They are honest and trustworthy and I feel confident knowing my treasured pieces will be handled with the utmost care. The one owner was super into supporting trump and would talk all day about how good trump was and how great his ideas would be for the business and for Canada in general. It made me so so so uncomfortable I just didnt understand what that had to do with running that business. The one owner has a hot temper. He would lose his temper at some of the smallest stuff. I worked hard to design a new store website for them and when he was screaming at me to fire me he made sure to say it was specifically because of my disability. They broke multiple labour laws, refused to pay me my final pay check and abruptly fired me. They lied on my record of employment rendering me unable to obtain EI and left me very close to becoming homeless. Simply because the male owner has a hot temper and didnt like me. They will treat people negatively based on their narrow minded views and they treat their staff horribly. This reflected in the quality of work. They would make simple mistakes like accidentally mixing up two diamond wedding bands during inspection or misplacing a diamond. Its truly a reflection of the lack of compassion and chosen bigotry they have towards anyone who doesnt agree with their conservative views. If you value your jewelry I would highly recommend not risking it with these people.
