Went in & purchased an $26 battery for my cart. Had just drove 16 hours & desperately needed a battery. Got my battery all the way home...it doesn't work. Went back to either get an exchanged product or get my money back. Girl cashier who refused to call her manager, give me my money back, or exchange the product. She got on her phone & turned her back to me as I was asking her to call her manager. We exchanged words back & forth. At that point I told her to call the cops bc I wasn't leaving without my money or a working battery. The cops referred me to Sky Rise Vape where they hooked me up with a free battery for all my troubles. Also...the cashier locked me in the store. It seemed as if she was on something. I've been going here for a few months now and didn't have any problems. But today I bought a vape and it turned out to be defective. Went back in literally right after purchasing it, told them the issue and they gaslit me telling me that it's cause I got a flavor I've gotten before. Wouldn't let me return it or exchange for a non faulty one. The man took a hit and said it was perfectly fine. I let my friends hit it and they all said it was disgusting and burnt/bitter. Been going to the Cedar Hill location, but it's not on Yelp. Cedar Hill has to be the worst place ever. Rude and seemed put out when I was asking questions about some different mods etc. I also asked about a car that is always right in front when I come in, guy said he didn't know who's it was. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I have spent several hundred dollars at this location on multiple accounts. I did not go there because of their low prices, expert knowledge, or excellent customer service. In fact, they possess none of these things. I went there for one reason only, it is close to home. The women that work there are not only rude and unprofessional, but they flat out lied to me about the compatibility of two products. After purchasing I realized they would not work together. Later, I returned to the store to resolve this issue.... The manager, Sarah, had left early and closed the shop before their posted store hours without even a note on the door. A few days later, I returned with both of the unused products and asked for a return. They told me that was against store policy and they would not help me. When I calmly asked to speak to the owner the women who originally lied to me then said she was the owner, and that I needed to leave before "Things got out of hand." Sarah was a heavyset women with dark hair and a scowl on her face. I would post a picture of her but after attempting to take one she threatened me. I have to say I will never be returning to this store. Today I am driving 35min across town. I am going to Gas Pipe in Garland where I know the people are friendly and knowledgeable. Spent nearly 540 dollars for some mods and fluids and misc other things. I've been a loyal fan for many years would drive 40 miles one way just to get my vape stuff. How they lost a loyal customer is like this: I bought 2 of the procolor mods priced way to hi to begin with. Get them home fill em up with fluid take a couple of puffs off it and it started to separate at the power button. Leah (the manager I believe) allowed me to return the first one. Which I was very great full for. Then the next day the second one did the same thing so off to the store I go to return it. The gentleman called Leah and after 20 min seems like she finally did the exchange. And told me I needed to contact smok if it happens again. And believe it or not barely even got fluid in the thing and it fell apart. So I did what she told me to do. Mind you smok corporate headquarters is in Beijing China so unless you have the plan on your phone you have to send emails. Which I started the process. Sent them the pictures receipt of only having the thing just a day or two and after 4 days of sending emails back and forth they told me to return it to the shop I bought it at. So today I try to call them only received fax tone apparently they have the wrong settings on the fax. Tried several times to call and it went straight to fax. So I make the 40 mike trek to them with emails in hand where I was told to return the merchandise. Get in store the guy was really nice about the whole thing. But he had to call Leah to get approval of the exchange. Come to find out they tossed the other two in the trash which was stupid since they were defective should of returned to smok for replacement. After another 20 min of back and fourth with the poor guy Leah denied the return. After all these years being loyal to this place they treated me like shit. They have lost a loyal customer and I will never go back again!! If I could give them a zero I would find another vape shop this one is lame high priced and won't back their own trashy merchandise. read more

My boyfriend went here to purchase a Aegis mod for my birthday. He was told it was basically indestructible. After the first day the battery door started popping off. We weren't able to go back up there that day so we went the next. The guy looked at it. Said I was doing it wrong (which was confirmed that I had it right and he didn't) and told me that I had to call the manufacturer. He started talking to me like I was a complete moron. Said the manager would be there in 2 days. I called 2 days later. She said to bring it so she could look at it. We were there within 30 minutes and she left for the day. We ended up driving to Skyrise off Town East. They confirmed that it was not MY fault. The whole experience was unprofessional!!! $200 later and that's all they will get out of us. Had to purchase the exact same mod from Skyrise and the guy said ANY problems, ANY time that I could bring it back. Oh! And it was $15 cheaper. Don't waste your time with these people!!! read more
