I decided to give them another chance recently, bought 2 plants, and quarantined this time- both were crawling with mealies within 2 weeks. I thought I checked the leaves well enough at the shop, but I guess not. None of my other plants have mealies. This store definitely has a years long mealy infestation. If you call them about it- they will deny it.

Honestly I wasn't expecting much because the shop seems small, however upon walking in I was immediately proven wrong in my expectations. I am pretty sure the owner was there when I went in. He was extremely knowledgeable about the plants & was very kind. I had to go back a second time (even though I was only in town a few days) to get another look at the plants & buy a shirt to remember this gem! I felt as though the prices were very reasonable (and honestly less expensive than some of my favorite online nurseries!). It was very obvious to me that they source healthy and well established plants. If this shop was local to me, the owner/employees would be sick of me from coming so much! I ended up leaving with two plants, but if I could have I would've gotten so many more! My only complaint is that their online shop isn't as stocked as their in person shop, however that is hardly a complaint as going into the shop you can tell how well cared for their plants are!
