This company has cleaned our short term rental property a total of 2 times…read more The first time she came over 3 hours late on a Sunday,stating She was in church, knowing her start time was expected after check out at 11am. Being that we weren't expecting any guests that same day we gave her a pass. The second time we hired her for a cleaning and was satisfied for the most part. The last straw was when we booked her for a cleaning and we communicated with her that her expected arrival time was 11am after check out since we had a same day turn over, meaning we had a guest checking in at 3pm that same day. We explained to her the day of service that we were at the property and were cleaning up a bit prior to her expected arrival and let her know what type of cleaning was expected. She requested for pictures 30 minutes from her appointment time and after that she no longer responded to texts or phone calls. I called her at 11:02am to find out her ETA. She answered belligerent and with an attitude and stated she will not be coming and refused to service our property. Totally unprofessional and inconsiderate. Luckily we had a backup cleaner and assisted them as well and made it spotless for our incoming guests.

We were in a rush to have our home cleaned for a special occasion and they did not disappoint! Our home is 20 yrs old, and our master bath shower stall has a textured fiberglass floor in it. They are really flexible to work with on what day and time you need, and the day before each cleaning, I also get a reminder text. After the first cleaning, I came home and there was a checklist on the counter informing me of everything they've done. There was also a cute gift basket on the counter filled with mini cleaning supplies thanking me for becoming a customer. How thoughtful! I didn't even need the checklist, however, as all I needed to do was walk through the house to see how awesome it looked. And side note, on the weeks they don't come, I have still yet to figure out how they can get the stove looking so much cleaner than I can... but I suppose that's why I hired people like them. Really appreciate the customer service on top of the great rate. I was hesitant to bring in a service every so often as I am one of those 'why pay someone when you can do it yourself' type people but it has freed up much of my time and helped solve the bickering between the boy and myself about the cleaning. We had a fantastic experience with Kevin from start to finish…read more We had a leak showing up in our laundry room and were having a tough time figuring it out since it wasn't happening when we were doing laundry and it only happened certain times when it rained, not all the time. My husband attempted to find the leak when looking at the pipes in the attic, cutting out part of the wall in the laundry room to make sure no pipes behind the washer/dryer were having issues, but eventually came to the conclusion that it could potentially be rain coming into the dryer vent which is on our roof - so if we had an extremely hard rain that came in a crazy angle, our wall was getting wet. When I asked for an estimate, he stated that I would be charged for it, which seemed unreasonable given the circumstances. The insurance payment included additional work beyond floor replacement. I was uncomfortable sending more money without obtaining a free estimate from other reputable companies. To complicate matters, I recently received a call from Sarah, an employee of Primere Water Damage, who refused to refund the $811 overpayment. It appears that the company is more concerned with collecting money than customer satisfaction. Due to these issues, I plan to report the company to the Better Business Bureau and consult a lawyer for repayment.

They assured me my insurance would cover everything but the deductible, and they promised to contribute $1,500 toward the deductible, leaving me with only $1,000 out-of-pocket. During the initial consultation, I signed paperwork trusting them, but I was never given a copy of the contracts. This lack of transparency was a major red flag. After the mitigation was completed, I was left waiting for them to move on to reconstruction. After weeks of no communication (with my kitchen still torn apart), I called on 2/13 and spoke with Joe. He informed me that I needed to pay for the mitigation before they would start reconstruction. I was fine with that but received an invoice for $1,110.23, which didn't align with the $1,000 I expected. I contacted my primary contact, Chris, who promised to investigate and get back to me by 2/17. However, I only received automated reminders for the incorrect amount. On 2/18, Chris admitted there was a miscommunication and confirmed I owed $1,073, which I was ready to pay, but I never received an updated invoice or a link to pay. On 3/6, I received a polite voicemail from Joe, but just hours later, before I could return the call, I got a cold voicemail from Sarah Britt, who claimed to be the "head of legal" for Premier Water Damage. (A quick LinkedIn search showed she is co-owner with a master's in education but no legal credentials.) In her voicemail, she threatened to place a lien on my house if I didn't pay by the end of the next day. This felt like a scare tactic, especially given their lack of communication up until then. I called and left voicemails for both Chris and Sarah, but after no response, I escalated the matter by calling the main number and speaking to Joe. He sent another bill for the same amount. Eventually, Joe explained the $1,110.23 total was due to a processing fee for paying by card, but this should have been explained earlier. I paid promptly, but my frustration continued. I asked for a call AND an e-mail from Sarah explaining the situation and confirming no lien would be placed on my property, so I would have a paper trail. Sarah never returned my calls or addressed my concerns beyond a brief e-mail on Friday morning stating they wouldn't place a lien on my property. It's now Tuesday, and there has been no further contact to apologize or schedule reconstruction. I sent an e-mail expressing my frustration, asking for an itemized estimate of reconstruction so I could evaluate the pricing and possibly consider other contractors. Instead of responding, Sarah had Chris email me to say that, due to how I handled the situation, they would no longer bid on the reconstruction job. So, after all of this, Premier Water Damage washed their hands of the project, leaving me with a house still in disarray. The experiences with Premier Water Damage have left me with zero trust in this company. The fact that I was never given copies of the contracts I signed only adds to my concern. I strongly advise anyone considering Premier Water Damage to look elsewhere. I'll be passing this information along to my insurance provider as well. The way they handled my situation was unprofessional and disrespectful, and I cannot recommend them to anyone.
