COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! She canceled my first consultation appointment for no reason other than it was a holiday weekend (holiday was Tuesday and my appointment was the Friday beforehand). My second appointment she was a NO CALL NO SHOW. Called her main office twice while waiting 1 hour 15 minutes talked to the secretary the first time and the answering service the second. Both times they took my phone number but nobody ever called me back to say what happened to her or reschedule and they just left me waiting. I had left a message to call me back and filled out there online form with no response I again called a third time the lady was very rude on the phone without hearing anything she said it's a minimum 3000.00 retainer +75.00 consult fee cash only!!! After filing my petitions do revive visitation with my 2 year old daughter and to argue alienation with my 2 children we were ready to go to the final hearing. Tina did not show up. She sent a "replacement" lawyer who had been contacted the night before. He had no idea of who I was and what was going on. At the hearing, since he been so under-informed, he was unable to answerer any questions about the case posed by the judge. So my ex's attorney got to answer all of the judge's questions, even ones about me. After the hearing I found Tina in Syracuse court. I expressed how upset and totally disgusted I was with her for abandoning me. Afterwards she continued to accept, open, and review my legal correspondences without my permission. And she charged me for it. Then I received the Judge's Order of Dismissal. Not only did he dismiss all of my petitions, the judge wrote that if I file similar matters "that shall be considered frivolous in nature, inadequate and/or inappropriate, harassing in nature and not in compliance with the law, the Court shall consider the issue of attorney's fees." I am presently preparing to file a complaint with the Attorney's Grievance Committee to seek reimbursement for wasted legal fees. read more
