Marla was seriously the nicest person ever and sooo helpful . She really involved my son in our conversation to put him at ease and really make him understand the process and what's going to happen. The orthodontist came in as well to explain everything in detail about his X-rays and what she feels he needed and what might happen if we don't get any work done . We didn't feel pressured at all , we didn't feel like we would be judged if we chose not to get work done either . My account was paid in full in March 2026, and yet they continue to bill my insurance monthly past the negotiated contracted rate and deduct from my checking account without permission. They have been overpaid by $1600 by insurance and myself without a refund. I get the run around every time I contact their office in-person or their billing office by telephone which is somewhere else. As of mid-August 2026, I still have not been reimbursed over $1600 dollars. I've spent countless hours trying to reconcile with this business. They finally sent me a check, yet issued a stop payment so my bank would not deposit. What a scam. I had to transfer my patient file with Invisaline to another orthodontist to get them to stop billing attempting to bill my insurance. Egger's office continues to try to attempt to bill my insurance monthly and has not reimbursed me any of the funds they've received over the agreed upon balance. If you value your time, personal information security, transparency and prefer an ethical billing and insurance process, I highly encourage you to look elsewhere for orthodontist services. There are many others to choose from!!! I wish I had gone elsewhere.

Michelle, the Treatment Coordinator, spent about 2 hours discussing my case, working out insurance options, and so on. Dr. Manley also took a good deal amount of time. I never felt rushed. Everyone has been super nice all along the way. Both visits so far I've been seen right way, only waiting a couple of minutes. They have a small kids nook with Disney videos so if you need to bring a young child, you could probably do that. My first checkup went extremely fast, i.e., no wasted time. All in all, I think this is a solid choice.

Dr Yorita was recommended by my longtime dentist when shopping for braces for my nephew in 2014; we visited several orthodontists. The decision was clear, and nephew had great outcome and a price better than the competition. When I got remedial braces in 2018 (wear your retainers, kids!!), Dr Yorita fixed my bottom teeth in a year and made retainers both top and bottom teeth. It's somewhat subtle that you do not notice at first, until you insist on what you want or don't want, and they find a way to make you pay for it. I went for a "complimentary" orthodontic evaluation because they were running a promotion. On my first visit, they coerced me into doing a new patient evaluation, making them my official dentist since I didn't have a dentist at the time. It was quite unsettling but seemed harmless since they managed to convince me to come for a second and third visit to continue the evaluation they apparently still hadn't completed. Dr Vanama somehow managed to convince me to remove all my wisdom teeth which are totally healthy, even though I really didn't want to, telling that it was the only way to fix my open bite. The next day after I paid, I called the office to withdraw from the treatment plan, they didn't answer. Then I dropped a message that wasn't responded to. I finally reached them and they said "they'd already ordered my aligners, they didn't know what it would cost them to withdraw the order and I would be responsible for whatever the cost was". I felt this was extremely unprofessional as my concerns wasn't a priority at all to them, they only cared about the money. Both the attendant and Dr. Vanama were extremely rude about their approach. One would've expected that the doctor be more professional but she was way worse, dropping the call on me and insisting that I paid the "lab fee" of $200 and she made sure she collected the money for a service I did not receive, on a "complimentary consultation".
