I was looking for an everyday wedding band with lab grown diamonds, so like most millennials I went on the internet. I found several bands I liked from reputable online retailers, such as Blue Nile and Clean Origin. However, I wanted F color or better diamonds and VS1 or better clarity, but the online retailers use I color and SI clarity. Additionally, most of the online jewelers only offered 14k gold and I wanted 18k. That's when I decided that if I was going to custom order something, I should check with a local jeweler too. Within 10 minutes of meeting with Ruby I knew this was where I was getting my wedding band. As other reviews highlight, she is exceptionally knowledgeable. I come from a family that was in the jewelry and diamond industry, so I could tell she was the real deal. The best part - she could get me excellent quality diamonds for a lower price than the popular online retailers. Less than an hour after walking in, I had placed an order for not one, but two rings with Ruby! I also had her repair a necklace clasp and bracelet. My custom rings were beautifully done in a week and a half. I highly recommend coming here for your jewelry needs. :)

I came to Tina to resize some rings. I sized a ring up and another ring down. Tina was patient on testing the sizes to make sure the measurements would be correct. She is warm and personable. The rings came out flowless and fit perfectly. Overall it was a good experience. I would bring more rings in for resizing and would recommend her to others. Resizing a ring is definitely not anywhere as expensive as you would think. read more

We ended up getting my engagement ring resized (two babies later the ring didn't fit lol), fixed a diamond that fell out of my halo, and got a new solitaire ring (both the diamond and setting from pro gems)! While we were here we ended up getting all of our rings cleaned as well. (Yay, thank you to the hubby!) My husband and I can be quite picky when it comes to big purchases like this but you can see from the 5 star reviews here that Patrick comes off very accommodating but trustworthy. We felt the pricing was reasonable when comparing to online prices and you can get your setting customized here. He was not overly pushy but also gave honest feedback where needed. He recommended going with a bigger ring size than I thought I should go with but ultimately that was the right call given hands swell in the summer and there's no guarantee I'll lose weight (I was telling him I'm in the middle of losing weight lol... maybe too optimistic on my end?) I feel like that could be a sensitive topic for some women but he handled it well with light humor. The customized ring setting takes 3-4 weeks and resizing with fixing a diamond in the setting took about an hour. We came in unannounced the first time and Patrick invited us back the next weekend where he was able to show me the diamonds I wanted in the different carat sizes and cuts I wanted. I would highly recommend checking out Pro Gems and working with Patrick for any future engagement rings, anniversary rings, or any fine jewelry in general!!

If you're not familiar with this style, each rose is individually wrapped making the bouquet look very big and lush. She also offered to glitter the roses. She was very good at guiding me and offering different styles and colors. I wasn't too picky, it was right after mother's day and I was ordering to pick up less than 24 hour turnaround, but she was so accommodating. She offered wrapping related to the event. Also, the HK style must slightly preserve the roses, she said that bouquet would be good for weeks - I was also doing another regular bouquet and just let her know I wanted something pretty and fresh looking. She offered various color schemes. When I picked it up day of, she offered to put a small balloon in the bouquet that matched the theme of the event - I let her know we would be out and about for a long time and worried the flowers would dry out but she arranged the flowers in floral foam and then wrapped it all in waterproof wrapping. We were out for about 8 hours and they still looked great - The florist was so sweet and accommodating. Her English was not great, but we were still able to communicate well with each other - Plenty of parking in that lot - Price was very good for what we got - Quick turnaround. I should have gone in earlier to order ahead of time, but I realized it was mothers day weekend and let that pass before going in to order. I came in looking to polish some gold items and after seeing the items she proceeded to tell me which ones needed polishing ($$) or just a simple clean (which she did at no cost). She even repaired a pendent for free. I feel that it can easy to be taken advantage of at jewelry shops but Ruby was very straightforward and honest with me.
