I had previously purchased 2 time pieces here from Agnes, and asked the staff at the front if Agnes was working today. They said yes, and Agnes met me at the door. She greeted me, and I explained I was just stopping by to take a look at what was in stock. Agnes took her time and showed me a few pieces from a few different brands, and allowed me to try them on without any pressure. She pulled out a Tudor Pelagos FXD, with green NATO strap, and I had to have it. It reminded me of an old school military style tool watch, and looked great on my wrist. The green strap looked awesome with the black. Agnes quoted me the out the door price, and I told her I'd take it. I had to have it. Eventually, we walked further into the store and ended up at the Tudor section. We were then passed off to Hank, who was equally helpful and extremely knowledgeable when it came to watches. My fiance did end up purchasing a watch and the transaction went smoothly. He did a great job of explaining how to properly set the time, how to use the chronometer and helped with removing links so the watch would fit perfectly. He even answered some basic questions I had because, let's face it, I know nothing about watches. I highly recommend visiting this location, especially if you're unsure about what you're looking for! I never felt like they were being pushy or rude, instead they were patient and understanding. Not sure of this place. When I arrived a woman just unlocked the door but walked away without greeting me. It was strange. However, Hank called from across the room asking if I needed help. I had emailed him before arriving. Hank was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took my information and noted the models of watches I was interested. As Hank was helping me a man walked in the door and the same lady who ignored me was very welcoming to him and asked if he wanted anything to drink. That same man was then waiting and staring as I continued to speak with Hank.
