Stopped for lunch and had both the pulled chicken and pulled beef sandwiches for lunch . Both were very good with the bun fresh. They can come with BBQ sauce (hot or mild) or without and there are sauce bottles located with the condiments allowing to add your own amount or more to make it as you like. Service was very friendly and helpful in explaining the menu and differences. Some of the booths are less than new but all clean. This is a good sized location with parking. Sorry, personal opinion only. Pork sandwich is chopped not pulled pork. Decent smoke flavor buts that all there was. Sandwich is meat and sauce only. Flavor gets two stars. No mayo, no pickle and no slaw. Everyone knows that's a pork sandwich. And for goodness sake pull it, don't serve chopped. Hit-or-BIG MISS. The first time my husband and I tried Tim's Walk Hard BBQ, we were fairly satisfied with our meals. The quality of what we ordered was decent, but our pocketbook was not necessarily happy with the cost for what we got. We would have ranked it a 3.5/5 or maybe even up to a 75/100. Yesterday, was an entirely different experience (and we ordered nearly the same thing as we did the first time). The french fries were green and freezer-burnt. The "pulled" pork was so laden with fat that I couldn't make it past a few bites without gagging and stopping altogether. The only good part of the meal was the fried okra. Side note: I'm not really sure why so many BBQ places in Northeast Alabama (including this one) call chopped/diced pork (or chicken) "pulled". It's not the same thing, and the chopped texture does not do meat any justice. read more

This Barbecue is unreal! I found this place on yelp and wouldn't have stopped if I was just driving by on the road but I'm glad I looked ahead and found this place! Just orderd here to go for the first time we got the family pack and loaded potato supposed to have gotten two lg sides but didnt the onion rings was real greasy and cold the pulled pork had a burnt metal taste to it we spent almost 40 dollars and threw most of it away it wasnt even worth eating so disgusted it was so bad i wouldnt give them one star was impressed with the health score till i looked at the lights and ceilings read more

Service amounts to; walk to counter, let them ignore you a bit, unhappy lady asks what you want, after every item she repeats "Large or small, hot or medium?" Go sit down and wait 45 minutes, then return to the counter to ask about your food and find it behind unhappy lady cooling on the bar. But they had good fries. read more

Went here for a late lunch while down in the area fishing on spring break. The food was fantastic and very reasonably priced. I can highly recommend the pulled pork sandwich (my husband and daughter had) and the chicken plate (I had). Their bbq beans and fries squash were excellent. We all ate for under $30 including tip. 1 star is as low as it will let me post but it should be a Neg 10 We went in on Friday evening to have some BBQ we waited 25 min or so on food which no biggie was watching tv. 2 men came in (looked homeless) ordered sat down. The girl brings out the food and we noticed that was our food but she took it to the 2 homeless looking men and they started eating the one guy said to the other " this ain't what I ordered" the other guy said NO me either and said I think they gave us your food I said yes they did lol so the girl picks up the food and brings them their correct order. The black boy behind counter "cook" took the food the men returned and delivered it to our table I told him "man were not eating that those men eat off that" he said no I fixed you a new one I laughed and said no you didn't we watched you and seen what you done and that was wrong he looked embarrassed and said " yea I'm sorry and I don't blame you I wouldn't eat it either brother" he said I'll go cook you a new one I said NO just refund my money!! Best Bbq we have ever had! Today is the Fourth of July and we were worried we would have to eat a subway, but we found this place instead! The ribs were on point. The sauces are amazing. Spicy sauce was just spicy enough. Potato salad was perfectly sweet and the fried pickles were perfect! Great find and we will be back! read more
