This office was amazing as my daughter grew up going here until she aged out. I started bringing my son and one day I couldn't get phone calls to go through. I can never get in touch with the office. I've gone up in person plenty of times...door is always locked and office is dark. It's ridiculous bc they still have automated messages sent to my phone saying how my son is behind on his cleanings. And I'm never behind on my children's preventative care. I'll be finding another dentist. It's really a shame, if the office is permanently closed or something happened, just tell your patients! read more

We just got a bill for 1k for services that my insurance has already paid entirely for. Then, giving them the benefit of the doubt, we tried to call and ask about the bill and also schedule an appointment for a tooth emergency for my son. My husband has been trying to call to reach someone all day for THREE days. Multiple voicemails. Nothing. I called my dentist and got my son his needed appointment in 5 minutes. This is unprofessional. There were other red flags when we were there for an appointment before, but I wanted it to work out. Do not bring your kids here, even if you can get them on the phone for an appointment, which is highly unlikely. read more

While I loved Dr. Moses herself I can not recommend this business in good faith. The way the business aspect is conducted seemed dishonest and backwards. Years after receiving care here I was told we'd be sent to collections (for a "missed appointment") after we had moved out of country and I did not schedule. They have not been in contact with me to collect at any other time through phone, email, or postal mail until the month they claimed to send to collections. Seems fishy to me. read more

Office still requires a mask and temp check at the door. Slow service and care. I called needing to get my son in for an abscess and they told me there was no way they could get him in until a week and a half later. Originally they said two weeks later. I had to call his PCP for an antibiotic, but the part that got me was they didn't suggest I call his PCP, I had to figure that out myself. They just kept saying they were sorry and couldn't see him until that date. At least suggest an alternative to the possibility of a tooth infection of one of your patients? Made no sense. We intend to find a new dentist ASAP. Do not recommend. read more

Won't allow parents in the lobby while children are sedated. I understand not allowing parents in the room while children are being sedated, but at least allow us in the building! They locked the door to building and required us to wait outside in the car. We weren't comfortable going through with the procedure (tooth extraction for a 5yr old) and requested a refund which we didn't receive. Overpriced as well. Staff seemed not to be aware of anything and slow on answering questions. Overall HORRIBLE experience. I wouldn't recommend taking your kids here. I traveled 45 mins to Aiken instead to go to Kit Fox where they were amazing and even allowed us to be in the room with our child. read more

