And most importantly, now I'm tint so it ain't easy to be seen ;) read more

If you live in FL and your car windows aren't tinted, you should have your head examined. If you're ready to get them tinted and don't go to OWTS, go to a doc who's better at head examining. This place is fantastic! From the first phone call to driving away with my newly-tinted windows, it was an easy and friendly process, and the cost is right on point. My car was taken to the shop within five minutes of my arrival (make an appointment). I had to have the old tint removed from my front windows and new tint applied, and it took just about an hour. There's a 7-11 on the corner of O'Brien and 17/92, and a small shopping center about 1/4 mile away with a couple places to eat. There's also a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins just before the shopping center. As mentioned, the waiting room has cold A/C, a TV, snacks and water. Home run! read more

You can make an appointment on their website and they are prompt in contacting you about an appointment. Their prices are clear and there are no hidden charges, and they did an amazing job tinting my 4-door sedan. Took about 1.5 hours, very accommodating waiting room (with free wifi, drinks, snacks, TV), and friendly staff. The tint is wonderful, it's cutting out so much heat and light but I can still see out almost as though there isn't any film there (though it's much more difficult to see in). I used the coupon offered here on yelp and then decided to get the $20 strip on the top of the windshield - it almost balances out, and it's quite nice to have! =) Their tint comes with a lifetime warranty, so I doubt I'll need to go back but if I do I'm sure they'll take care of me again. Bad attitudes over the phone. I double scheduled appointments by accident and I had to cancel the window tinting or at least just push it back. My wife made the call and the girl over the phone was extremely rude and condescending. For that, you will not receive our business.
