Because I knew as soon as I got in my car I was going to try it. Very very good. While thinking why is this so good? Hard to explain. It's creamy little bits of celery. Potato pieces are a perfect size. Just plain goodness. Moving on to the lemon square. Didn't try until later that evening. Not an expert on lemon squares but damn this was so so delicious. The tart/sweet perfect. But the buttery crust just perfect. One more bite, one more but it had me hooked like a junkie! All gone. Now the issue is it's late and they are closed if course. But I needed my fix. Now it's the next morning. 2 hours until they open. Decisions decisions... Very nice people. A wonderful experience.

On Saturday, May 25th, the Eleganté staff, led by Event Captain Mauricio had every detail in place, and Chef Didi had every flavor as anticipated.
