Decided to stop by, which the place actually has a sign outside saying "Jewelry Mart" since the store shares a space with other stores. The store is located at the end of the room in the back corner. There was no wait on a Thursday afternoon and within 2 minutes of me putting in my request and handing him the watch, he had already replaced the battery, changed the time to the current time, and then placed it back on the counter for me to inspect. Fast, quick, and what one would hope and expect from a business that has been open for several years with (what I can tell from prior reviews) several returning customers. My old beat up Casio dive computer watch was in dire need of a new battery. So. . . think about it. . . who would want the middle man make so much money when they didn't even do anything, right??!!!! Since i have been there for so many times to change the batteries, I introduced my mom's friend to him when they wanted to purchase two omega watches. Steven knows his connection, and can get authentic name brand for a cheaper than retail price for you. All I did was give him the exact model number and color I wanted to purchase, and he got them in 2-days. I was referred to International Time by the lady at Jade Dynasty. The lady at Jade Dynasty changed my watch battery. She told me that Steven could get me a new watchband because the old one was breaking. I went to Steven a few days after having the battery in my G-shock watch replaced. He found the perfect band for my watch, and $15 later, it seemed like I had a brand new watch. I went swimming a few days later, and because of the lady at Jade Dynasty, my watch leaked and had water going into the case. The only thing functional after my swim was the new watch band. Four days later I asked Stephen about the G-shock, and he told me that I should've brought the watch in on the same day that it leaked. Since it was already four days, he told me that the watch would be rusted on the inside and could not be repaired. He felt bad for me, and gave me a great deal on one of his many watches. I finally bought one of his Casio watches. He told me that the watch that I would buy is water resistant. I have swam with the watch multiple times. No leaks. I visited Steven again today to have him adjust my watch band. He did a quick job on the watch. I asked him to fix a cheap Timex watch of mine. He quickly changed the battery, and charged me $5. I asked him if it would be water resistant. He told me it should be, but, could not guarantee the work. I've been swimming with the watch. It is still working! read more

1 year warranty on battery but it's old battery it is dead after 3 months. All three watches I took and previous times I have taken all have died.
