Nick had the good thought at our home based wedding located on the Great South Bay to drop the flaps on the tent when the wind picked up at the end of the ceremony. We didn't have to tell him - he anticipated what we needed for the event to be a success. That is Nick's secret - his experience and cooking expertise makes him anticipate your needs before you do! His crew of 6 were so helpful and caring. Every guest told us it was the best wedding they had been to. Why? Great food, caring help, smart plentiful choices.
