I grew up in California where there is a plethora of really good Mexican Food restaurants and food trucks. So it was with great pleasure to find one in the middle of Oregon. A solid authentic taco truck in Roseburg. It wasn't hard to find since the truck can be seen from the Main Street. It's nearby Wendy's, Dutch Bros, and a gas station. My boyfriend and I shared four tacos and were surprised how good it all tasted. Everything tastes very fresh and hot sauce was pretty spicy. The meats were juicy, tender, and very flavor. Chicken, pork and carnitas. All three had double tortillas, which I feel is the right way to serve a street taco. All three meats were well seasoned and had lots of flavor, nicely garnished and the salsa, which came on the tacos was excellent. Also the picked vegetables and line on the side were a perfect accompaniment to these delicious tacos. Very friendly people running this truck. I wish I had taken a picture of my delicious torta (regular, carne asada) to show it wrapped in a paper with a salt packet tucked gently inside. It was so good! BIL had a supreme torta with al pastor pork, and Mom and Sister had lengua tacos and I'm in a car full of happy people talking about how good everything was. It's slightly confusing to get there using a maps program but remember to just turn before the Chevron and you'll see the foodtruck behind the gas station on the left. We have stopped at Tino's a couple times. The menu is super vegetarian friendly, which is always a plus for our family. The veggie burritos are filled with the usual suspects: rice, beans, cheese, sour cream, avocado, lettuce, salsa; and are very tasty! My mother in law was happy with the fish tacos as well. And do yourself a favor and order some horchata-- it's perfectly creamy, sweet and tasty. This taco truck is tucked somewhat behind the Shell gas station, very easy off of I-5, headed north or south! I hate to leave bad reviews but these were by far the worst tacos I've ever had. We got chicken, pork and fish tacos and the meat had no seasoning aside from salt, the shells were not flash fried, and they were completely covered in iceberg lettuce. I usually get about 4-6 street tacos at taco trucks but I couldn't put down more than 2 of these monstrosities. I have eaten at hundreds of taco trucks all over the US and I absolutely cannot recommend this place to anyone. I'm sorry, just the honest truth. read more
