We had a really bad experience. We are from NY but were visiting and stopped into the store seveal months ago and found a bracelet my wife loved. She really wanted it in Rose gold and Sean said he would gladly order it and ship to us when received. Weeks went by without hearing from him. At one point he flat out told us he had it but them ghosted us for months. On a lark my wife reached out to him last week. He claimed to have it but the price increased 20%, he insisted we pay via Zelle and his assistant Elly was insulted when i asked for an invoice detailing what would be shipped. Prior to sending the payment I asked for an insurance appraisal and also said I would have it appraised when received. At that point, they reused to ship the item and cancelled the transaction. Either they are extremely unprofessional or very disingenuous. There were too many red flags with this transaction . Curious to see their reply. I have no incentive to bad mouth them but I would not want anyone else to go through a similar ordeal and I felt it was a very shady interaction. read more

Finding a good Jeweler is hard stuff. My Fiance's best man recommended this place to us to get my ring resized in the first place. We came in with no expectations, but Levik went above and beyond services, he could have just resized my solitaire princess cut ring, but then we found a different band that I liked along with a wedding band that would match it for one great price for both! We were able to get resized and picked up the order soon after. Some months passed by, and although there was nothing wrong with the job Levik did on my ring, there was an inclusion on my original diamond of my engagement ring. We ended up looking for a new engagement ring altogether, and I picked out a beautiful design with a Past Present Future princess cut design that had a channel group of diamonds along the band. The prongs in the sample showed that there were 4 small diamonds per prong, but I preferred there to only be one diamond in each of the 3 prongs. They were able to make this happen for me and it was beautiful in the end! After the ring was finished, the price was actually supposed to be a lot higher, but Levik gave it to us at the quoted price we were initially given. There's a reason why Levik has a perfect 5 star review, they have such great customer loyalty, they really make sure you are satisfied, and even if the design you're looking for isn't there, they can customize something for you as well! The way I was proposed to was right out of a fairytale. Picture it: Santa Barbara on a yacht with my parents and two sisters on board. It was perfect. He did all the right things. He asked my Father's permission, got down on one knee, and had someone capture it on camera. And the ring...OH THE RING! This review is to let everyone know that when shopping for jewelry, no matter what the occasion, you have to come see Levik. It is intimidating to walk into a small jewelry store, especially in the mall, because you might feel as if you are going to get ripped off. That is not the case here when you are dealing with Levik directly. He is a business man, of course, but he is also as fair as he can be when you are willing to be genuine and realistic. There were a lot of questions and concerns that my fiancé had before making such a significant purchase, and Levik was there to answer them all. He was able to explain things in a way where it was easy to understand. As the bride to be I was obviously not in the initial meeting that took place, but they both tricked me into thinking I was. I went to visit Levik with my fiance to get more information (even though he already had it). I asked about the certification of the diamond and the grades that diamonds get. He answered it all. I tried on a few rings (including mine) and he explained why certain features are better than others. I walked away from this visit thinking to myself that this could really be happing...I could really be getting married to the love of my life! I also walked away thinking that I would never have that beautiful ring on my finger ever again. Happy, yet discouraged, I went on Pinterest that night knowing that the ring that I tried on was merely a wish on my wedding board. A few weeks later at the beginning of a festive weekend getaway in Santa Barbara the love of my life asked for my hand in marriage with THAT ring. I've been wanting a nice set of gold and diamond stackable rings, but everywhere I looked for them was either too expensive or was bad quality. Levik's was different though! They have the best quality jewelry in the store and tons of selection of stackable rings. And at the prices, I was able to buy myself 4 rings, whereas in other stores I would have been able to buy only 2 at the same cost. Came here to get batteries replaced for my 3 watches. I called ahead and got a quote for $7 per watch flat rate. The sales is very professional and polite.