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!!!!!!! In all my life I have never experienced anything like this dentist(which is a disgrace to all dentist in this world to have to call her one). So first off, after calling repeatedly to try and see if they accept PeachState Insurance I was told they were not accepting any new patients.....until I MADE the State call them for me because no other place listed on their website would accept my kids. Once the State employee called they *somehow* are now accepting new PeachState patients. I set an appointment for 3 months from the time I called due to COVID back log I was told. Today, 8/11/22, I arrived 20 minutes early for BOTH of my kids appointments knowing I had paperwork for both of them to fill out. I see a sign out front saying to call/text to check in and we will come to you and mask are required to enter. Only hospitals are requiring mask, but hey, I'm willing to do what it takes for my kids to be seen. After checking in, spending 30 minutes IN MY CAR WITH IT RUNNING(we ALL know how cheap gas is nowadays) filling out paper work, the staff person comes out, grabs clipboard and said we will going right in once they cleaned the vacant room. 25 minutes go by....no one comes for us. So I call to see a time frame since we are already 45 min past our first appt time and was told "we had to verify your insurance and clean the room" but we are walking out now to get ya'll. Sure enough, the door opened to the office and the staff working came to take us in. I inform her that we do not have any mask and for her to please go get us some from inside. She then states you have to wear a mask to enter. I then repeat myself saying we don't wear them therefore we don't have any in our cars. So then...here's were it goes WAY out of bounds....the staff informs me I can BUY 3 MASK FOR $5 A PIECE!!!!!! YES, THE 25 CENT DISPOSABLE 3 PLY PAPER MASK!!!!! I immediately tell the staff that is not going to happen. She then says well you can go to CVS and buy some if I want. Again, no that is not happening. I then ask her why in the world with ALLLLLLL 45 text messages I got to confirm my appointment that NOWHERE did it mention mask are required and CERTAINLY NOT that we would be force to BUY ones to enter. Absolutely crazy!! At this point, I am aggravated, kids missing school and I am missing work. I asked to get Dr. Moses to come to the door immediately so we can discuss this! I even told the staff I have 4 boxes of mask at my office I will DONATE to her if she would just give us 3 mask to wear during my visit. While the staff girl stomped her way inside another parent in a car offered us 3 mask, FOR FREE, so we could go in. I thanked her for doing so, then tried to go in...door is locked. About that time my phone rings, Its Dr Moses... she then informs me "it would be best if you took your kids to another dentist" because she felt I was being aggressive with her staff. LET ME BE CLEAR... I have every right to be upset/mad/whatever term you want but NEVER did I raise my voice, cuss, scream or anything at anyone. If you are offended by me not allowing you to take advantage of me and my family by making us buy mask, then well you got the same mental issues as this "Dentist" does. I simply wanted Dr. Moses to come out so I could offer the same 4 boxes of mask for free and for my kids to be seen already. Nope, she wouldn't come to door, talk to me other than to tell us to leave. So we left. I called back to get the paperwork I filled out with all my and kids info on it so I could ensure it got shredded but was told they already shredded it. Seriously to anyone that reads this if you choose to still come here then you might want to drive across the street to Doctors Hospital and have your head examined. Your clearly not thinking straight. As far as Dr Moses goes....smh...please do us all a favor and take your name off the list of PeachState approved providers. Secondly, retire from your practice. Maybe you'll be better at that. read more

Contacting the office with the knowledge of insurance billing I requested to speak with the person who handles billing for the office and the front desk person stated "I can try and help you" when explaining that my son is covered by two insurances that will cover his dental procedures 100%. The person continued to attend to get us to pay the amount not covered by the first insurance without contacting the second insurance company. Getting clients to pay unnecessary fees so they do not have to file secondary insurance is unethical and near fraudulent. read more

The front desk staff is very rude and unprofessional. And unfortunately it is operated by her sister whom whose attitude is trash so of course there is no accountability there at all. I would not recommend that ANYONE take their children there. Dr. Moses is aware and does not care at all about the fact that her front desk staff is rude so I'm convinced that their behavior is a direct reflection of herself. Beware! read more

I have experienced several unethical practices here. I have been charged for missed appointments that I never scheduled, billed for services not rendered, they attempt to perform repeat, unnecessary X-rays (within 1 month of the last images), and not be allowed to enter the office with my child, even when she had anesthesia and a procedure. She was traumatized when they finally brought her back to me- even to this day she begs to never go back to "that dentist" again. They have double billed me as well as United Concordia for the same service, on SEVERAL occasions. Once I decided to switch to Pediatric Dental Specialists, they continued to lie and create bogus charges. When that didn't work and I proved that I didn't have any outstanding balance, they created a "RECORD RELEASE" charge of $25 per patient. If you all decide to schedule with this office, please pay very close attention to your bill/charges. read more

Horrible experience. Wouldn't allow me or my wife to be present for our small child's filling, and when he freaked out and we weren't there to calm him, "Doctor" Moses administered nitrous oxide gas without our permission. This was before any adjustments for Covid. After Covid hit, they didn't answer their phones for months and were closed for an unspecified and unadvertised period of time. We were left unable to contact them to reschedule our annual appointments, or even to verify that they still were scheduled at all. As per the usual with this clinic, their voicemail was full so even this wasn't an option. Fast forward a year into Covid times, and this lady is trying to charge my family over TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS for missed appointments. Again, this is for appointments which we had no way of contacting these people due to their own poor planning and bad decisions. We will not be bringing our children back to this awful dentist. read more

Now that she has her own practice, my two other daughters are seeing her and my son will soon be sitting in her chair.
