I had no idea what was going on, but the noise of metal to metal clanking really had me concerned. So I called Homerun and explained my concern. Saul came out this afternoon, went up on the roof, despite the crazy wind we have been having, diagnosed what was going on and fixed the problem. I am so grateful for Saul's professionalism and quick response to my concerns. HomeRun has my continued loyalty because they are a great company, and I especially extend my appreciation to Saul. Thank you Saul. I truly appreciate you expertise and good heart. I will use Homerun for all my AC and heating needs. Thank you Saul. Wonderful job!!

David, the tech, was very knowledgeable about a lot of things. Including that the city had to be called out to shut off the water valve at the street since it was rusted closed. Thankfully that didn't add to the price at all. I'm not really familiar with how plumbing is supposed to work today, but I certainly am not a fan of everyone charging a fee just to show up and look at your problem to give you a price. I think that practice is BS. But it seems like everyone is doing that now. Would I use them again? Sure. They got the job done quickly.

The staff were really responsive, had great empathy...and we're really courteous. They were quite open to fit me in their schedule and once I mentioned my preferences..they were able to get me in the following morning..even when it's early out! Glad to see a business open to working early! They let me know my scheduled arrival time for the technician would be between 7-9am. At a little after 7, they texted to let me know Cesar their technician was on the way...and very soon after..I got a knock on my door by 7:30! Cesar was very thorough in diagnosing the minisplit problem that I had..and was able to help provide me with some good recommendations on what to do with the minisplits! By 9am, he was done helping me restore heat to my home! Thank you son much much! The interaction was very pleasant from initial inquiry to finish by all the staff! I highly recommend and will use this service again for any future problems with HVAC for sure!

I've tried multiple times over the course of two years to work with this company. I give up at this point. Chad -- that's a lie. They said they would call back and provided no options for scheduling. They informed me. The system at all and would have to call me back. Check your records. Did you have a system malfunction on the day that I sent you that I had called and spent two minutes on the phone with your staff? And that was the second attempt to contacting your office. There's an email that has not been reply to which you can also check your records on. Your staff is not only worthless, but they're liars. Hire legitimate staff. Your office team has been worthless since day one. I'm not high demand... I just expect to NOT be verbally assaulted by your tech, left with a massive pile of haphazardly placed wires, to get on the schedule the first time I contact not the third time a month later after being ignored for four weeks , and not be attempted to be extorted because your tech found some keys on the sidewalk. Instead of the $100 they asked me for, I gave them some cold drinks to take with them. That would be the shorter guy who serviced my hvac. I should have dropped you on the first sign of trouble and giving away free hours to manger bad service isn't good business. It's pathetic. Nice try defending yourself. What your techs do is not only bad business, it's illegal.

They came out for for a quote and check what we needed. When the consult and quote was done, within 2 days we were scheduled and installation began. The crew was professional and quick with the work. Now, we have a system that is so much more comfortable and keeps all rooms at a constant temperature. Five rooms, 5 room systems and 2 outside units with all electrical and ductwork was done in 1 1/2 days. The cool part of the system is it's controlled by remote, and there's one in each room, but if one is lost, they work on the rest, Awesome thing about this system, each room can be set to heat, cool and automatic control. You set the temp you want (all function controlled by remote control) and how powerful you want the fan, you can set it to sweep back and forth etc... One thing I do want to say that I was able to dictate the placement of the unit in our bedroom. Although it may have been easier for the crew to place the unit a wall closer to the outside unit, I requested another wall so I did not have to move family pictures and special things. The owner told me, that I had to live with it, so they would do what I wanted. I'm disabled and having thing's comfortable isn't always easy. The cost of this system is worth every penny. The speed of process from time of initial contact to completion was about a week. Thanks to the crew who came out and made our home more comfortable. We got it just in time for a really cold, snowy and windy storm and all the rooms were so comfy. They are a professional, knowledgeable, and polite crew.

We called in to arrange to have a salt water softener disconnected and run new hot/cold likes to connect a new sink in the area where the salt system was located....$882 dollars later they did what they wanted not what we wanted. We were told they would show up with all the parts needed to do the job. Plumber showed up so after my initial call and job description/request. My son and daughter discussed the job onsite with the plumber, and the plumber said it was not problem. we even supplied a drawing of the sink requirements. We asked for an estimate, yet did not receive one. The plumber he needed to get parts and would start the job the next day. The next day, yet showed up the next day and was still short of parts and spent 45 minutes getting the new part. Then the plumber removed the salt system, then installed hot/cold lines at floor level, not sink level as requested or even measured the sink for height and placement. The plumber did what he wanted and charged me what he wanted without discussing, estimate, and following our request... So I was charged the trip charge of $75 as a customary requirement for a plumber 10 miles away from the jobsite, 3.3 hrs. for labor at $145 and hour for labor for a simple job with my son as his helper. We tried to stop payment on the check to discuss the issues, and they submitted the check and my bank failed to stop payment. So I called to ask about the payment and mentioned i have a canceled check for the payment, and was told to send them a check or pay cash, when the they had already received the payment. Since the plumber requires cash, you are stuck with having to sue them. Therefore, I feel this is two counts of fraud...so I would find any other plumber and stay clear of this vendor...I know I will let all my friends and family know that they are out to rip you off. And we realize they will refute this review and to try to blame me for their fraud....

It was 42 degree at night and even my dogs who rarely complained kept shaking to keep themselves warm and we all cozied up with huge blankets in the bed..because the temperature dropped so low. In a meantime, I reached out to BakerHouse Service late Friday night letting them know about the issue that my minisplits had. To be honest, I wasn't expecting to get anything fixed by Monday since it was already weekends...but I was really surprised that the following Saturday morning Danial did reach out to me and let me know he could actually stop by on Saturday! I was very grateful that Danial and team was able to diagnose the issues with my minisplits quick! Not only that, they were able to remedy the issue on the spot within that visit,..so I was really thankful the heat was back in the house in no time! What I appreciated was Danial's knowledge about HVAC system. He did seem to know how to approach solving HVAC issues methodothically...and even I learned a few smaller things about my minisplit system from just his visit. If I had any issues with HVAC system, I would certainly recommend and use his services again. They are highly responsive, knowledgeable and trustworthy and are priced reasonably. Thank you for saving me from the heater issue once again! Really appreciated and super grateful for your help.

BakerHouse Service Co…read more We contacted Daniel at BakerHouse Service Co for A/C servicing Jan 21, and Daniel scheduled us for next day, Feb 22. We have been here 6 years and the house is 18 years. We've never had our A/C, furnaces, and fireplaces checked so we were doing preventative maintenance and ensuring our systems are not producing carbon monoxide. Daniel got on our roof and checked both A/C units. We had a broken switch, broken contact, and 3 capacitors that were below spec. Replaced with new parts and both units working properly. We also requested to check both of our furnaces. No carbon monoxide and again capacitors below spec, replaced and both units working properly. Daniel checked both gas fireplaces, no carbon monoxide and he showed us on how to turn them both on. Lastly Daniel drained our water heater. We are very pleased with Daniel's work. We are greatly relieved that our major HVAC systems, fireplaces, and water heater are all working great and we are grateful we now have an honest and very capable HVAC systems contractor we can rely on. Regardless of the season we are prepared. Thank you, Cynthia & Bob
